Pick up communication via text was easy, and they have clear instructions on how to find their location. The cake itself was a hit- my friends and family loves the whipped cream frosting and fresh strawberries inside the cake. The vanilla cake was a little dry (although we ate it the day after pick up) but the creaminess of the frosting helped make up for it. Overall delicious and appreciated the quick service and clear communication.

So far, my favorites are Irish cream, lemon blueberry, and banana cream. It is a bit messy to eat, so have napkins and a small plate to catch any sugar or filling that may fall out when you bite into it. We had their chocolate chip cookie. It looked like a big mound of baked dough. Overall, it was okay. I would easily skip this for the donuts instead. I haven't tried their coffees, but my daughter loves the hot chocolate, and I have been enjoying their calamansi juice. It's nice and tart, not too sweet. She aims to please and wants to make sure she gets it right. And when you receive your products, they are perfect, the attention to detail is spot on. I don't know how many hours she spends making items look spot on. There's no half ass job being done here. The work is clean and professional. Items are individually wrapped when needed and packaged up nice. When I got married I ordered bride and groom cake pops and had to drive from the Bay Area to Reno. She packaged them up nice and right and those things made it to Reno with no issues and perfectly in place with no flaws. Everything looks good and tastes good. My favorits are the caramel chocolate pretzels rods and the caramel chocolate apples but everything I've ordered I've enjoyed. My party favors come from KCPT and I've always gotten compliments about their design and their taste.

We ended up deciding on a black kettlebell design (she made a fondant handle on the kettleball and painted "35 lbs" on it for the women's weight) and she also made white cake pops and painted barbells on each one. They were SO unique and cute and most importantly they tasted fresh and yummy- not like the overly dry or overly frosted-sweet cake pops I've had at other parties. Great job! Price was totally fair and everyone loved them & now I know a local business to support when getting treats for the next party.

I first contacted Nicolen over a month prior to my good friends baby shower. The cake I ordered was the center of the dessert table and I was excited when I found the perfect Starwars cake. Nicolen agreed she could make the cake. To make it easier I said just characters heads and to make it blue instead of pink since it was for a boy. Lastly, I paid extra for the R2D2 head. I knew something was wrong when I had to to touch-base and remind her about the cake. Nicolen reassured me that the cake would be ready and asked if she could drop it off early the day of the party. My friend who was pregnant at the time was up early to receive the cake which never came that morning. Because the party had already started I got nervous about the cake. Nicolen's lack of communication and delay of the cake was not that way I pictured her customer service to be. The cake arrived late and delivered by her sister who would not even look at me. When the cake arrived I couldn't believe it! I paid over $100 for this? The cake came lope sided and about to fall over. The characters I requested to be made out of fondant were PRINTED! YES PRINTED out of white computer paper and placed on the cake!!! Nicolen later texted me she was busy with Mother's Day orders. If you were busy please be transparent to your customers. I could of easily cancelled and took my business else where. This was my friends FIRST baby shower and I wanted a beautiful cake.
