I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. What impressed me most was Lily's (and actually all the staffs) ability to completely maintain their composure and professionalism after having to endure all of that disrespect. She didn't allow someone else's behavior to ruin the experience for me or affect the service she provided. People really need to remember that there are real people on the other side of the service who are working hard to take care of you. Compassion, patience, and kindness can go a very long way.
