Yogurtland...I love Yogurtland. For me, Yogurtland is the place I went to every summer night on vacation in Southern California year after year. Based off that, I am absolutely biased towards this place. With that noted, I've always found their frozen yogurt to be a step above others. They've got a good set of core flavors along with a rotating lineup. Red velvet cake batter is a personal favorite of mine. They really nail their flavors compared to other places. The toppings are about the same as you will get elsewhere. Your usual assortment of candy and the like. The price is reasonable. Don't overfill your cup, it holds more than you think. I usually get out for $3.50 a person and find it to be a perfect amount. I make it a point to stop here when I'm in the area and will continue to do so. read more

Welcome to the sound cage from hell. Okay that's probably dramatic but it's basically a perpetually crowded concrete box where every conversation can be heard echoing off of each wall. I hate it. As much as I hate their space, their yogurt is good. It's not necessarily different than any other pay-by-weight yogurt joint, but that's not a bad thing because I typically enjoy them. It's typically decently clean, though I've run into my fair share of yogurt stickies on the tables. I would recommend taking it to-go. Gotta hand it to Yogurtland for satisfying my indulgent cravings without killing my diet. At just 40 calories per oz, you can get a pretty good dessert for a good price and not get fat. This place is usually packed which means slow moving people and lines. I wouldn't really penalize this SELF SERVING shop for their slow patrons but just expect to roll your eyes a hundred times before you get to the register because people LOVE to linger. If it isn't packed, it's worthwhile to sample their flavors. Most of the flavors are delicious. You can't go wrong with plain tart, mango, peanut butter, red velvet, cookies n cream. They have increased their selection of toppings and they have decent quality fruit. A new favorite for me is their fruit purees. If you get a bowl with plain tart, drizzle fruit puree and top with blueberries, strawberries, and mango, and you've got yourself a "healthy" snack. read more

I know people love this place and it's great for frozen yogurt and people-watching, but I'm mostly indifferent. If anyone's a newcomer to Utah Valley, Yogurtland is awesome to get a good slice of the community. Other than that, fairly standard yogurt place, with maybe 10 different flavors available at a time. This could be a wildly inaccurate count of the number of flavors, but it seems like there's a pretty good variety. There's also a lot of variety at the topping bar, which includes things like gummi bears and tiny cookies, as well as fruits and other stuff. Works like other yogurt places, insofar as you put your flavor choices in a cup, pile on the toppings, get your concoction weighed, then pay by weight. The store is clean, without that chemical-y smell a lot of other yogurt places have and the cashier always seems vaguely frazzled, yet friendly. It does get crowded quickly, so be aware that you may have a life crisis as you wait for all the youths on dates on a Friday or Saturday nights. Unless you are a youth, in which case, you may feel like you've finally found your people. read more

I like Yogurtland because they have a nice variety, it's clean, and it doesn't taste bad. You fill your cup with yogurt and toppings to your heart's content and then pay by weight. I like this system because I can get less if I am not feeling it, and don't have to pay as much. The flavors are decent. They have a variety of tart and regular options, as well as a no-sugar-added that my husband was excited about. They do change the flavors periodically, so it will be interesting to see what they cycle through. I don't like how it is setup though, there is glass directing the line down the machines. It makes it difficult to sample flavors and go back and get what you want when there are people crowding in behind you. It just opened, and there seems to be a crowd already. It is definitely a college town hangout, not always my favorite, but we didn't have a problem finding a clean table. I LOVE YOGURTLAND! I am so glad that it finally made it to UT! Yogurtland was a standing attraction on all of my trips to Las Vegas and now I can just drive up the hill to get there! I love that you can get the healthy tart yogurt flavors you find at other yogurt places in the area, but there is also a GREAT selection of dessert flavors. I loved the chocolate devils food cake & the toasted coconut! I like the topping selections- The fruit is fresh and you can load it up with as much as you want. I also liked the cinnamon toast crunch cereal, not something I would have thought to put on yogurt. & you won't be shocked with the pricing. Not just another yogurt place. It is actually the best frozen yogurt place. If you look at solely from the cost factor alone it is bar none the least expensive froyo I have seen recently. At 33 cents an ounce you would be amazed at just how much yogurt you can get for under 5 dollars. In fact the "average" serving is about $3.50. Flavor, flavor, FLAVOR. Not only does Yogurtland have more flavors than some of the other froyo choices out there but, they taste the best. It is rich, creamy, and has just the right texture. And where I am not typically a fan of the tart yogurts. Their peach was fabulous. Frozen yogurt is all about the toppings. No worries, Yogurtland has you covered. Fresh fruit from kiwi to lychee. And a wide assortment of cookie, candy, and cereal toppings. They even had NERDS. My life was complete. My only complaint... It is almost 40 minutes away from me. read more

