Erin was so great to work with - she is extremely responsive, beyond organized, and so helpful with her experience to help make the best decisions for our wedding planning and wedding day. Erin's communication made the entire planning process feel seamless, and our meetings were always productive given her insight and advice. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything was in place and running on a smooth timeline which was very important to me as the bride. When Erin and I first video called for the initial consultation, she came prepared with a slide deck covering information about her packages, how she would help, and what we could expect. She promised she would go through the deck within a certain amount of time, and she DID. I LOVED that, so we decided to move forward with Allora Event Designs. And Erin never dropped that standard! She was always on time to our meetings, and none of our meetings ever ran over time. Every session with her was extremely efficient, and we got a lot of work done. She was also extremely quick to respond during her working hours, unless she was coordinating a wedding, which she would always let us know about ahead of time. Thank you so much to Erin and her team for making our big day so amazing! We had way more fun than we even expected. Thank you for helping us stay on top of schedules and keeping the day moving forward, while also being so flexible whenever we wanted to add or change something. From the very beginning of wedding planning, I knew I wanted a professional to be in charge of the day. My biggest fear was relying on my family--especially my mom and sister--and putting pressure on them to handle logistics, questions, and timing instead of being fully present with me. When I started meeting with wedding coordinators, everyone was lovely and kind, but Erin immediately stood out. Her calm, professional, and genuinely kind demeanor gave me complete reassurance that my wedding day would be in the best hands. I also knew I would be happy working with her during our monthly check-ins leading up to the wedding--she was incredibly easy to talk to and genuinely cared about me and my vision for the day. Our wedding was at Ruby Hill, and when I met Erin at the venue, every staff member greeted her with such excitement and immediately told me I was in great hands. Seeing how everyone lit up when they saw her spoke volumes about her reputation and the respect she has in the industry. Erin was also invaluable when it came to vendor recommendations. From florals to photo/video, DJ, hotel room blocks, and everything in between, she connected me with amazing vendors and worked seamlessly even with those she didn't know personally. On the wedding day, everything felt perfect--on time, smooth, and stress-free. I genuinely enjoyed my wedding day and felt completely present. My entire family was impressed by Erin, and she effortlessly blended in while ensuring everything ran flawlessly. I chose her Ruby Hill planning package, which was uniquely comprehensive for a "month-of coordination" style package--far more than what other coordinators offered. This made me feel even more at ease and confident that we were in great hands. Her dedication never went unnoticed; she was consistently dependable and always (and I truly mean always) showed up for us, which meant so much to my husband and me. I highly recommend Erin and would choose her all over again. Thank you, Erin, for helping make our wedding day unforgettable! read more

Type A, Type B, or whatever personality you have, Erin is YOUR person for your event coordination needs. As the newlyweds, my wife and I couldn't ask for a better person to run point during the planning phase and the day of our wedding! PLANNING We had 3 pre-planning meetings with Erin. In each meeting, she guided us on the checklist items we had to accomplish. The items were extremely detailed, more complete than I would've expected. You really can't out beat Erin's years of experience with your (our) overthinking-ness. WEDDING The day of was super easy. We dropped off all our items during the rehearsal and Erin just took care of all the placements. My wife and I had the opportunity to fully savor every second of our wedding because we knew Erin took care of the details that we've prepared for our guest. All the guests were so impressed with how well the wedding was executed. read more

My wife and I used Erin and her services to help us in our wedding planning process, and it was such a great help! It can be very stressful planning a wedding and keeping things on track and Erin made that process a breeze. On the day of the wedding we were able to just relax and enjoy our day while Erin made everything happen behind the scenes. I would recommend Erin! read more

