We tried the Dubai chocolate cheesecake, pistachio milk cake, and mamoul shortbread cookies, one pistachio and one date. Everything was delicious! The milk cake was light and not overly sweet, while the cheesecake was rich and decadent. The cookies weren't quite as fresh as I expected, but between the two, I preferred the date. I do appreciate that they have extra stools for you to grab if you do secure a table. It's a fine option for dessert if you are in no rush whatsoever and have a small party.

This wasn't a case of overwhelmed staff during a busy rush. I tried calling to get it sorted out and was immediately routed to an automated voicemail with no way to reach an actual person. By the time I realized the order was wrong, I was already home, and going back just to fix a mistake that wasn't mine to begin with isn't reasonable. So I was stuck with a drink I didn't order and no way to resolve it. Disappointing experience for something that should be simple to get right, especially with zero other orders to juggle. Hoping this was a one-off, but there was no way to flag it in the moment given the lack of phone support.

i was coming here again with family members yesterday. not sure what time exactly they should close…read morethe store but yelp and google say 10:00pm. came here around 08:00pm. as usual order through kiosk and then sit, waiting the order. once we got our orders, we ate and talked. to be honest, all tables were kind of dirty or sticky. we just cleaned it by ourselves. we ate slowly and talked to each other because my aunt will go back the next day. suddenly around 09:00pm, a staff ( young lady ) wiped empty tables ( tables that not being used by any customers ) and put the chairs on top of those tables, showing that not allow to be used by customers. i asked her what time the store will close??? she said 10:00pm and suddenly another staff turned off some of the lights. at that hour, around 09:00pm, many customers came and some would like to sit but not allowed. i changed the star to one for the service while the desserts are always great. i suggest written store close at 10:00pm but last order is at 09:00pm or just turn off the kiosk at 09:00pm. i do understand that staffs need to leave or tired or want to go home but i will say doing like that is kind of impolite while customers are still coming...

I don't know how many hours she spends making items look spot on. There's no half ass job being done here. The work is clean and professional. Items are individually wrapped when needed and packaged up nice. When I got married I ordered bride and groom cake pops and had to drive from the Bay Area to Reno. She packaged them up nice and right and those things made it to Reno with no issues and perfectly in place with no flaws. Everything looks good and tastes good. My favorits are the caramel chocolate pretzels rods and the caramel chocolate apples but everything I've ordered I've enjoyed. My party favors come from KCPT and I've always gotten compliments about their design and their taste.

My friend who was pregnant at the time was up early to receive the cake which never came that morning. Because the party had already started I got nervous about the cake. Nicolen's lack of communication and delay of the cake was not that way I pictured her customer service to be. The cake arrived late and delivered by her sister who would not even look at me. When the cake arrived I couldn't believe it! I paid over $100 for this? The cake came lope sided and about to fall over. The characters I requested to be made out of fondant were PRINTED!
