Well I took my dads ipad here BEFORE i read the reviews. It was the end of the day on Sunday so…read morethey told me to come back on monday. Well i read all these reviews sunday night. lol. I also have a busted Galaxy j710 screen that i wanted fixed by no way i was gonna use them till i got my ipad back. Went in Monday and the ipad was done. I turned it on and checked the colors first thing. lol. Looked great so i paid the man $75, which was almost half of anywhere else. a week later and the screen was still good as new. Not loose, no color fades. All is well. So this week i took in my Galaxy J710 for a screen replacement. The guy said my phone is not american model. So the screen may not fix perfect but will know when he put it on. I had to pay $20 of the $65 as down payment for the screen. 3 days later the screen came in and i went to the mall to have it fixed. An hour later the phone was done. But he said it had issues. Indeed it did. The screen colors were washed out. Buttons worked intermittently. I wasn't happy even though i was warned about the possible screen issues. The guy said he wouldnt charge me the other 45 dollars. lol yeah hope not. But im still out $20, even though he did work for that $20. Still, he felt bad and said he could order a phone just like mine ( ended up being a J727 ) for $100 and said he charges everyone else $150. I didnt believe that and said, i'll think it over while im at the food court and will be back. Got to the food court with my brother, took out his iphone and googled the J727s. Sure enough they were $150ish. This is ofcourse assuming the guy wasnt giving me a D grade phone. lol. Went back to CellDoC and told him to order the phone. Phone came in today and i went to check it out. Looked brand new. No scratches. Most likely a A grade. I also had him put on a glass cover, thogh i have to say its not a perfect fit. Thinner, doesnt cover the entire screen. Cost me $10. we will see if it holds as ive read reviews that it doesnt. Ok to sum up. Ipad screen replaced and looks as good as new 3 weeks in. Samsung J710 screen repair was a bust. Cost me $20, but got a newish phone for $100, so total cost $120. Thats $30 less than getting it repaired at staples. Though some places just as good as staples would be $100 to 120. So call it a wash. Screen protector not a perfect fit. All in all im happy and will give him 4 stars. and would go back again. I dont expect any problems with the phone other than the screen protector coming loose. We will see how the Ipad lasts. If something happens where i have to have either screen or device repaired again ill be back here to amend my review.

I bought a Apple Watch band and I broke out horribly from it. I attempted one return and the store…read moregate was closed with a sign on it to call a number and I was in a hurry to get to a doctor appointment.. I just got back and no refunds and they did not have a selection of bands. I felt comfortable that I would get so I wouldn't break out so cheap plastic Watch band was 25 something dollars. no refund policy sucks so I threw it away in their trashcan. so just be aware they have no refund policy only exchange. The one band that I maybe would have liked would not fit my specific watch

I spoke with Jim a week ago regarding my PC suffering from the Blue Screen of Death which is a…read moreWindows issue. He spent 15 minutes discussing possible causes, pricing and options - which was a pleasant surprise. Most places will simply tell you that they can fix any problem you have and just bring your PC to them. So after more research I was able to recover data from my PC much to my relief, even though it still doesn't boot up properly. I spoke with Jim again today and explained what I'd done. He advised me that my options were to either buy a new PC or spend $175 to reinstall Windows. Considering my PC is 9 years old, I'll opt to buy a new one. And the best part of the whole experience was that Jim actually gave me some advice on what to look for in a new PC. Even though I never had Jim fix my PC, I'm really glad that I spoke with him. He's a class act and I appreciate him taking time to help me even though he wasn't getting paid. Needless to say if I ever have PC issues in the future I'll call Jim.

I took my computer to Savemore and everything went perfect…read more The service communication is the best I've ever had. The aftercare warranty is also amazing. Please keep in mind this is a private business owned by one man. He is very kind and flexible. I received an over the phone diagnosis prior to entering his shop, albeit it was pretty simple (I needed a windows reinstall) He promised three day turnaround and it was true. He promised update calls and it was true. The value of the service was better than any corporation and the discounts he applies are very appreciative. If my computer becomes compromised or damaged I will always return to him.
