I walked in for a pedicure. Kelly did a great job. I added the sugar scrub for an extra $5 & she gave me a great massage. It was my 1st time there. Although I go somewhere else for my nails, the pedicure here was really great not sure about the other techs but & I'll be coming back for Kelly! read more

Yea it's a hell no for me. The lady cut two of my nails below my nail bed . So I have exposed nail bed on two fingers like how did you do that ?? The nails at the end were OK. Not a good set forsure . Just ALRIGHT. messy polish on my fingers . She kept scrubbing the finger that had no dang nail on it. Like what are you doing . Praying I don't loose my thumb. I forsure won't be back for the record. read more

ALL NAILS POPPED OFF AFTER A WEEK!!!! Would give negative review if I could! I tried this place twice & 1st time after a week all nails were lifting & had to fill nails after 7 days to keep them from coming off. I also, had my gel polish flaking off. I figured I give them one more chance & all nails popped off after 9 days. I do want to point out I don't do dishes or cleaning without gloves & don't type. If you look closely you can see I even tried 2 crazy glue my lifting nails down. My daughter also got gel nails and the gel flaked off after a week. Never again $40 with tip for crap!!! Also one nail is missing from photo because it popped off and I lost it at the grocery store read more

Walked in at 6:20 on Tuesday and the wait was a little long because they were busy but they still accepted me and the woman who did my nails took her time and did not rush even though it was already past closing time. She did an amazing job and made my nails look even better than I had hoped for. I've been here twice and every time I leave loving my nails! Only thing is I wish they had a larger color selection but other than that AMAZING! read more

The service is terrible. The staff are all blatantly rude. I've given them several opportunities to change my mind because the location is convenient, but I'll drive to another state at this point before ever going there again. I'm an excellent tipper and loyal customer when deserved. And I've never been pushed to write a review before. Save your money for somewhere worth it. read more

This location is clean and the workers are nice. I'm looking for a place to get gel manicures regularly. The price seemed great. $25 for gel in your nails. Gel Tips would be $35. They don't charge for gel removal. I thought this would be the place for me. Now all I'm really looking for is a manicure to last a minimum of 2 weeks. I'll feel like it's money well spent. I barely made it a week before it started lifting and snagging on my hair. I'm not doing anything crazy, like washing dishes or having my nails submerged in water. I've now lost polish on 3 nails. It just peeled right off. Didn't even chip. And I have to find somewhere else to get what I'm looking for in a gel manicure. It's really disheartening. I had high hopes. I won't be going here anymore. read more

I think the name of the lady that does my toes is T. Or at least thats what they've told me. The first time she did my pedi she cut my toe and i didnt like her for that, before her i had another nail tech that did my toes sally i think her name was but anyway after T cut me i didnt want her to do my toes anymore i was scared she was gonna cut me again but i decided to give her a second chance and boy am i glad i did. She is the best nail technician ever!!!!!! I LOVE her work. Im never disappointed by her work besides that one time that i was cut. Its like she understands my feet. I've let other techs do my toes when she has the day off and i honestly will not allow anyone else to touch my toes because they dont do the work that T does. I absolutely love her. Im glad i gave her a second chance. On another note, im not really satisfied with the ladies that do my hands. I absolutely love Dangs work but somehow hes not really available when i go get my nails done. I feel like the ladies work could be a little more caring, more professional. Im not really satisfied. On another note, i keep coming back for T and i might as well get my nails done while im here. Shes the reason why I'm leaving five stars today. Way to go read more

i came in to get a gel pedicure, to start off, the nail tech did not even ask me if I wanted my nail cut down or if I wanted a specific shape and did what she wanted, by the time I told her what shape I wanted my toes, she cut them down so short it couldn't be fixed. she also charged me an additional $5 to get a French tip pedicure with a thin line. so essentially your paying more money to get less polish on your toes. LOL They also add their own 5$ tip to each service apparently with no heads-up before the service. Definitely save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I walked in at 5 on Sunday and they accepted me. I requested for a full set manicure and full set pedicure. The lady who helped me did both. She was nice and did not rush her job even after it was 6 which was when the shopped was supposed to close. Even though we didn't have a conversation for the first half of my service, I didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable. I will returning for fills and would recommend this place to others. read more

Did a walk in today for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I didn't get the name of the technician who did my nails (both toes and gel) but it seemed like she was in a hurry to get done yet it wasn't busy at all at the salon on a Tuesday afternoon. Told her I wanted the water hot and it was lukewarm. She did very little pushing of the cuticles and no massage or hot towel whatsoever. My gel was okay, there are little missed spots on the sides and the water where i am supposed to soak my hands is also cold. No massage and everything was sped up. Maybe she needs to do a little more attention to detail. read more

i would never in my life come back to this salon. Their customer service was poor asf .They have nerve to talk about the people who actually give them their business. im disgusted with these people. I stopped into this nail salon while my daughter was taking a dance class next door. I asked for a SNS manicure (very thin) and nail change on my toes. I would totally recommend this salon, and Lee Lee is my new nail person! I will definitely be back to this hidden gem salon. Thank you again! read more

Poor service. I came in asking to just have my acrylics removed and she recommended 5 times that I get a new set and I kept saying no. Then when she removed my acrylics, she filed them off instead off soaking them in acetone to easily remove them. When she was done filing them off, the acrylics still remained on my nails. I was then charged $10 for this poor service just to have my previous acrylics removed. read more

