My boyfriend and I love coming to this Your Pie. It's our favorite one we've been to (we've been to 3 total).The pizzas are never burnt and everyone overall is super sweet. One guy in particular named Chris is always super helpful and is even considerate of our vegan lifestyle. He makes sure our pizzas are separate from non-vegan pizzas and we can tell he works really hard. Was a good pizza joint right on the main through way downtown. Fast and friendly service in a nice atmosphere. Prices are fair as you can build your own personal pizza with all the toppings you want no extra charge or get one of the house selections. All in all a good experience and a good eat. read more

As much as I like this place I wasn't treated like a valued customer the last time I visited he downtown location on 6/24/2016 around 4:15 p.m. The young boy whom I assume was the "manager" of some sort literally yelled across the restaurant in a snarky and rude tone asking if I was going to pay for my $3.77 gelato. When he was ringing me up I was having trouble with my credit card due to recent traveling (they temporarily cut it off to prevent possible fraud as it was outside of my normal spending habits). I asked him to hold off on it for a moment and got some cash (no one else in line as it was a very slow day). I went back to the register and paid a nice young lady $4 and told her to keep the change for the tip jar and then picked up my overpriced gelato. After finishing, I started to walk out with my colleague and was yelled at from across the restaurant questioning if I planned on paying for the gelato. I pointed to the young lady and she politely informed the extremely rude young boy making pizza that I had already paid. This was about as unprofessional as it comes. Even if I was dressed in ratty homeless clothing this would not be acceptable (I was in business casual slacks, a button down, and loafers. Not exactly thief attire). An experienced manager would have walked to me and politely asked his question. It was not busy at all so the boy who screamed across the restaurant wouldn't have missed much by politely approaching me like a decent human being. Sadly, I won't be back into this establishment because of the customer service I received. Your Pie should really start hiring more customer service experienced employees to interact with customers. read more

Returning from a trip to Chicago, I was craving pizza, but figured I wouldn't be satisfied after eating pizza there. My husband said a coworker (who's taste buds I trust) gave them great reviews. So we decided to give them a try. We enjoyed it so so much Our favorite is "The Grand Central". The garlic knots, oh my, delicious. Anytime we want pizza out, it's Lepoma's. After you place your order for one of their special "pies," you can tell the person behind the counter exactly what you want on your pizza. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that some toppings like sausage costed extra and they didn't tell me until I was at the cash register. You can choose the pizza dough as white or wheat. Both are made right in front of you. My only complaint is that it is made a little too thin, almost to the point where the pizza slices just droop and snap off when you pick them up. Prices are reasonable with most pizzas coming out to about $8-9. But these pizzas are small enough that one person should be able to finish one off solo. So in that respect some may consider them pricey. Taste is good, especially because you choose what you want on top. But with the short amount of time the pizza spends in a shallow oven, you can't really expect it to taste like genuine New York pizzas. After the workers ring you up and serves you your pizza, there is zero additional service. Not even a "thank you come again!" when you leave. read more
