    Erin- the owner is a great party planner, with a magnificent eye for detail and trends in all venues. She has done invitations for me, and mulitple parties. I have been really been impressed with her professionalism and knack for suggesting things that would work for me and not trying to push her ideas. She is really easy to work with and has a great personality. I highly suggest Erin for your next invitation needs, party or wedding needs. She is really resonably priced too and knows how to work on any budget.

    My husband and I had Erin as our full service wedding planner. Where to even begin?! Erin was INCREDIBLE from the moment we first talked on the phone to the very end. Erin was super kind, thoughtful, responsive, authentic, and incredibly on top of everything we threw her way. She did a great job of telling us what needed to get done next and follow up as needed. Erin is crazy talented with design and creating unique experiences. Our wedding "design" was stunning in every way possible. Erin and I talked on a regular basis throughout our 10 month planning process and she was always available for support, questions, and to talk through anything. She made the planning process fun and helped us navigate through literally every since decision. Erin provided us a list for every vendor option and helped us select an incredible team of vendors. Erin managed all the vendors throughout the process as well. Our wedding weekend could not have gone more smoothly and was really amazing. Erin even buttoned up my dress! Our wedding was gorgeous, unique, and a magical day thanks to Erin. Erin's bustle team was also all rockstars (Shout out to Jillian and Kelsey!!) and a true pleasure to work with. Love all the bustle ladies so much and would highly, highly recommend Erin and the Bustle team.

When my friends and I were deep in conversations, I forgot we were in a closed room and it felt like we were sitting at a table in a forest instead! We loved all the fun and pretty details in the woodland room. We loved the other rooms too and appreciate how we were able to walk through all of them, take pics, and play around! We loved all of the food and drinks that were served. We had blueberry scones, tea, lemonade, various finger sandwiches, salad, cheesecake, and sparkling cider. We were able to take home the leftover food and we had plenty to eat between the 6 of us. Denise is friendly and easy to communicate with both via email and in person. I'm so glad I reserved her woodland room for my bridal shower. She made the day feel so special and fun! I would recommend Pretty Tea Parties for anyone interested in doing an unforgettable get together! I hope to book with Denise again for future celebrations! :)

The teas themselves are fairly basic, and I recommend letting them know about any allergies ahead of time otherwise they can get a bit ruffled. That said, they do offer gluten-free options, and their gluten-free scone was fabulous!

    There were quite a bit of major things that didn't go as planned. I understand that nothing is…read moregoing to be perfect, but I believe that the things that didn't go as planned were avoidable. For example, Meat bees (we should have had been pre-warned about the bees. We would have opted to have the reception inside had we been made aware). Many guest told us that they couldn't even enjoy the food because their plates were swarmed and they were afraid to sit outside due to the fear of being stung. *Although most of the guest were shuttled from the barn to the home and greatly appreciated, my 90 year old blind grandmother had to walk up the dirt hill to the ceremony after my mom was guaranteed/approved that she would be "golf carted" up to the top of the hill by staff. I was told she was very terrified. *Guest were allowed to wonder around in the backyard before the start of the wedding and a few of them were able to see me through the master bedroom windows. I thought the back of the house would have been sectioned off to prevent me from being seen. *There was a visible trash can next to the table and entrance of the barn where guest walked in. Unfortunately, the trash can will be captured in my pictures. I thought the trash can would not be right next to the entrance. *I spent hundreds of dollars on candles and they were not set out at dinner nor at the walk up/stairs entrance to the wedding ceremony. (Candles were the theme of my wedding). I thought I made that super clear that that was what I wanted. * I bought a ton of plastic silverware to be placed next to the cake for the guests. My sister had to ask a staff member for forks. The staff responded to my sisters question by stating that the guest were told to keep the same fork they had for dinner for the cake, which was unacceptable. *No prior notification of when the house workers/staff would enter the home. There were a few occasions when Shana entered the home without announcing herself and she was in the laundry room standing quietly. She stated that she was doing laundry but when I looked in the washer and dryer, there was no laundry in either machine. This was early in the morning so most of my guests were still in bed and the laundry had been done the night before by Anna. We were uncomfortable and unsure as to why she was just standing in the laundry room. Also, the morning of checkout, someone even took the bedsheets off the bed when I went back to the master bedroom to lay down for a moment. This was approximately 2-3 hours before check out. I was hoping to relax for the last couple of hours before we vacated the premises but was unable to. Ultimately I don't think the quality of service measured up anywhere near the amount of money we spent of this venue that didn't include any decorations. We were aware nothing was included but with the cost alone we expected we'd have more prepared staff. Me and my family which included more than 10 people helped set up night before and day of wedding up until we literally had to walk down the aisle. I thought BOMV staff would be more prepared as they do weddings weekly. Remember no plates, silverware, or napkins for guest. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION. Your wedding is so much more than a pretty view. All photos attached are decor I or my family bought and own. Not one decoration will be provided by venue.

    I found Jackie on Instagram because we were looking for a day of coordinator for our wedding. I…read moremessaged her the night before, and we had our phone conversation the next morning. My husband and I thought she was very professional and experienced since she was considered one of the listed vendors at our venue. I never made such an impulsive purchase, but I immediately asked for the contract and sent her the deposit that afternoon. One thing I liked about Jackie was the fact that I was able to text her anytime and any day if I had a question or needed something. Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. If I could give Jackie more than 5 stars, I would! She was the best impromptu decision I've made throughout our entire wedding process. I'm so glad she was part of our wedding and cannot thank her enough!!!

My husband and I worked with Caeli to select and book 2 food trucks for our wedding (Judie's Tacos Locos and Jackrabbit). Prior to connecting with Caeli, we had been blindly going to sample food trucks and trying to figure out how to get pricing and availability and were struggling to even hear back from places. Caeli was a lifesaver! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the many awesome food trucks in the Bay Area. She provided us with organized guides of options within our price range, the type of food offered, and even helped us coordinate opportunities to sample the trucks we were interested in. Booking the food trucks was a breeze with Caeli as our point person, especially since she knew the owners of the food trucks. She is a great communicator, very organized, and professional. Caeli streamlined the signing of contracts, deposits and final payment; and she worked with our wedding coordinator leading up to the wedding and on the day of to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
