Erin is honestly the BEST! We decided to hire a wedding planner to help us plan our intimate backyard wedding. I knew she was exactly who we needed after just our first call. To be honest I did not really have a vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, but Erin was able to take bits and pieces of what I described, and she created our perfect wedding! Planning a wedding during Covid was challenging; but with her knowledge and expertise, Erin guided us through every step. Erin supported us and was very reassuring as we tried to navigate hosting an event during Covid. With Erin's help, we were able to host a safe and beautiful wedding! When people say, "trust the process" they really mean "trust Erin". She is such a professional and a wonderful person. I look forward to working with her for any future event planning again!

I would give Erin 100 stars if I could. She saved my wedding and my sanity. I was originally going to do a consultation with Erin to help me decide between two venues, but after having coffee with her for an hour, I knew I needed her for the planning process and to be there the day of my wedding. She put together a Pinterest Board for me, and literally brought that board to life! In one word, she is STELLAR. She is kind, creative, organized, knowledgeable and she "speaks wedding". After selecting our venue, in the course of eight months, we went through THREE site coordinators. Erin made sure I received everything promised to me by the first and second site coordinators. I would have gone bananas if I didn't have Erin by my side, reassuring me everything was going to be ok. I've called her my lawyer, counselor, advisor and dear friend. The day of was perfection. Erin made sure everyone and everything was where it was supposed to be. All day people told me our wedding was like a fairytale. I could not have done with without Erin.

Planning a wedding is overwhelming! Our venue strongly suggested that we hire a day-of coordinator (best idea ever!), and that kicked off our search for a wedding planner. As we made our way down the long list of recommended coordinators, it became more and more clear how important this role was going to be to our big day, and how many moving parts there were going to be! We spoke to Erin and hit it off immediately. She is so incredibly down to earth and easy to talk to, our search ended with that phone call - and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. Erin is incredibly visually talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. She's open to feedback, comes to the table with outstanding ideas, and really makes the process of planning for your wedding seamless and stress-free. In addition to wedding planning, Erin does wedding floral design - which saved us the hassle of having to bring another partner on board, and it ended up being perfect as she was our go-to person on all visual and floral logistics. She had a birds eye view of our wedding details from top to bottom, and the end result was perfection. I couldn't have asked for more with our flowers, and with all the details that made our big day so special - she really nailed it! Leading up to the wedding, Erin was extremely attentive, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. She worked with the venue and all our other vendors to coordinate everything perfectly, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The day was seamless, everything went as planned, and it will remain in the books as one of the best days of our lives. Erin was so easy to work with, and provided all the guidance (aka hand holding!) and advice we needed along the way - we truly felt that we lucked out finding her! It was like planning a wedding with one of your closest friends. We recently recommended Erin to one our friends who recently got engaged, and know that their day will be just amazing as ours with Erin on their team.

Beautiful setting for a bridal shower tea party!…read more The woodland room was so cute, whimsical, and fun! The room was so earthy and pretty. When my friends and I were deep in conversations, I forgot we were in a closed room and it felt like we were sitting at a table in a forest instead! We loved all the fun and pretty details in the woodland room. We loved the other rooms too and appreciate how we were able to walk through all of them, take pics, and play around! We loved all of the food and drinks that were served. We had blueberry scones, tea, lemonade, various finger sandwiches, salad, cheesecake, and sparkling cider. We were able to take home the leftover food and we had plenty to eat between the 6 of us. Denise is friendly and easy to communicate with both via email and in person. I'm so glad I reserved her woodland room for my bridal shower. She made the day feel so special and fun! I would recommend Pretty Tea Parties for anyone interested in doing an unforgettable get together! I hope to book with Denise again for future celebrations! :)

The attention to detail is impeccable, and there's plenty of parking out front. The food is high quality, from the salads and sandwiches to the desserts. The teas themselves are fairly basic, and I recommend letting them know about any allergies ahead of time otherwise they can get a bit ruffled. That said, they do offer gluten-free options, and their gluten-free scone was fabulous!

As a DJ, I've been part of my fair share of complex productions--but this event? This one had layers. We're talking immersive design, multiple performances, theatrical moments, choreographed timing, lighting cues, and the kind of attention to detail that would make Broadway stage managers sweat. And yet--through every twist, change, last-minute curveball, and behind-the-scenes chaos--Andrea stayed calm, composed, and genuinely joyful. That smile never left her face. It wasn't just impressive; it was inspiring. What struck me most was Andrea's emotional intelligence and natural leadership. She wasn't just checking off a list--she was reading the room, checking in on vendors, comforting the family, and still had the foresight to ensure every beat of the evening landed with intention. For us as DJs, a successful event relies heavily on the planner's clarity, timing, and communication. Andrea excelled at all three. Her cues were crystal clear, her flexibility never compromised the bigger picture, and her collaboration felt seamless. It's rare to find someone who can hold both the creative and logistical sides of event production in perfect harmony. Andrea is that rare gem. Ann Saavedra was our day-of wedding coordinator. Our wedding was a great success. I felt that Ann…read morewas not adequately detail oriented for the size and complexity of our event, although ultimately everything turned out great. Pluses: 1. Ann is friendly and professional. She made me feel special during the planning process. 2. We technically had not paid her for wedding planning- only for the day of coordination - but she was happy to meet with me at length before the wedding and also met with the florist and my sister who was involved in the planning. She made a special site visit and made helpful suggestions to my sister. 3. Ann appears to be very experienced. She thought of issues to consider during the wedding planning which I never would have thought of including considering how to position readers in the ceremony seating arrangement, where parents most likely should sit, etc. She similarly gave helpful suggestions for the order of the procession. She recommended making lists of people to pick up centerpieces, leftover cake, and other equipment from the wedding so that the day of went more smoothly. I felt that her suggestions helped us feel more relaxed on the day of the event because many things were "taken care of." 4. When my sister discovered at the last minute that the chairs that arrived were incorrect, Ann spent time with the vendors and helped correct the problem. Behind the scenes, she took care of everything and I didn't even know about it. Minuses: 1. During the pre-wedding preparation periods, I started to notice that she failed to read most of the emails I sent her or CC'ed her on to update her on changes in plans. 2. At the rehearsal I was shocked to find that she had a beautiful timeline and outline of all the details of the wedding which she didn't seem familiar with (I heard her daughter puts the packet together for her). She was inefficient in conducting the rehearsal due to lack of familiarity with the details. 3. The day of the wedding she was often not present or readily available, even when we called her cell phone. 4. She failed to make sure corsages and bouquets were available for the photos even though we followed her timeline so she should have known when to bring them. 5. I heard afterward that she snapped at a family member who came to kindly ask why the candles for the ceremony had been removed. 6. When the time of the bouquet toss came I realized that she had not made the toss bouquet available to me and she was unavailable at that time. I ended up using my real bouquet which luckily i was ok with parting with. Overall, I will say this- my wedding turned out beautifully. I didn't feel that this was really because of Ann, but I think that she may have done some behind the scenes work that helped. There weren't any major disasters, but I wondered if she would have been able to handle it if there had been. A simpler and smaller wedding may make for a different story. In addition, her strengths may be more in helping with the planning process than in the hectic day of coordination.

As a professional photographer and have worked with Ann I always thought how smooth things flowed…read morewith her taking care of details. Organized and and always on top of things. When my daughter was married in May 2013 we were lucky that Ann Saavedra was on board. Ann only wants it to be one of the most happiest days of your life. Details and getting things done so the bride wont worry why the salad is not there or when is the first dance. She is a lovely person and I highly recommend her to all my clients.