This was my spot once it opened up! I love Yogurtland and everything about it! The staff here has changed over time, but they are constantly friendly and helpful. There are always about 14 or so flavored here, with some typical day like chocolate and strawberry, as well as some not so normal, yet amazing ones like the graham cracker and tart, as well as new ones that come and go sporadically. I can truly say I've never had a bad flavor or experience here. It is always very clean inside. If you go during the day it's usually busy, but not chaotic, but as soon as people get out of class and off work, this place is full inside, outside, and oftentimes the patrons are covering portions of the grass across the parking lot! I really love Yogurtland, and think it's great for dates, girls nights, after temple refreshments, alone time, and really any time at all! read more

Oh my GoSh... How do they do it? The pumpkin pie frozen yogurt tastes better than pumpkin pie! Well, at least AS good as pumpkin pie! And since flavors are always rotating, there are always delicious seasonal options. I LoVe Yogurtland, which is saying a lot because I really am not into frozen desserts. Crazy, hunh? So the taste and quality of their product is totally YuM. The Orem store is friendly and clean... And it's a bargain if you price compare to other froyo shops around, It does get crowded in the evenings, especially after a BYU game, because of its location, but the line moves quickly and it is worth the wait! Love the toppings and the healthy options too. Sometimes I like to split my cup in half; do a tart side and top with fresh fruit and a sweet side topped with all kinds of goodness... And now they have a cookie divider that makes my creative combining even more fun. Truth be told , the cookie shape needs a little bit of work, but it was way tasty. This is the best yogurt I have had in a long time. The choices were awesome, but even better is that they give you sampling cups when you go in so you can know which kind you want to get. And since you pay by the ounce, it's easy to get a little bit of everything, which I just what I did! The toppings are great too, so many options from cookies to fruit. I loved the coconut yogurt topped with coconut shavings, and of course I put crushed Oreo cookies on top of my cookies and cream flavor! The yogurt they offer is my favorite kind, sweet. They do offer tart options for people who like that kind of yogurt as well. Something for everyone. Ummm what has happened to Yogurtland?? They no longer provide free water and now charge $1.50 for a bottle of Kirkland water. Haha those things cost like .25 from Costco! We just went yesterday and 2 machines were out of order, one was empty even though it had a flavor label and 2 machines are now dedicated to "milkshakes." I happened to have a coupon for a free milkshake so I tried it. Never doing that again!!! I don't understand what they are thinking, their business model is frozen yogurt. I can get a milkshake from a million places, most with a drive through and all that taste better. So they are trying to compete in a market that they can not will not at the expense of actually having frozen yogurt?!?!? We used to be regulars at our yogurtland in CA. Then moving here 2 years ago we started coming to this one though it's been less frequent. I can honestly say that I don't think we will ever be coming back. read more

I love this place! The only downside I can think of is having to resist getting every type of froyo available! They have a large selection and always have new and unique flavors whenever I go. Even if your initial thought is that a particular flavor sounds strange, give it a try anyway! I'm always pleasantly surprised. Me and my wife don't have many friends but once I grab two of those sample cups and start tasting the creamy goodness that is froyo we forget that we have no friends. i have never been to yogurtland before, but i have been told it's a california chain. and...the verdict is--not all things from california are awesome. why does utah have this desire to be and do all things california? anyway, i didn't have a terrible experience here. i just have my favorite yogurt place in town, and it's hard for me to see any of the other yogurt shops as being able to live up to their deliciousness. so here's what i thought yogurtland was missing (that MY yogurt shop has done right): 1) annoying glass barrier makes it hard to get around all the victoria's secret "pink" sweats-girls. maybe it wasn't the barrier that was annoying though... 2) i'm a tart yogurt girl, and i don't really go for all the sweet "fun" flavors. i mean, i know it helps some people enjoy frozen yogurt, but if you really don't like the taste of yogurt--just go eat real ice cream and calories be damned. also, their tart flavors are not as mind-blowing as my favorite shop. 3) sprinkles and graham cracker crumbs are really hard to squeeze out of a squeeze bottle. 4) some of the fruit was not as fresh as some of the other reviewers proclaimed. there were some soggy and mushy strawberries and kiwi, which grossed and bummed me out as they were the fruits i actually wanted. 5) there was only one kind of mochi, and it was not too great. just kind of meh. again, better at MY place. so overall, i don't dislike this place. i just don't think i will return. i would prefer to go to earthfruits (my favorite yogurt shop), even if they're a little bit more expensive. it's so worth it. read more

You walk in, and you are able to sample all their flavors before you finally decide on the one or ones you would like. There are lots of toppings but would it hurt if they had a little more? Great place! First of all it's probably one of the few places in Provo that actually is open after 9pm so that in itself warrants 4 stars. They have tons of flavors ranging from red velvet to root beer float. They also have just about every topping under the sun. It's 33 cents per ounce so its a good deal. I think I'm in love. Yogurtland is probably my favorite place to go to for a delicious frozen treat. :) I love that you can sample as many flavors as you want and they all are delicious! You buy your frozen yogurt by the ounce, so be careful that "the eye isn't bigger than the plate". There is also a wide variety of toppings, so each creation is truly unique.