Erin was absolutely incredible from start to finish. My daughter Katie (the bride) found Erin--though I'm still not quite sure how--and we are so thankful she did. Having not planned a wedding in nearly 40 years, we quickly realized we needed help, and Erin was the best decision we made. She was our calm in the chaos, our steady voice of reason, and the light guiding us through every step of the planning process. Erin connected us with amazing vendors, gave Katie monthly "homework" to keep her and her fiancé on track, and held regular Zoom check-ins that kept everyone in the loop. She always reminded Katie she could call her anytime with questions or concerns--which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, Erin was everywhere--handling every detail so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She made sure the dresses were fluffed, candles were lit, and even took my purse to my table just before I walked down the aisle. I'm sure there are countless other things she did that I'll never even know about--but I felt completely taken care of. Because of Erin, I was able to focus on being the mother of the bride, and my daughter got to fully enjoy being the bride. I truly can't imagine doing it without her--and now, I feel like I've gained a friend, too. Hiring Erin and her team was hands-down the best money we spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Erin at Allora Events for our wedding! After searching through so many wedding planners and feeling unsure if we'd ever find the right fit, discovering Erin was truly a blessing. From our very first interaction, she stood out with her attentiveness and her ability to immediately understand the vision we had for our special day. Erin is incredibly detail-oriented--nothing slipped past her. She anticipated needs we didn't even know we had and made sure every element was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. Her exceptional organization kept everything on track, and her clear communication made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. We were very pleased to have Erin as our wedding planner. Even though we didn't have that much time to plan our wedding (only about 5 months), she was able to help us plan everything pretty smoothly. She was always very responsive and supportive. We would not have been able to have such a beautiful wedding without her help, taking care of contacting every party involved, from music to catering. And during the day of the wedding, she was also taking care of every little detail, making sure that the party would move along as planned. read more

We loved how flexible, responsive, and accessible Erin was throughout our planning process. She was supportive and helped assure us throughout the ups and downs of planning a non-local wedding . Her "Essentials" package worked really well for us--most of our vendors and bigger wedding decisions were booked and done but we needed a little more support and help on getting the details all together in addition to the day-of coordination. Erin was a huge help on all fronts with our monthly calls, including decor/design, recommending and coordinating the last few vendors we didn't yet book, and logistics/timeline/layout planning. On the day of, her team did a fantastic job with design/decor and coordination. If there were any hiccups, we didn't notice. We were able to enjoy our day and soak it all in thanks to Erin! read more

When my husband and I first got engaged, we met with so many wedding planners who we just couldn't vibe with. When we met with Erin, I remember how easy the conversation was with her and how honest she was with us. I remember at the end of the conversation with her she said, "I just want you guys to know that even if you did not pick me as your wedding planner, I love how you two are together and I hope the best for us." No other wedding planner we met with told us that and she felt genuine to us. I love that every month we got to have our monthly meetings with Erin who made sure we were on track. She had a whole list for us that broke down what we needed to do and I love that she understood who we were as a couple. She knew that my husband was the organized type, but I was the one who made sure to get the small details done. Erin was really knowledgable about vendors and she made sure each vendor knew our timeline and what we needed from them. I love that she was easily reachable and always quick to respond to us whether it be by text or e-mail, Erin was always there for us. Day of the wedding, Erin really made sure that everything went smoothly. If there were any hiccups, she made sure to handle it because she understood how every couple feels the day of their wedding. I remember that she came into our dressing room and calmed our nerves down. She coordinated with all our vendors to make sure they were on time, they were where they needed to be and even made sure that everyone got to eat. I cannot stress how amazing Erin was as a wedding planner/coordinator. She went above and beyond! I highly recommend Erin if you are looking for an amazing wedding planner. You won't regret hiring her and her team for your wedding day. I can promise you that Erin will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is as perfect as possible. LOVE YOU ERIN! read more

We had our wedding at The Club at Castlewood, and wanted a coordinator that was familiar with this venue. When meeting with several coordinators, we had a great connection with Erin. One of the best features is how accessible she is. Although we booked her for her coordinating services (and not full planning), she was meeting with us every month, giving us small tasks to ensure we would be on track the whole way. Other coordinators said if we would book with them, we would only hear back when it was two-three months away to learn about the details! The fact that we met every month for a whole year allowed me to get to know her, trust her, and relax the entire wedding day. She also came in handy when I needed toothpicks! When you book Erin and her team, know that you are going to be well taken care of. read more

Erin is an absolute STAR! She's incredibly detail-oriented, organized and attentive! We were so lucky to work with her from late 2019 - July 2021. She was able to help us manage our timeline, communicate with the venue/vendors, and adjust our event based on the unpredictable COVID guidelines. We were able to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021 with her help! She was super patient with us :) We'd recommend the full planning service because she'll guide you through the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. We really appreciated her industry knowledge and suggestions throughout the process. We had no idea what to expect in 2019, but we've now learned a ton about the wedding industry, traditions, and so much more. The monthly planning sessions with Erin were invaluable! She's always prepared with a checklist, so you'll know exactly what you need to do for any given month! Moving on to the BIG DAY! Erin and her team were fantastic! Rest assured because Erin will have all of the required documents and lists ready for show time. It's so important to have other amazing vendors as well, so definitely ask her for referrals and recommendations before your big day. We've individually selected most of our decor, but the Allora team brought our vision to life. They were able to seamlessly coordinate all of the details with our vendors! We were SO happy of the results! Book them today :) read more

