Having been declined by a Samsung affiliated repair store because I was able to open the backing of my phone, I came here to get my phone fixed. The young lady working tonight, at around 7:00 PM, was wonderful. She was polite, professional, and got the job done rather quickly. I had a crack on my Galaxy S10 and just needed the front screen repaired. Only downside is that it costed more than it would have if I went to a Samsung affiliated store, but other than that then this seems to be a wonderful alternative. Only took roughly 30~45 minutes of my time, in and out. read more

Great people and great service... but for $130 to fix a screen, the touch is all out of sync. The first time, they put too many layers of glue so the screen wouldn't sense my fingers and they blamed me for potentially breaking my lcd (not just the glass) or that there is glass under the screen from the previously shattered glass (which they should've removed!). The actual technician was helpful and realized the problem with the glue and reapplied the screen and while it's better, it still is wonky in some spots. Either it doesn't register, or it registers a touch as a double touch, or it's just dead at certain angles (when i use it as a gps). They guarantee the work for 3 months, but I don't even want to go back for a 3rd try after the first two. And there is crap (dust, glue) under my screen which gives me ocd. read more

Claim they don't use glue to secure new screens on an iPhone 6 even though I can clearly see the strip of low quality glue they used, which failed after one day and the screen started separating away from the phone. They told me it's because my phone frame is bent, which causes the screen to not sit flush as press-fit - this is nonsense because it's not a press-fit at all, it's a glue job, and a bad one at that. For what it's worth, I EXPECTED them to glue it. Just not to use shitty glue. read more

Extremely rude service. I have a small crack in my Samsung S7 edge. Guy doesn't even to bother stopping what he's doing or take a closer look and says 400 dollars to fix it. That's insane... We were told we had to come in with my phone so that they could order the correct screen to replace. I simply don't understand why just telling them the type of phone over the phone wouldn't have sufficed. Took them about half an hour just to complete that in person process which is ridiculous. Then they never called us to say the part was in. Then when we went for repair they estimated it would take an hour. We dropped off the phone, came back an hour later and the guy said, " oh I broke my screw driver and can't fix it" but took another at least 15 minutes to just tell us that. So after spending about 4 hours of wasted time if I include my round trips to the mall my phone is still not fixed. This place is terrible. read more

I had them replace my iPhone 6s Plus glass (took them an hour and two installation attempts to get it right). The installation didn't seem quite right as the home button was depressed/recessed more than it was before. But I was told everything was fine. Eighteen hours after the repair I charged the phone. When I came back an hour later the screen had cracked right next to the home button. When I contacted them they said, "Unfortunately, glass does not break for no reason." No kidding, really! It does crack from improper installation or defects in the manufacturing process though. The glass costs them about $10. The rest of the $220 they charged was for labor/profit. They could have offered me a 50% refund and they still would've made a nice profit. Do yourself a favor and purchase an extended warranty either through Apple or insurance from your wireless carrier. The deductible is cheaper than what they charge AND you get a warranty if you have to replace the device. These guys are a joke! I would not recommend or use any of their services ever again. Now watch them try to weasel their way out of having any responsibility whatsoever for their botched repair work and blame and accuse me of doing something to have broken the glass. read more

Don't go there! They replaced my iphone screen and my phone wouldn't get service. They advised me to go to Apple, but not to tell them they had fixed it. Turns out they ruined the connection for my cell service. Apple had me go back to get my cracked screen put back on, because they wouldn't even look at it with their screen on it. While they were doing this, they completely blew out the LCD screen. I had to BUY a brand new phone because they totally ruined mine. AWESOME JOB GUYS, THANK YOU! Save yourself the trouble & just have Apple replace it. Its only 30 dollars more and doesn't void your warranty. read more

Eric is the best! I've brought many devices to him for repairs and he gets it right the first time every time. Their prices are competitive and the repair time is reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else. With all the information stored on mobile devices nowadays, the last thing you want is to lose it all because your phone is damaged and not working properly. We know how manufacturers love to sell you new devices and claim devices as being un-repairable, especially Apple. I had a phone that was ran over a couple times on the highway in California and I had brought it back to Eric for repairs because Apple said it had to be replaced. Absolutely the worst place I've ever gotten service! The first time I went I took my nexus 5 which the promised they could fix and would be in good hands. Bull crap! The girl who fixed it lost my power button for one. Then gave me a screen with lines in it that didn't work. I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to go back to this retarded stand where they told me a "better technician" would fix my phone. And that all would be good. Once again bull crap! These people are the absolute worst at there job!! Don't ever trust them with your phone. I came home - they refunded me a whopping 20 of the 130 I paid them and claimed to have fixed my phone. But guess what... They didnt!!! Now my screen is literally hanging by a thread falling out of my phone!!!!!! Are you serious????? And the whole time in was at the counter the tech who was supposed to fix it was whining because he wanted to get paid more money. So so so unprofessional. read more

Stay away from this iPhone repair service. My daughter had a cracked screen that needed to be replaced. After ifix and repair was finished with it, the home button was broken, the calibration was wrecked and the phone was not usable. We tried to get a refund and were refused. The employee actually walked off the site instead of discussing the issue with us. I am an attorney and intend to sue. Stay away from this business. read more

Fixed my phone for free instead of the $270 that the Apple Store wanted. A lightening connector broke and was stuck in our phone. The apple employee said it couldn't be removed and recommended our phone be completely replaced. We said no, and tried iRepair for the first time. Within 30 seconds, Ben removed the offending piece and sent us on our way with no charge. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with this little stand. read more

I returned in 20 more minutes and he informed me it couldn't be repaired and my phone won't turn on. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I got my screen repaired by ifixandrepair in early December and less than 30 days later, the screen cracked randomly without dropping it or any pressure damage (it also had an otter box case on it that we bought from them) and the screen stopped working. Thinking that they would be able to help, we returned to the store to speak with Eric about repairing the screen under the warranty because the damage was not caused by the "owner / user" (we believed that the screen had been faultily repaired because it cracked so quickly). Eric rudely yelled at us about how his warranty doesn't cover damages caused by the user, even though I had not caused any damage myself. Eric was not helpful at all with how to fix the phone and did not take any responsibility for improperly repairing the screen. Absolutely terrible customer service I would not recommend to my worst enemy. read more
