We've owned several German cars over the years, but this was our first Mercedes-Benz. We were interested in the new AMG GLC Coupe, and believe me when I tell you, I am not an easy sale! I research and research, and then research some more before I ever step foot in a dealership. By the time I walk through the door, I've done my homework and know exactly what I'm looking for. Honestly, I sometimes feel sorry for the sales associate who gets me! Fortunately, we had the pleasure of working with Kolton Confer, and what a joy he was! Kolton was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. He took the time to help us find the perfect car, and his professionalism and approach were outstanding. It's refreshing to walk into a dealership in today's world and not feel pressured into making a purchase, but instead feel like you're being treated as a person. With some negotiations involving their equally impressive manager, William Ramirez, we were able to reach a deal that I believe was fair for both sides. That's exactly how the buying experience should be! Since we were going to be out of town, we arranged for a delayed pickup. When we arrived today to take delivery of our new car, Kolton and William greeted us warmly and congratulated us on our purchase. Kolton then introduced us to their business manager, Marion Turner, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Marion took the time to explain the various options available to us, providing the facts without any high-pressure sales tactics. She was honest, helpful, and to the point. Honesty and transparency go a long way these days, and Marion was another shining example of the outstanding team at Mercedes-Benz of Doylestown. After completing the necessary paperwork, we were introduced to Aidan O'Brien, their product specialist. I cannot say enough good things about Aidan! He spent a considerable amount of time walking us through the many features of the car, helping us program our phones, explaining how everything operates, and getting us set up with the website and apps. There's a lot to learn with a new Mercedes-Benz, and Aidan made sure we left feeling comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy our new vehicle. Seriously, he was amazing! After approximately 90 minutes, we drove away happy, confident, and thoroughly impressed. Bravo, bravo to Mercedes-Benz of Doylestown! From Kolton's exceptional salesmanship to William's fair and professional negotiations, Marion's honest guidance, and Aidan's outstanding delivery experience, every person we encountered contributed to making this a truly memorable purchase. As someone who does a great deal of research before making a major purchase, I can be a tough customer to impress. But this team absolutely delivered! They were super straight forward and not pushy about any extra work being done. I told them to go ahead with the few items needed and that I would schedule the other services in the upcoming months. My car was ready by lunch time. 10 out of 10 would recommend. They also followed up a few days later to check in on how the car was doing. This will be my mechanic in the area moving forward.

She ran an update on it and then couldn't start her phone. Dtown Tech took a look at it, determined that something caused the update to not complete. They completed the update and restarted her phone. It took just a few minutes and they didn't charge me. Those few minutes they gave me could've been spent on a billable project for them.