Erin was truly a godsend to my husband and I during the wedding process. Three months before the wedding we were majorly behind in planning. My sister was my bridesmaid and wedding planner and when she passed away I literally stopped doing all planning. When my husband and I contacted Erin in January for our March wedding at Ruby Hill, she told us about her teams Ruby Hill wedding package we knew Erin was the one for us. After meeting with us and figuring out where we were in planning she made a checklist of everything we needed to do to catch up and then made another one of important deadlines to make sure we were on track without feeling overwhelmed. We had 4 meetings on zoom to go over the checklist to see where we were at and also to go over the seating chart and wedding venue forms. Whenever we had questions we would email or text and get a response within minutes. In terms of vendors she knew each and every one by first name including the people in Ruby Hill and was in contact with all of them for show times, etc so we didn't have to. Day of we didn't have to worry about anything. Her and her team showed up at the venue 30 min before us setting up decor all around the venue based off the boxes of things I gave them. She found my flower girl and ring bearer before the wedding and showed them how to walk down the aisle. And coordinated with all the other vendors to make sure everything was on time. While everyone was eating she was stealthily hiding easter eggs around the venue for my nieces and nephews to find. She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough! I have family and friends tell me how smooth the wedding was and it was all because of Erin. Hiring Erin was one of the best decision we've made in regards to our wedding! Just the idea of planning a wedding started to stress me out. Erin made it all easy. I originally came to her wanting to ask her to be a Day of Coordinator...and I'm so glad she turned that idea down. She made us understand that as a wedding planner, you work behind the scenes and it'll just make more sense to walk through the planning together. She's just so friendly, we felt that our monthly meetings was just a hang out with one of our friends to talk wedding deets.  She's very organized and really made sure our vision came to life. I get a little emotional thinking about it, but Erin really did that. Our vendors, wedding decor, wedding party, logistics... ALL of it were all taken care of and we owe Erin so much for making sure of it.  There are not enough thank you's to be given to even come close to letting you know how much we appreciate you, Erin!! We're so thankful for all of the hard work she did before and during the wedding. Come wedding day, we had nothing to worry about, because we were able to wholeheartedly trust that Erin would take care of everything. At one point, she brought me eyelash glue during the reception (it wasn't mine).  I honestly could go on and on about how amazing Erin is, so before I type a 5 page paper... This is all just to say, you will not regret choosing Allora Events as your wedding planner. They'll take care of you :) WE MISS YOU ERIN! read more

I couldn't possibly recommend a vendor more highly than Erin and her team. She was a dream to work with, and I'll miss her check-ins now that the wedding is over! Coming from a self admittedly very Type A customer, she is ON IT, and has an answer to everything. She also has been doing this forever and has a ton of helpful suggestions and best practices to make your day run smoothly. She is well connected to the other vendors you'll need, and works with them seamlessly. I felt like her answer to everything was "yes, we can do that / we can make that happen!", which was exactly what I needed to ensure my day was completely stress free. Erin is the real deal!! We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding from 2021 to 2022, and Erin offered her insight and immediately managed the communication with all of our vendors to ensure a smooth transition. During the planning itself, Erin was genuinely happy to offer her honest opinions on what works well and what does not without being intrusive when we had to make a final decision. Erin is also very well connected with all sorts of local vendors such as rentals, cake/dessert, and entertainment. This connection she had allowed for her to promptly receive and forward updates to me and my wife. Erin even made time to visit a rental vendor with us to help us choose our linens and decor! As our wedding day got closer, we were impressed with how organized and diligent Erin was with keeping us on task. If there was something we were having trouble with, she would guide us through it so we felt comfortable with the end result. The regular meetings we had were easy and fun. Erin truly SHINED during the wedding. Our plan was to have our 6 month old daughter be our flower girl, but she was not in a good mood at all which threw off our whole plan. However, Erin was quick to keep us calm, offer suggestions, while again making us feel empowered to make our own decision which led to an amazing outcome (without throwing off the timeline!). Erin nailed the ambiance, flow, and vibe that we always dreamed of and we received unsolicited compliments from our guests on how fun and smooth the wedding was. Thank you Erin - Janelle and I will always look back fondly at our special day and you were a HUGE part of making that happen. read more

