Save yourself the frustration and stick to online shopping. The last of staff product knowledge is unbelievable. I came in to grab a MacBook charger and brought my MacBook in to make sure I received the right. one. I got home, and of course, it was not the right one. I brought it back and the same employee who sold it to me proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was the correct one. Once I showed him (again) he told me he didn't have what I needed. I saw an adaptor right next to the chargers and asked if this would fit my computer. He said no without even taking it off the rack to look. I took it upon myself to look at it and what do you know, it fit. He rolled his eyes and walked away. I will make sure even in the most desperate situations I shop elsewhere, and you should, too. read more

I don't even know if we should review this type of business. They are doing everything by the book and therefore rarely get into trouble. Moreover, they are expanding into computers, notebook, and even cell-phones and tablets and their pricing are a lot more competitive now-a-day too. The 5 stars are for one employee! April, in the Copy and Print department is absolutely the most kind and helpful person I've ever encountered in this store. Even when she's extremely busy she is pleasant and respectful. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviewers that with the exception of the Copy and Print department the other employees sadly lack customer service and customer respect. April deserves a huge raise! read more

I really only use Staples when I need stuff printed for class. Unfortunately I was having bad luck and nothing was working. Jake was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me make sure I had everything I needed. He helped me print everything and even walked me to the cash register when I was done to make sure my bill was right. I will definitely always ask for Jake when I'm at Staples and you should too. read more

The manager here was extremely rude, I asked for a flash drive and Karen apparently was too busy to grab me one, I had waited 20 minutes just to find an employee to help me rather than talk to each other! And their manager just pawns me off to another employee, walked out of the store and drove to the souderton staples because I happened to be visiting my mother who lives there, I walked in and was greeted and asked if I needed help right away, this store is a mess and in need of a new management staff, drive to souderton and get what you need faster and also not have to deal with snobby employees. read more

I like this store very much. They have pretty much everything I need from office products to electronics. The location is also very convenient for me. I mainly order online and pick it up in the store. I like to order online because I can compare products better and find good deals faster. The staff is very friendly. read more

It took awhile to get waited on. When I did, I was given the wrong info about the product turnover. My project was very simple and I tried to do it online but their software isn't compatible with Kindle and I couldn't download the Staples app. Nope, Eek! Methinks not again. read more

I will NEVER go back here. With the volume that our company buys from here, you'd think that the cashiers could at least be kind. Tonight I stopped by to return something I had bought online. I asked the cashier (a boy with glasses) where the hang files were and he pointed but wouldn't tell me exactly where or walk me to them. He was being lazy and I couldn't find them so I decided to just return them instead of buying a replacement. After I came back to the register to return my product, the cashier asked where my receipt was. I told him that I made this purchase online and he said, "what do you mean?" (I don't know how I could've been more clear) so I told him that I went to www.Staples.com to buy this product and wanted to return it. I showed him my receipt from my email and he ignored me and sighed. Then he gave me a nasty look, ignored me and rolled his eyes. I couldn't believe his reaction. He said to me, "it's not you, it's just that this is a lot of work that I have to do now." Isn't this your job? Sorry I bothered you and you had to get off your cellphone and do what you're getting paid to do..work. He handed me a slip of paper and told me that I had to go on my email and "do something" for my return. I said "do what?" I kept refreshing my email address and didn't have anything. I was concerned because I didn't have any proof that he made this return so I asked him what exactly I had to do to receive my refund and he raised my voice at me and said "I don't know!!" So at this point I was over being treated like a piece of crap so I asked to talk to the manager. She was very kind and helped me but didn't acknowledge me when I told her that the cashier treated me horribly. I called corporate to complain after I left because I've never experienced someone in customer service that was rude, got loud with me and talked so degrading to me. I hope something happens because of my complaint. He should not be allowed to talk to anyone that way, especially customers. I'd rather make purchases from Staples from now on or even drive to the next closest Staples in Warrington (which is farther from me) so I don't have to deal with him again. I will NEVER step foot in this store again after tonight's experience. read more

Here's a lost cause if ever there was one. We are constantly ignored by the employees. Today it cost them over $1,300 dollars. We were so mad about the way we were being treated today, we called the toll-free number on a box of software right from the store in front of 2 very rude, threatening employees. What a way to treat us. One was management, and was jeering and did nothing to help us. Another was physically threatening. I should have called the police! We purchased the computer we wanted on-line from another place, and got a much better deal than Staples ever could have given us. Prices at STaples are high on other things as well. Does this store realize we can get what we need cheaper elsewhere without mean employees who don't care? I hope they go out of business and soon! read more

I've shopped in the Doylestown Staples many times because it's really the only option here in Doylestown for office/school supplies. It's such a disappointment most times. It's more and more difficult to find an employee to help and when you do finally TRACK one down, they point to a possible location for supplies. No one offers to walk you to it. I had to ask 3 employees 3 times to take me to where they "thought" a school supply was - because they weren't quite sure, but did not offer to go and see. I made them escort me. It's their job, isn't it? And shouldn't school supplies be top of mind in AUGUST?? Horrible customer service will only result in less sales. It think management and CORPORATE should take note of these awful reviews in Doylestown, and do something. Greet customers, walk them to products, inform and train your employees fully so that they are aware of everything they are selling. I believe the only reason you are still in business is a lack of competition. This is not a good enough reason for me to return. I support local businesses that "make an effort" to keep me coming back. Staples in Doylestown does not. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday, I stopped at the Staples Printing Center to get a few photos printed. Not a big print job, about 8 files. But the girl working there told me they wouldn't be ready until the following evening. Flash forward to today and I stop by an hour after the pick-up time I was given-different employee. She asks me what kind of paper and how many prints I wanted, which I had already gone through the day before. They had done nothing and lost the info I supplied them with. She then proceeds to go do the print job for me while I stand there waiting. They done good. Since the moment I walked in till the second I left they made me right at home. I am not as tech savvy as most people. So dealing with me is quite the annoyance. But they didn't seem to be bothered at all with my horrible vocabulary with computers. They made me feel like a person and not just another sale walking through the doors. I shop here often for ink cartridges and other office supplies. The staff is always helpful and I can't remember a time when I was disappointed.
