Love this place! It has so many good flavors and toppings a great place to go with friends and family

After finishing the most intense game of volleyball, my friends and I were FAMISHED! We wanted to reward ourselves with a sweet treat so we decided for the one and only, Yogurtland. It's never failed us! Until tonight... To start, it smelt rank in there!! Almost unbearable! The line was long, nothing surprising for a Friday night, but by the time we got up to the frozen yogurt, 3 of our favorite flavors were all out!! I can't even begin to explain the nightmare experience we had at the cashier. She said cameras were watching us and we all looked up in unison and voilà there was no camera. We were a group of 5 and before our 5th girl could weigh hers to pay, the cashier started ringing up a different customer who wanted to buy a gift card instead of finishing ringing up our group! Not a good experience don't recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this location because more than half of the flavors were empty. I also wasn't totally sure if it was even open when I first walked up because it looked very dark from the outside. When I first entered I didn't see any staff present, but still proceeded to make my way to the yogurt stations. I was disappointed to see a bunch of the flavors were empty and even more disappointed they didn't have chocolate!! I settled on pistachio. The pistachio flavor is very subtle, but it's what you'd expect. When I was finished and I went to check out, again there was no one at the cash register. I waited probably like five minutes before an employee came out. It was unfortunate that I had to stand and wait there, but the employee was so extremely nice and made up for the waiting. This was my first experience at this location and I'm not sure if this is common or I just caught them on a bad day, but I was disappointed for sure.

Yogurtland stuns with creamy, crave-worthy frozen treats and toppings. so good! So divine!!

Great yogurt and great toppings! I'm never disappointed with taste. Just the fact they never have sugar free options. Which I talked about last time. It's important that they also meet the needs of their customers. Diabetics want yogurt as well. so it would be awesome knowing that they cared about the diversity of needs. I know it's not always possible. But I know involving more sugar free options would be awesome for those trying to cut back on sugar or for those who can't have sugar but still want some yummy yogurt

Never packed when we go, so little to no wait! There's a SUGAR-FREE option that I don't care about but I know other people do care about that! Flavors are flavorful and toppings are topingful! Im coming back even though my dairy allergy tells me not too!

I love this place! I haven't been here for a while, and have forgotten how fun and tasty the yogurt is at Yogurtland. I decided to try the Ube flavour, and fell in love with it immediately. I also love the toppings (especially the fruits and mochi) that they offer. The fruit always tastes so fresh and sweet! The customer service is also great. The employees are always friendly and offered me coupons in response to an unfortunate incident that occurred with them. I will be coming more often now that I've been reminded of the variety of tasty flavours they offer at Yogurtland!

How can you go wrong with self serve ice cream and frozen yogurt with tons of toppings! We took the kids for a fun Monday night treat and it was great. I love that they change the options from time to time so you get a little different experience every time you go. It was a little odd that the young man at the counter kept leaving and the line kept backing up, but it's ice cream so it was worth the wait.

Delicious! Yogurtland is a great late night option because they stay open until 11pm! Due to COVID-19, they are no longer doing samples so make sure you know what you wasn't before getting there. Be aware that flavors do rotate so be open to trying something new. The staff does dispense your yogurt for you so make sure you are very precise when you tell them home much you want. They do wear masks and gloves when getting your yogurt and toppings. We wanted a specific flavor that was not displayed and unfortunately they didn't have any! :( we decided to go with plain and strawberry. My favorite toppings are the mochi bites, granola, and fresh fruit!

I thought it was also nice that they had dietary restriction friendly options for those who are keto, gluten free, or vegan. I actually ended up trying one of the sugar free options because the flavors sounded really yummy! I wasn't in the mood for a heavy loaded up cup, but those looked incredible too. I stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon and the space was pretty quiet and chill. The staff members were so incredibly kind and helpful when I was making my decision. They also made it really easy to transport back home. I ended up going with the sugar free butter toffee. This was the first time I've seen sf options at an ice cream shop and unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. For the most part my experience with sugar free options has been great, but this was completely devoid of any flavor. I'm almost wondering if the sf flavors are a gimmick to make you feel like you're choosing, when in actuality they just whip up cold milk. Part of the experience is they make the ice cream in front of you, but aside from adding a little stevia I'm not sure what all went into my ice cream. When I got home and tried a scoop it just tasted like whole milk. I was super disappointed because I got a large! I'm torn between giving the sf option another shot or just writing it off forever. It was my first time trying Sub Zero, so I'm sad this was my first impression. Besides the flavorless taste, the texture is fun and almost reminds me a little of dippin dots. Overall, torn on my decision to try this place again or not. There's so many good dessert options around, so I guess we'll see. I still think it's a place you should try at least once, but order the sf options at your own risk!

An interesting concept that works. 3.8 stars, is that a thing? LOL…read more This location is pretty cool. Nice layout and the ambiance is relaxed and chill. (Gotta use "chill" and "cool" when talking about an ice cream place, right?) Just by the entrance and under the stair case is a comfy cubby with two or three high rise tables and chairs. A cozy place to eat your ice cream with a nice window view of the entryway and the street. Then there is the upstairs. You go up a long spiral staircase (there's a landing halfway up) to go to the upper room. Pretty cool. Good view of the Provo Temple across the street. Fun place to eat your ice cream. The employee was not only friendly but you could tell she enjoyed her job. She had fun every time she had to make the ice cream. She told you all about it, too. So on the to ice cream. I had a mix in from the menu, Key Lime pie. Lime-flavored ice cream with bits of cheesecake and something else. It was OK, but I bordered on not liking it. It didn't remind of Key lime pie. But the texture was dense. That's what they are proud of. This process does not stir air into the mixture so it is much more dense than regular ice cream. And not only that, you get a lot of it. The small size cup is really huge! I'm not a fan of the texture. I like a good creamy, smooth ice cream. And while it makes you feel like you are getting more for your money, while not bad, the experience is not a good as a creamy ice cream or gelato. It's ice cream. And it's dense. Very dense. Still Ice cream, though, but very dense. It's not bad. Just not my jam. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

The you select a different soft serve flavor, vanilla, chocolate, swirl or a lilited time flavor. Honestly they could have 2 or 3 more options of soft serve - 3 isn't a lot. Then you select a swirl in the cone like Nutella, cookie butter or peanut butter and 1-4 toppings and a drizzle. They carefully fill your cone with the swirl and a little topping on the bottom, fill half the cone with soft serve and top it, then do the top and add toppings and drizzle it. The soft serve was good but unremarkable. The topping were good but again, just average froyo stuff . I though it was good, but then I got to the cone! That's the star of the show. The cone was delicious. I wish it was bigger and maybe even less ice cream. It's worth trying, it's fun and different. They had fruit filled cones and seems like they change things up frequently. The location is clean, large and sleek feeling. Definitely a good spot for a fun outing.