If I could give more stars I would! Let me just say I have been to a lot of weddings and I've never been to one with as many challenges as we had. I was a bridesmaid and saw all the behind the scene challenges she encountered. Erin was so responsive and was solving problems left and right. True professionalism from her and her team the whole night. I was so impressed by her the whole evening. If I ever have an event or know of someone getting married I will be sure to tell them about Erin. She made sure to make transitions happen as seamless as possible. Thank you Erin, truly. Erin Russo was wonderful to work with. We decided to go with the 'wedding day coordination'. This means, we had monthly check-in, an hour phone call/via zoom, and on the side unlimited text messages/phone calls/emails exchange (if the Bride or Groom) had any questions throughout wedding planning process. This was so great because we were able to reach Erin ANYTIME of the day. Erin was so lovely to work with and listen to her clients. We had so much fun in our meetings, sometimes we would all get sidetrack, talk about random things and joke and laughed the whole time, but was able to get things done in our hour meetings zoom. We got married at the Club at Rubyhill, the staff was so pleasing to work with. So, every couple has a budget and flowers are the top most expensive in weddings. We went through many meetings with Florist, couldn't find the right Florist for us and they also had very high minimum. This is why you have you a wedding planner, Erin found a prefect florist for us. We had a great Team. Three weeks before our wedding, we did had troubles with our tight timeline. We did have to cut a few things out; therefore, Erin helped executive a plan of direction for us. We didn't feel stressed. If you are looking for a wedding planner and feeling indecisive, we promise you Erin Russo and her Allora Team will make your wedding dream come true. read more

Erin is the BEST!! She deserves 100 stars! As the Mother of the Bride who thought we could do this without a wedding planner, was I completely wrong! Erin kept us on track at our monthly meetings and made the process seem easy and low stress. Both my daughter and I work full time and Erin helped us tackle all the planning without it taking up too much of our time. And might I add that she is the sweetest, calmest, most personable person we worked with! On the day of the event when things didn't go as planned, Erin and her team were able to "pivot" in a very seamless way. Our guests had a great time and all the changes were barely noticed! I am now a HUGE supporter of wedding planners and the need to have the absolute BEST person doing the job! It's worth the money - believe me! Thank you Erin. TL/DR - Erin is a fantastic planner and coordinator! You'd be in excellent hands partnering with her for your wedding (or other event). My husband and I are two professionals in tech with a COVID puppy. After getting engaged, our priority was to minimize the stresses of planning a wedding during a pandemic, in less than 12 months. That meant hiring a planner! We interviewed 4 planners and landed on Erin because she was professional and fun, provided value to us during our consultation with ideas she thought would work well for our wedding, and her overall personality was a fit to work with us through the ups and downs of COVID wedding planning. --Side note: We went with her middle package (more than day-of, but not full planning). In retrospect, we wish we'd paid for full planning! She's that good and it would've taken more off our plate. If your budget allows, we recommend this to all our friends now. Erin really proved to be a great hire! One very important contribution was vendor recommendations. There are SO MANY professionals out there it can be overwhelming on your own, but Erin has a great idea of which vendors suited our particular vision. Our contract included contract reviews and some vendor management, which also helped us a lot! Towards the end, we were able to tell her changes we wanted (example extra linens) and she'd work with our rental company for us, saving us extra calls. She has some good organization tools to support you (i.e. lists and trackers). I was really impressed when it came to the day-of coordination stuff as she uses good software to manage this important information. When it came to weekend of coordination, she really outdid herself. My maid of honor said it was the most organized and tightly run rehearsal she'd ever been to! And on the day of the wedding, we trusted her and her team to handle any of the things that pop up. In fact, the wind picked up as I walked down the aisle and my veil got caught on my shoe. Erin ran up and saved the day. There's no problem she can't solve! And lastly, when you work with someone for close to a year, it's hard not to feel they are friends! We got to bond over dogs and favorite wineries. If we ever have a party in the bay area that requires event planning, we'll reach out to our favorite planner! read more

