My wife and I decided on a splurge for our anniversary on 4/23/26. We ordered and happened to have even the exact change for our purchase in cash. However, we never got to try the Cinnabon. The staff refused to take the money for the cinnabons because it included a $2 bill. Last I checked, two dollar bills are legal tender (Legal tender is money recognized by law as valid for settling debts and financial obligations, ensuring that offering it discharges the debt.). She claimed the manager would not allow them to take 2 dollar bills. Isn't that against legal tender law? Feel like I always have to get something sweet when I go to the mall and this time I couldn't wait to have a Cinnabon. I got their Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Roll and my sister got one of the small Cinnamon Rolls. I really enjoyed my roll, but my sister had to switch hers out due to it being slightly undone. Tried to get a refund but the manager told us that they don't give refunds at this location. My sister did enjoy the remakes they gave us, but we both agree that nothing hits like a regular roll. I tend not to rush when it comes to food service, but it seemed as though the workers did not have a lot of experience or training and because of this they lacked speed and efficiency making the wait more than it would have normally been. Only one person was on register and the others seemed to not know what to do in order to help their other workers out. It also did not help that they were out of a lot of their products and this hiccup thew a lot of their customers off while ordering. Their restaurant seemed pretty clean despite how busy it was throughout the day. Most of the tables had minimum trash and they was enough space for you to sit and catch your breathe before going back out into the mall. Overall, it was a pretty okay experience. Nothing spectacular and I wish the service was a little bit better but I will give them grace because it was the day after Christmas and maybe they just needed a day to get back on their feet. read more

I went to Cinnabon on 6/18/21 @ 6:46pm at Concord mills (Concord, NC) Bakery# 8104 and the service was horrible. I rung up by a young lady that did not know pricing on mini cinnabons in bulk count since they did not have any pre-boxed. I asked if I could get some boxed up, she refused. I asked for a 12 count, she suggested a 16 count. I agreed, upon my purchase another young lady started using a spatula and tossing 3-4 mini cinnabons in a small box. I asked could she place them in then more neat or just give me the regular box they would come in if I bought a 12-16 count, she grunted and complained out loud as if my request was unreasonable. A gentleman by the name of Kyle Moats (I assume he was an assistant manager) then came up and stated that the cinnabon box they would use for one big cinnabon was the only thing available or they could put each one in it's separate box. I told him that makes no sense when I see boxes for bulk cinnabons under the counter. He refused to give me one and told me he was going to refund me. I took my refund! Worse service I received in a long time from an establishment especially since Covid. Kyle did not care about my request, nor did the other two young ladies. If my request was to have them placed neatly, who would say no to that. Please look into this matter Cinnabon. Fresh, Hot and delicious! Fresh buns come out of the oven every couple of minutes and they pull the old ones way. I love the cream cheese frosting it is heavenly!
