Cheap but poor selections. This place seemed like it had a lot of used products not just last season product.

Placed an order, items were in stock online But when I went to pick them up only one of them was…read moreready and it was not obvious that the rest of my order would not be ready till next week. The employee helping me at the registern couldn't seem to care less and kept giving me attitude. Essentially putting the onus of blame on me, not the company. I then told him that I needed those pairs as soon as possible because the storm was coming tomorrow. He begrudgingly helped me find several other pairs to replace those and I thought everything would be kosher, I would pay the difference on what they were. He never mentioned that due to their policy he could not cancel the original order and I'd have to pay full price for the new pairs and then blindsided me with another $300 bill. I was visually upset by this to which he gave me more attitude and I said this is not my fault and then he said well. "It's not my our fault either, "you can just not show up next and it will be refunded." We can avoid picking those up and you won't be charged. Again placing the problem on me. Never once apologizing about the situation just continuously giving me attitude. The customer service would be a zero if I could give it that. Zero understanding of my situation. Zero respect for me just clearly wanted to leave and as soon as we were done he walked to the back room complaining about his day. Why he kept blaming me and acting like I was the nuisance, is beyond me. I get it, the day was very busy and long. Clearly he had it, also not my fault and no reason to treat me that way. Never apologizing about the situation the online system created. Never expressing any understanding for my poor experience. Never warning me that I'd have to pay twice and wait over a week for my money to be returned. Just blaming me and behaving very poorly. Oh, and the dude was going to throw away my receipt and I had to ask for it. What a PR*** I will go to KoP and avoid this location moving forward. Oh, the gentleman in the shoe section who helped me, he was fantastic.

Been here numerous times and always impressed by the level of customer service. I always find that…read morethey are extremely knowledgeable on the products and really educate you on what might be best for what you're looking for. Great items here and all decent prices too!

Had everything I needed, and tons more cool scout stuff! Great for gifts if there is an outdoorsy…read morekid in your life. Prices dictated by BSA, but still very high for quality and the amount of use a kid will get before they need a whole new uniform the next year. When I was a Brownie and Girl Scout my uniform was the same every year of each level. I get it that uniforms are fun for kids, and graduating through ranks is character-building, but when switching out just the hat, neckerchief, slide, and belt buckle STILL costs over $52 per year PLUS $25 handbook per year, on top of the shirt/pants/belt that cost $81 and also over $200 in BSA/Pack yearly dues... come on! Woman was helpful and sweet at dressing room. She helped with how to adjust pants. Man who "helped" me was really extremely pushy, trying to force the full uniform on me before I knew what my pack required (and honestly before I could check eBay and Mercari for used options). He was absolutely the worst salesperson in terms of pushiness and made me not want to ever return. He dragged my visit out, trying to throw one item after another at me, and made me late to my next appointment. He was also condescending to my child (and he said he is a den leader, geeze!). Just awful. Got what I needed but I don't look forward to returning in the future.

There is plenty of parking. The main lobby area is huge and should be used as part of the store. The store is VERY small but well organized. The store was packed today (Sat afternoon) so it was hard to walk around. Everything you can possibly imagine was in the store. It just needed to be twice as big The staff was friendly and helped me pick up the items I needed. I picked up the last child medium shirt and last small belt so hopefully they had more in the back. I even picked up a shirt for me and a cap for hubby. The uniform prices were crazy high but since ya gotta get it then there is no choice ($25 for a plain blue shirt and $25 for a pair of blue pants). Wish they made scouting more affordable for everyone. On the bright side the pants can turn into shorts so I don't need two pairs so that makes it a little better. I'll be back as they had some really cool kits that my son and hubby would love to build/assemble.