I'd like to note that this is my first Yelp review in over 3 years, but I had to end my hiatus to give Erin and team the kudos they absolutely deserve! --- My husband and I recently got married at The Club at Ruby Hill and our wedding was a dream come true! TBH, I initially tried my best to convince my husband not to have a full-on wedding because it would be so much work and too complicated to plan - that all changed after we met Erin. We wouldn't have been able to pull it all off without her. She is SO incredibly amazing at her job - super thorough, incredibly friendly, detail oriented, very responsive, experienced, but also very flexible and accommodating. I wanted to have control over a lot of the planning aspects but needed someone to help us stay organized and execute all the logistics, and ensure things would go smoothly the day-of. Erin was able to build out a customized plan for us and work with us the weeks before our wedding and really made us feel at ease and less stressed. I loved that she was able to offer her opinion and vision without being pushy, and supported what we wanted for our wedding. She had answers and solutions to literally ALL our concerns! We asked Erin a ton of questions on our ceremony details, reception schedule, party favors, floor plan, etc and she offered so many great tips and we really appreciated and valued her expertise. There were many little (but important) details we never would've thought of but Erin was proactive in sharing tips and reminders so we wouldn't forget anything. Before the wedding, we gave Erin a laundry list of everything we needed set up and every little detail of our wedding and she was able to execute flawlessly and efficiently! Many of our guests were also impressed by Erin and complimented on how organized and on top of everything she was. We absolutely loved all our vendors but Erin was definitely the one who made the magic happen - you can really tell that she loves her job because she puts so much thought and love into everything and makes sure that her clients are happy. The whole time working with her, we felt like we were her only clients because she was so generous with her time and made sure we felt good about everything. We could not have chosen a better wedding planner for our big day - one of the BEST investments we made for our wedding and we are just so, so happy with Erin's services! Thank you so much, Erin and team!!! read more

Getting engaged and planning a wedding can be so stressful, and its one of those things that people don't always tell you about. After seeing the amazing job Allora Events did at my friends weddings a few years ago, hiring Erin and her team was hands down one of the best decision I made when it came to planning my wedding. Erin helped make this one of the best experiences for my family, my husband and I. With frequent meetings every few months she helped me with my vendors, my checklists, my signs, music, my decorations/visions and everything in between come to life. There are so many details that you don't think about when planning a wedding, Erin made sure everything was taken care of. My wedding day was the best day of my life and its safe to say if Erin hadn't been there to help deal with the other vendors and little issues that had occured throughout the night, then I wouldn't have had the best night of my life. We are so happy we went with Allora Event Designs to execute our wedding day! She was a preferred vendor at Ruby Hill .Our initial meeting with Erin showed us that she really knew was she was doing, she had everything outlined for us and was very organized. She always promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had and was of course prompt for our rehearsal and wedding day. Erin understood what vision I was going for and executed it exactly how I had imagined. She was in close contact with all our vendors, created a clear timeline of how the day panned out, and everything seemed to work out smoothly. Erin knows Ruby Hill inside out due to the amount of events shes planned there. So if youre planning to have a wedding there... you know who to go to. I would definitely recommend Allora Event Designs to anyone I know looking for an event coordinator! read more

This is long overdue, but I came across someone asking for an event planner recommendation in a FB group and made a point to look up Erin's information. Like others have said, Erin was a blessing. My husband and I had a City Hall ceremony in July 2019, but I still wanted the "party"! With my procrastination issues, I think it was just about 7-8 weeks before our wedding reception date (November 2019) that we met and hired Erin. In that amount of time, she was able to gather the ideas from my head and put them into actual progress of vendors to hire and deadlines to meet. She made the night exactly what I wanted: she let me enjoy the evening and it was magical. (And, yes, my husband enjoyed everything too) I also want to add that there was a happy caveat to our reception... and Erin was the first to know the reason: I wouldn't be drinking alcohol because we had just found out I was pregnant. With having our reception at Concannon Vineyard, it was a little awkward having to ask permission for us to bring a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage for the bride (that didn't scream NA), but Erin made it happen. Thank you Erin for how amazing you are! read more

Erin was such an elemental part of our wedding planning process. She knew that I could own part of the planning responsibility but still needed guidance, references, someone with an eye for decor, a listening ear, and so many more things! Erin understood my needs and was a great partner. She made great recommendations that she knew I'd love and was also great at explaining why some of my ideas may not work - which is exactly what I asked for, her honesty. She's the expert, not me! She did such a phenomenal job on our wedding day. As far as I know, nothing went wrong because if it did, she likely handled it. For example, I didn't know that one of the table numbers caught on fire until I saw it in our wedding photography. She's the best at making sure that you're eating, drinking, and having the time of your life. Erin, you're the best! read more

