So I love this place. Excellent pizzas. My beef is with ORDERING THROUGH APP!! Tonite for the second time in a row picking up food, they forgot my salads. First time couple weeks ago and I called and they like sorry and come back if need be which i did. 25 min drive but I love their salads AND THE RANCH. Tonite...same thing. Not only that, once there, their designated 3 spots for curbside are taken and NOBODY IN VEHICLES. So that upset me. Why not enforce what they created. Plus I called and even the girl was like RANCH DRESSING? and I said YES ON BOTH SALADS. I PUT EXTRA RANCH IN COMMENTS ON BOTH SALADS IN THE APP. Well get home and NO SALADS!!! Of course they're closed now. Just really frustrated right now because me and wife love their salads and now it's been back to back times. And i always tip over 20% and now again this. Just really terrible service. Yes, I had a large order--I have a large family. I used the app to order ahead for pickup. They gave me a call to verify that the gluten was an allergy though I had clearly marked allergy on the app. They also told me that it would be longer. I had no problem with waiting, even though it was a full hour after the app said it would be done. However, when I got there, the man that helped me said that he should not have made my order because it took up 75% of his ovens. I don't understand this. I thought that was what I was doing by using the app. Is he saying that he would have denied us service had we walked in to sit down and eat our lunch? If they have a problem with a large order being placed online or in the app, it should be marked. "Large orders will take longer" or "please call us if you need more than X number of pizzas." There was no reason to speak to me in the manner that he did. To top it off, when I got home, I discovered that one of my pizzas was practically raw while another was so burned that it was inedible. I will not be returning; from now on I will make the drive over to Auburn or up to Atlanta to get allergy-friendly pizza. read more
