I appreciate that their menu is quite simple and that this location has a drive through. This makes everything very easy. There is a bit of a running joke about how high the drive through window is but I am assuming this is far out of Zeppe's control. I decided on the cotton candy one in the smallest size. I don't like eating ice cream very fast so this ended up being the best size for me. The order did take quite a while to get but it was about as fresh as ice cream can be so I didn't mind. We also got a few of their churro treats and they were super good--even better when they're nice and warm. I really liked the combination between the ice cream that was on top with the flavored treat on the bottom.

He said "yeah sorry we're not sure what that is." I told them they should probably take off the promo off their drive through window if no one knows how to do it. I asked if he could just take the kids gelata off my order and he was nice enough to say yes, but woof! Team needs a lesson in customer service. I hope they see this so they can improve because the ice cream was so good.

The Rockwell Road was not as interesting as the menu made it seem. It tasted like rich dark chocolate icecream, but still solid nevertheless. I was afraid it might've been three heavy choices, but they were all delicious. The only downside is that I hate how they pile one flavor on top of the next, so you have to work through one layer/flavor before getting to the next.
