Streamlight is a company that stands by its products and services. As a former Sheriff's Deputy I carried a Streamlight Flashlight for the better part of 31 years. It served me well. As time went by, I had to shelve it due to some minor issues. Just before giving up on it I found out about Streamlights Lifetime Guarantee. The staff was very helpful, and I now have a fully functional flashlight in brand new condition. I'm very happy to have it working again. Thank you Streamlight, you are the best. read more

Was running into issues with one of my tlr-7a's (have them on 5 guns). Sent to them on Monday. They received it Tuesday evening and I got it back today. The speed and precision is unmatched. Very impressed! read more

I have used streamlight products for over eight years now without any issues. Last month was my very first problem. An older 65018 Stylus LED penlight had broken from A LOT of use. I didn't really expect much when I wrote Streamlight to inquire about warranty repair or replacement. I no longer had the receipt. I did not know if the original light was even had any warranty covereage left. To my tickled surprise I not only received a rapid response to my query, I also received rapid resolution to the request. I sent Streamlight my broken flashlight. They sent back a brand new replacement. The new LED light is even better than the one I originally purchased. The new light also came with the hard to find "AAAA" batteries. (Streamlight Repair ID 330205 on 2009-03-03) No fuss. No problems. Just great customer service. Thank you Craig. Thanks Streamlight! read more

Ever since I bought my first Streamlight flashlight, I've been an extremely loyal customer. I've purchased over half a dozen more lights from Streamlight since my first purchase a couple years ago. The bang for your buck is incredible. Their durability and specs are almost as good as top-tier Surefire flashlights and weapon lights for less than half the price. They set the standard for high-quality function for a reasonable price. read more

Superior customer support! I am an automotive technician and use the Streamlight PROTAC HL for my primary light. I had a functionality issue after years of usage. I was easily able to open a service request and send my light in for repair. The turn around was fast, Streamlight covered the repair and return shipping completely. You don't oft find this kind of service anymore. I am impressed! Thanks guys! read more

My stream light flashlight quit working. I've had it since 2018, and it quit lighting. I sent it in for service, and they fixed it at no charge. I got it back in less than a week, and they did a great job. I don't understand the technology of it because it does not have a bulb, but it is a very high-quality flashlight. I'm pleased with the flashlight, the lifetime warranty, and the service read more

2 lamp, used them for 15yrs for inspections. Had an issue when I changed battery f a few weeks back. They fixed it no questions asked, and fast! I like showing off my hpl to other inspectors, because it's always brighter and stronger! Great lights! Better service! Thank You Streamlight! read more

I have owned one streamlight LED for about seven years and another for six. The older flashlight wouldn't turn on so I sent it back east, was called when it arrived with an estimate. The only problem was a dead battery but they installed a new switch kit and LED F/C kit for no charge and no freight back to California. Talk about 5 star customer service, I am impressed. The battery has a two year warranty, I know it lasts at least seven years so in my opinion there is no other flashlight on the market that comes close to this product. read more

I purchased a Streamlight TLR8 (a weapon mounted light with laser) over a year ago. Due to my negligence, the lens became very cloudy to the point of the light was dim and not as bright as it should be. Last Wednesday, I sent an email to Streamlight stating that the lens was very cloudy and it was entirely my fault. I asked if I could purchase a new Facecap Assembly and what the cost would be. That same day, I received a response from Lesley at Streamlight. She said she would send me a new Facecap Assembly as an accommodation. In today's mail ( the following Monday) I received the new assembly. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Lesley and Streamlight for the outstanding customer service. Due to the damage being my fault I was more than willing to pay for the new part. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that take care of their customers without hesitation. Thank you Lesley and Streamlight. read more

Disappointed. Ordered 8 Stinger DS flashlights for employees. Received only with DC charger for vehicles. We work on Navy ships. $900 and no AC charger. We're a military organization and cannot issue these lights for personal use to charge in their own vehicles. read more

After many years of hard use my Streamlight Junior refused to open when I went to replace the batteries. Bob went over and beyond , I sent two flashlights to be repaired, they were delivered somewhere else, Streamlight sent me two brand new flashlights at no cost which they were not obligated to do so, So I made a claim with FEDEX, two weeks later they denied my claim FYI my package was signed for I shipped it through Postal Annex, FEDEX was aware of that after a month has passed FEDEX told me that I had to file a claim through postal annex so I went to postal annex and to find out that my flashlights were sent back to postal annex by Streamlight and they repaired both of them. It was my fault that I didn't put my information inside the box prior to shipping them . I called Streamlight and informed them that I didn't do so I gave them the tracking number and they were keeping an eye out for them. Thank you very much Bob read more

I own one of Streamlights Headlamp products, the Streamlight 61052 Septor LED Headlamp. After about 7 years the battery cap broke and wouldn't hold that batteries in anymore. I sent an email to the company and they immediately shipped me a replacement battery cap. Excellent Customer Service and standing behind their products. Thank you very much. read more

I've had a SL sidewinder flashlight (and loving it) for some time when I thought; well, an IR led is actually not very handy for me, I'd rather have a red led instead. I figured I'd 'macgyver' that IR out and solder in a new red led... Well, I f'ed up and ended up shorting the electronics board:P When I mailed SL customer service with this story I got a response immediately saying; what's your address we'll send you a replacement free of charge! I didn't even have to pay for shipping (to nothern europe) and when I discovered that I'd lost the reflector and the screws and I shamefully emailed them back asking for those too, they were like; 'shit happens:) we'll include them as well' Extraordinary! thank you Christie and Lesley! read more

After 9 years of constant use my flashlight finally needed a new battery. The repair and customer service people at Streamlight incredibly nice and helpful. Their products are built to be used and last forever. It is rare these days to have a company that backs their product with such great support staff. Keep up the good work! read more
