a fly in the Cup of Frozen Yogurt

the worst customer service i've ever experienced!! we got frozen yogurt. one cup had a bug and the other cup we got had cheesecake yogurt and they tasted absolutely rancid! when back to the store wanting a refund, but they weren't even able to refund us. the workers were stuck up and didn't even apologize for the extremely poor attitudes and lack of cleanliness. if i could give 0 stars i would :)

    not much yogurt

3 starts is for the location. I get out to Concord Mills once every 10 years. If you're close by, it's worth it! The add your toppings bar is clean & kept that way. They pull up the chairs & tables to sanitize the floor! The bonus is it's attached to Books-A-Million. I didn't have a kid issue, but I went in the evening. #1 in my book. Thank goodness it's not convenient for me.

We've been wanting to try the Concord location, so it was nice to finally check it out. I ordered the peanut butter overload milkshake and went with the simple version, so mine came in a regular cup--not one of the big mason jar builds. I did get a few pictures of the mason jar ones though, and they are definitely over-the-top and loaded. Even with the regular version, my shake was really good--super thick, rich, and a lot to get through. I made it a little over halfway before I was done. It was about $9, which feels pretty reasonable for the portion and quality you're getting. My niece had the cookie crumble, her friend got the banana pudding, and my sister had butter pecan in a waffle cone. Everyone enjoyed theirs--no complaints at all. The space itself is really cute. It's very kid-friendly and family-friendly, but honestly, it would make a fun little date night stop too. Just know going in--you can definitely share because the portions are heavy. I'll be back to try one of those fully loaded mason jar shakes next time. Service was good. 10/10 recommend.

We pulled up around 2:45 on a Thursday, right before opening, and the second those doors opened we rushed in lol. We ordered the Sweet Cheesus, You Gotta Be Pudding Me, and Build Me Up Butter Cake. All three were insanely good. The ice cream was rich, flavorful, and exactly what you need if you're craving a sugar rush. This place will absolutely satisfy your sweet tooth. The atmosphere is great too--large, clean, and spacious with a fun vibe. Definitely worth the stop. Can't wait to come back and try more!

They also have a solid selection of pastries and desserts if you're in the mood for something sweet, but I decided to try the turkey avocado melt. It was honestly so good--the pesto really made the sandwich stand out. The vibe here is another highlight. It's a great mix of people working, studying, or just hanging out, which makes it a perfect spot if you're looking to get some work done outside of home.

My husband, however, has no self-control, so he got the Chocolate Strawberry Croissant lol. Both were 10/10. Even the matcha was so aesthetic and delicious! I know some people mention the prices, but honestly, it's spot on. I'd much rather pay for high-quality food and a gorgeous atmosphere than spend the same amount on something mediocre elsewhere. Plus, the service was fast and everyone was so nice. My only regret is not taking a dessert to go! I'll definitely be back.