Erin was the planner for our wedding and was absolutely amazing. We met her at a venue open house and really liked how nice and down to earth she was. I knew that getting help on planning our big day was probably the right way to go. So once we nailed down our date and booked our venue, we looked at wedding planners. We talked with a number of planners and Erin stood out as someone that was super easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very responsive and helpful. Even though we live in different parts of the Bay Area, she was happy to meet with us to go over her services and what we envisioned for our wedding. We decided to book her for partial planning. Your planner is the person that you will spend the most time with in the months coming up to your wedding, and we are so glad that we picked Erin. She was always super supportive of what we wanted, very organized, had great advice, and was realistic with us about what would and wouldn't work well.. She went the extra mile meeting with us one-on-one as well as with some key vendors. She set up regular calls with us to go over how we were progressing and what our milestones should be. She helped make sure we were staying on track and encouraging us every step of the way. Her advice and recommendations aided us when making final decisions for other vendors. Erin ran our rehearsal and was the coordinator for our wedding day. She led the rehearsal smoothly, answering everyone's questions, and making sure we all knew what would happen. And she handled our wedding day with an unmatched professionalism, running everything smoothly behind the scenes and checking in with us to make the night go smoothly and according to plan. Our ceremony was outside and dinner inside--and while we planned to have cocktail hour and cake cutting outside, she wisely suggested we move those parts of the night inside and made it happen with minimal interruptions to us. Erin is quick thinking on her feet, super organized, and had great ideas to make the night go really well. Erin is a professional, friendly, organized planner that you can't go wrong booking. We really appreciate all that she did to make our wedding go smoothly and know she could do it for your big day too. read more

My husband and I worked with Erin for our June 2023 wedding at the Palm Event Center. She was so fantastic! Working with her was straight-forward and easy from start to finish. She had great vendor suggestions, helped us know what to do next, and as we got closer to the wedding, we could rest assured that she was handling all the final details like confirming with vendors, creating and distributing schedules, etc. We truly don't even know if there were any hiccups on the day of because if there were, Erin handled them with such ease that no one even noticed! We cannot recommend Erin enough! Her expert guidance throughout the process and ability to execute the wedding we and our families were dreaming of were priceless! read more

My daughter was recently married at The Club at Ruby Hill. Since she and her soon to be husband were living a very busy life in New York, I happily took the lead on their local bay area wedding planning and hired Erin to help! Can I just tell you that we got so lucky to have found Erin. From the very beginning, she was very honest and helped me decide on the perfect planning package for us. And for those several months leading up to the wedding, Erin answered EVERY question, guided us masterfully, tamed my anxiety when needed (LOL), and did everything in her power to help build the "dream team" of vendors for the wedding day. Never did I question if we had made the right decision in hiring Erin. She is truly AMAZING at her job and is such a wonderful person as well! I used to manage event planning for a tech company, so I have a tendency to want to control these things. On the day of the wedding, I can honestly say that I confidently handed over ALL of the control to Erin and her team. With all of my trust in her, I had nothing to do on the wedding day except enjoy it. They did an incredible job making sure that all of the moving parts were aligned perfectly. I really can't say enough about the care Erin puts into her work. One hundred percent, hire Allora Event Designs!!! You will be so happy that you did! :) read more

Erin was a dream. My husband and I are not "big wedding" people, and we dreaded all the planning that went into our day - that is, until we hired Erin. Her customized services were perfect for us - she checked in with us every month, kept us on track, gave me advice when needed, and always eased my stress anytime it crept up (especially as we got closer to the wedding). The work she put in for us prior, and on the day-of, can never be thanked enough. Sent to Erin after our wedding: "TJ and I have basically been beaming over you, and the amazing work you did for us since the wedding. We cannot believe how perfect it was, and can't thank you enough. Everything went so smoothly, and if there were any issues, we had NO idea they were happening. I'm already referring you to people - even those that aren't engaged THANK YOU X A MILLION." read more

Erin is amazing. Period. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/event coordinator, I can say with no reservation that hiring Erin was the best thing we did. Erin has great taste, is very detail-oriented, organized and personable, and is in touch with great vendors. I cannot imagine what I would have done without her expert advice, planning assistance and day of wedding coordination. During the planning process, she always made herself available; she was so responsive! Not only did she help create the vision I had for my wedding, she was there for me when I was overwhelmed and indecisive. On my wedding day, she made sure everything was perfect and it certainly was. My husband and I still talk about our wedding day and how much fun we had and we have Erin to thank for that. read more
