So we asked the waitress and she said she would take it back to be fixed. She shortly returned with the plate and told us that beans didn't come with the chimichanga. We said that we knew beans didn't come as a side but per the menu it was "stuffed" with beans. She went on to say there was a small amount in the chimichanga, my guest forked through the food and showed there was no beans. She left and came back with a small bowl of refried beans and said we could have these even though it didn't come with beans. We just went with it. By the end of dinner my other guest wanted to resolve the issue with the manager. A young lady who literally appeared to be about 12 or 13 came and told us it didn't come with beans and there is a small amount of beans in it. My guest said that the menu was misleading at best and not really fair to the customer. The manager girl said that was the way it is and the have a nice day. The food was not bad, the southwest egg rolls were fantastic. We will never go back and I will tell every single person I can to not go here. I'd rather have a great experience with mediocre food than be treated like a dummy. Maybe it was because we were an interracial couple but I don't want to go there. This was my second time there. The first time we had a mixup with our drink. Neither then nor this visit did we want a discount, refund or compensation, just a simple fix they couldn't handle.
