    Bone-in pork chop

Had a great time at 11B for dinner. Our waitress Madison was very nice and enthusiastic about the menu. She recommended the smoked oysters appetizer and they did not disappoint. The flavor was incredible and it really continues to develop as you eat it. The pork chop was one of the best I've had as well. Very tender and perfectly cooked with excellent char on the outside. All the roasted vegetables and purée were great too. All paired nicely with the Port Old Fashioned. I would love to come again.

Found this gem down by the water. Did not have a reservation on a Saturday night. Got lucky and had a two top open. If all else had failed we would have sat at the bar. An option many took I noticed as we left. Farm to table and locally sourced. Ordered up some signature cocktail. The Pecan smoked old fashion was ok but did not look like an old fashion. Our strawberry mint drink was good. Both 12 bucks. Limited menu with a few apps. We opted for the biscuits. Small but good and the apple jelly was good. Interior is country chic and tables are well spaced out. Noticed there was a room off to the side that a larger party could have to themselves. Our entrees were very good. Salmon was cooked very well and the homemade "tarter sauce" on top was very good. Not over powering but good. Snapper over risotto was also very flavorful. It was busy but not noisy. Food came out at a good pace and you could tell It was very fresh. As my son said "you can tell It was good because I am not full but I am satisfied with the flavor and the meal" PROTIP - park on the street at the top of the hill. Walk down Special shout out to our server Aaron. She was great. Engaging witty and had good suggestions.

11th and Bay Southern Table is a great restaurant. Service and food quality are excellent. One thing I first was impressed with is the ambiance. The restaurant feels more like a place for special occasions and/or date option than others in the area. The food here focuses on quality and presentation. The food is fresh and seasonal so it changes depending on availability. We only ordered appetizers and drinks so I can only judge them for that but the limited options we did order were impressive. To start we ordered the pecan old fashion and the draft beers they had in season. All were great and refreshing. My old fashion was well made and presented well with the waitress coming to our table with a wooden box. The box was opened exposing the drink and pecan flavored smoke that infused with the drink. The appetizers we ordered were the oysters, smoked chicken and burrata charcuterie board. My favorite out of all them was the oysters. They were delicious and easy to eat. The hot sauce that accompanies the dish balances the rich oysters and aioli very well. Overall, this place is a great place to have drinks and food. No wonder why it's well rated for the area!

I was in town for a conference and was hoping for a good meal before the craziness of the conference began: I got a great meal. I arrived right as they opened, as I had to go set up my exhibit in the early evening. I opted for patio seating, which meant a lovely open-air (but covered) patio, with heat if I needed it. I began with Winter Thyme, a relatively new (I think) and delicious (I know) addition to the cocktail program, with gin, blood orange & ginger shrub, thyme simple syrup and blood orange juice. And then it was on to the food. At my friendly and knowledgeable server's recommendation, I began with the Southern caprese, a pairing of grilled green tomato and fried pimento cheese, accompanied by basil peach jam and creme fraiche (and I believe a little sriracha as an option as well). There was a fantastic balance between the grilled, somewhat acidic tomato and the fried cheese. For my main, I opted for the Comfrey Farms duroc pork chop, accompanied by butternut squash, brussels sprouts, celery & turnip root puree and apple mostarda. This was exceptional. The cook on the pork chop was perfect, with a little crust on the outside and incredible tenderness on the inside. The apple mostarda was a great pairing for the pork, and the vegetables were all nicely done and created a balanced main. This was one of the best pork chops I've had in a long time. For dessert, I went a little lighter (I was pretty full after the first two courses), with a chocolate and Grand Marnier creme brulee. It was very good, though perhaps not as special as the first two courses, probably just because it was less unique. All in all, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish: great food, friendly and efficient service, and a comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

Was told by my colleagues that the Parker house rolls and cinnamon butter was great. I had the summer salad (spring greens, cherries, strawberries, and a HUGE knot of burrata cheese, with an additional grilled salmon). This salad was incredible. Highly recommend! The table shared some deviled eggs. The pickled onions on the deviled eggs was so good. Everyone dipped their fries in the chili crisp oil and agreed it was one of the best flavor combos of the trip. Our server gave us an extra side of it and gave my friend a side of kimchi to add to his burger. Just great all around service and vibe. While the restaurant feels like the height of 2015-2020 design (let's road trip in our sprinter van to a shipping container cottage!), everything feels airy and good to be there

The hostess was warm and efficient, seating us immediately. Our server approached with the quiet confidence of someone who knows her craft--she was direct, professional, and all business in the best possible way. Even as closing time drew near, she kept my glass refreshed without needing to be asked, a small but telling detail that spoke volumes about her attentiveness. The space itself strikes a pleasant semi-formal note--clean, polished, and respectful without veering into stuffy territory. Behind the bar, the bartender was meticulously wiping down every bottle, a quiet display of care that set a tone of genuine pride in the operation. We began with a dozen oysters: six raw and six char-grilled. The raw specimens were on the petite side for the price, yet delivered a clean, bright, and pleasantly saline flavor that let the oyster speak for itself. The char-grilled version arrived with a savory Parmesan crust that brought its own appealing character--rich, cheesy, and nicely caramelized in a way that felt unique rather than derivative. The crab dip, however, was a standout. Far superior to the often disappointing versions we've encountered elsewhere, this one tasted of genuine lump crab meat, folded into a properly cheesy, indulgent dip that avoided any unfortunate "buffalo" detours. Served with crisp crostini, each bite was balanced and deeply satisfying--an authentic crab dip done right. The Korean cheesesteak offered an excellent harmony of flavors: tender, well-seasoned meat beneath a luxurious blanket of melted cheese, punctuated by the bright, spicy kick of kimchi and the refreshing snap of pickles. It was delicious, though for the price, I wished for a more generous filling and a bit more heft to the sandwich overall. The mac & cheese arrived in a commendably generous portion, with a beautiful Parmesan crust on top. Visually appealing, the dish unfortunately fell a touch flat on the palate. The noodles were properly cooked and coated in a creamy sauce, yet it lacked the depth and seasoning one hopes for-- a pinch more salt and pepper would have elevated it considerably. The fish and chips presented a towering mound of fries that carried decent flavor but lacked the shattering crispness one craves. The real disappointment lay in the presentation of the fish: two fillets stacked atop one another, causing the steaming heat to turn the once-promising breading soggy and prone to sliding off. That said, the fish itself was excellent--flaky, moist, and delicately sweet with a lovely buttery quality. It was the unfortunate interaction between steam and crust that kept the dish from greatness. The roads were a little dense, so not necessarily my particular style, but I'm good. The butter that came with them was very unique to say the least. To drink, both beers arrived filled to the absolute brim and proved so enjoyable that I would gladly order them again without hesitation. Overall, the evening delivered solid, thoughtful plates in a well-run environment, with several bright spots that make a return visit tempting--particularly for those oysters and that excellent crab dip.