I gave this business another chance since I heard they upgraded their chairs and nail tables. The old ones were extremely dirty and unsanitary. I was hoping things had turned around for the better because they are close to my home. Unfortunately, I regret my decision even though the tables and chairs are new. The baby mentioned in one of the previous reviews had to be the the one that was there today and there was some crying. I understand that babies cry and it might be unavoidable on a rare occasion to bring your child to work, but a spa service shouldn't have a baby there. I can't imagine all the dust from the acrylic removal is good for a baby's health either. I was just as surprised that their prices for nails went up so much since the last time I was there. Tammys is now higher than any other shop I've been to for the same service. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The WORST nail salon ever! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I went here to get a pedi and a dip mani the day before thanksgiving. I spent 2 hours here getting this done. I kid you not, the pedicure massage was less than 1 minute and then my pedicure chipped 2 days later when normally I can go 3 weeks to a month without it chipping. Onto the dip manicure. So I walked in asking for dip color and the nail tech insisted on gel. I asked to still see the colors for the dip and as I was looking at them I could here them talking about how I wanted dip but should just get gel. After looking at all the colors, they were all hideous & told the nail tech I would try out the gel. The nail tech filed my nails way too much cutting the skin in multiple places. I leave the nail salon and not even 24 hours later the gel chips on not 1, not 2 but 3 nails!! I was annoyed at this point because it's thanksgiving, I spent 80$ to get them done & I don't do anything for work except sit at a desk in a call center so I'm not rough on them. I go back on black friday to get them fixed and I explained that I don't want gel again because I live 40 miles 1 way from this place so 80 miles round trip and now I'm back here for a 2nd time to get them fixed and didn't want to have to come in for a 3rd time. So they do the dip just a plain pink color dip this time and I was there for an hour and a half this time. Again she filed my nails too much it cut my skin since it was rubbing it. I swear I wanted to tell the other people to run ASAP!! I leave this place with the nails pictured here. They looked terrible but my boyfriend was waiting in the car for me and was able to watch a full movie & an episode on netflix while waiting so I left. I KID YOU NOT THE SAME NIGHT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE THE DIP POPPED OFF!!!! (as pictured) I was FURIOUS to say the least! I go back for a 3rd time the next day to just get a refund for this. The lady tried to say she would fix them and have someone else do and at this point I was annoyed and pissed off with how much time & money & gas I wasted. The lady tells me she can't give me a refund and has to ask the owner or manager which neither was in and that she would get back to me. I left my phone number and the manager called me back when he got in. At this point I had to go somewhere else to get my nails done because of how bad they were and as I went to get them done the rest of the nails left from this terrible salon ALL POPPED OFF IN FULL PIECES! The manager tells me he can refund it but had to come back in for a 4th time. I go in that sunday because I have work and a life outside of this. I go in to get a refund and they tell me they can only refund my manicure not the terrible pedicure that was done and that I paid for!!!! I was so annoyed I had to take my money and just go and had to dispute the charge with my bank since they didn't refund the full thing like I was supposed to get back. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! The staff was very attentive when I came here. The store was clean and had a great selection of regular and gel nail polishes. I got a gel manicure ($30), a regular pedicure ($20), and eye and lip waxing ($15) at a very reasonable price. I wasn't pushed or hassled to try and buy more product or services, which I loved! I didn't get the vibe that they were talking bad about me or gossiping in their language like most places do. Professional. And just after I paid for everything and on my way out the door, the lady stopped me. I thought I forgot something but instead, she handed me a small box and said Merry Christmas! It was a lotion in a gift box. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back again! read more

If you want a someone to do a lazy job and over priced. This is the right place. They don't use hot water. More like lukewarm. Most of the worker weren't wearing a mask unless they were working on someone. The male who did my nails left me with cuts and uneven acrylics. Literally bleeding. The lady who did my pedicure did a decent job but definitely will not go back. I have heard good things from this place for a while and I had been there before years ago and was happy with their work but was not worth what I paid. I told them about the paint being messy, the air bubbles and uneven he simply said just don't look at it too hard. Tf? No thank you. read more

I went in on a tuesday got my toes done with henry and they were good but i went in on saturday and got my nails done with him & they're HORRIBLE. He didn't file correctly there is bumps on my nails, 2 nails were crooked, gel polish wasn't on good, & etc. I go back on sunday to get them "fixed" the guy who did them told me I messed up the paint then said the machine didn't dry it correctly thats why it was lifting? then he supposedly fixed the bump on one nail but nope its still their and I even let him know that all my nails had bumps & he told me next time I went in he would fix & make them thicker? Then when I told him I wanted him to change the polish bc the polish they had already used was dry and old EVEN HE SAID IT. He had the audacity to say he will charge me to change the polish, when even he said it was their fault? And I let him know I wasn't wasnt with them and he said he can fix next time and he will refund me, it been 2 days and no refund & 3 nails already broke. read more

Tammy no longer owns this nail shop. I went today and will not return. I got the house special mani pedi for 35$ The water was cold and when I mentioned it the nail tech oh you want it hot. So she poked a hole in the plastic liner. And added very little hot water. With that being said the bag kinda bubbled up making it hard to put my feet in the water. Nail tech can't tell you her name she never introduced herself. She took short cut and used drummel to file my finger and toes. And before you ask my toes are not neglected pedi every 2-3 wks. Nor was that Necessary. No hand massages for me. not even my whole area from wrist to finger tips received lotion. Oh yeah did I tell you the water for my hands to soak in was cold as well. I guess they didn't want to run the water to wait for it to heat up. Maybe if you paid some attention to the little details you would have more return business. When one pays for mani and pedi they are paying to be pampered for the next 30-45 mins. So I think the little details are important. I can't return to a place that i feel like i bothering them when visiting. The polish was good on my feet. I don't get my nails polished. read more
