This place was absolutely slammed at 12:30 PM on a Saturday. I'm talking like 25 people waiting and counting. The smoothie people had their assembly line down to a science, but if you ordered food, God help you. Took an extra 30 min to get our wrap. I would still be game to go back if the smoothies were great, but this is the second time I've not liked it very much. Should've just made one at home. I placed an order via app for my wife and I. We arrived at the store before the scheduled pickup time. I waited for until well past the scheduled pickup time. During this time I watched as someone came into the store, placed their order, received the order and left as I continued to wait. There were 5 people behind the counter this whole time. I finally approached the counter to ask about my order when someone behind the counter asked my name. After a few more minutes the person handed my order to me as it had been sitting behind the counter, not in the pickup area. The person did apologize for the delay but this did not have to happen. There were 5 people behind the counter, including 2 women who as far as I could tell never served anyone while they held their conversation. Used to love this place for the smoothie bowls and the toppings offered especially the goji berries. Some bowls came with them and others you could add them as an extra. Went to order a couple bowls today and was Very very disappointed they have removed them completely from the menu. First time trying one of their bowls. I swapped the Coconut out for strawberries because I hate coconut but the taste was still off and I didn't realize why until I tasted a Goji berry. This is my go-to on-the-go smoothie place. I decided to try some food with my usual Bahama Mama smoothie. I love strawberries and pineapples so this flavor was a no-brainer. The coconut and white chocolate provide a good additional sweetness. For my food, I decided on the Chipotle chicken club flatbread. It was a lot bigger than I expected but a pleasant surprise. The bread reminds me of naan, the sauce was very flavorful and the lettuce provided the perfect crunch. It was DELICIOUS!!! The service I've received has been exceptional every time. There are small tables with seating available. There's free parking onsite but it can be limited depending on the time of day. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had in a retail/foodservice setting. I walk in and there are four employees visible. Two are doing nothing but joking around. I wait in front of the register for 3-5 minutes before finally being acknowledged by someone asking if I needed to order, to which I said yes. She then goes back to working. A bit later a guy comes out the back and does take my order, and he says as courteous and professional. However they start making my order and let me know that they don't have the add in I ordered. I said that's fine I'll take a refund. Another lady that hasn't been doing anything comes up and says I don't need a refund. I said I do because I paid for the add in and I'm not getting. She then becomes very rude and says it's an add in and I don't need a refund. I show her the receipt and she gets angry. I asked her to explain why I didn't deserve a refund for something I paid for and wasn't getting, and she became even more rude. I mostly make my own smoothies from home but sometimes we all get a little lazy. With entering the restaurant everybody seemed pretty friendly. When I normally go, it's never too busy. I went around 2pm. The staff does wear masks which I always appreciate! I was in and out out of the restaurant with one of my new fav smoothie options! I got the detox island green tea with natural sweetener so it is more on the "sugar-less" side. But still very good and the perfect mid-day pick me up. I will definitely be back! The only other location that I have visited is Metropolitan. This location seems to be consistent in service and food quality. The wait time seems to be a tad lengthy even when no other patrons are present. However, that is to be expected when serving fresh ingredients. The dining area is a decent size. I also like that this location has a long bar/counter area for seating opt as well. I'm in customer service and did food service for 8 years so I HATE writing these reviews but come on, guys. I just picked up four smoothies for myself and my employees as a treat. The cups were not labeled so I asked which was which as they all look the same. What was the workers response? She took the smoothies behind the counter, took the lid off, removed her mask and smelled the smoothie to determine which is which. Completely unacceptable, especially now during COVID-19. Very unprofessional. The worst part for me, was seeing four other employees watch this happen (an older woman in plain clothes, possibly a super visor?) and NO ONE stepped up to say it was wrong. The smoothie was remade for me at my request but I should not have needed to do so. When handling raw food this is a huge no-no. I'm extremely disappointed as I USED to visit this location 3-4 times a week spending $25 each time for my employees. I hope some food-handling workshops are done this week. read more

I don't know about their food, but definitely one star for the service. I placed an order through UberEats for pick up. When I arrived at the store an hour later, I was told that my order wasn't there. I had to pull out my phone several times to show the order receipt to different people. I even gave my order number/name, but the guy (he seems to be a manager) insisted that my order number wasn't correct. According to him, the order number is supposed to be long, but I ordered through UberEats and the order number is only several digits long. Anyway, the guy didn't attempt to resolve the problem. He was on the phone talking to someone and basically ignored me the whole time. I waited for 20 mins and nobody seemed to do anything for this situation, so I walked out of there empty handed. Definitely NOT coming back here after this wonderful experience. If you want delicious smoothie and not having to deal with this BS, you're better off somewhere else. I recommend you go to Smoothie Kings or Clean Juice. Way better customer service for sure!!! read more

This has always been one of my favorite spots to eat since it opened....until now. The service is really bad and today was no exception. The young guy working the register needs a LOT of training. I don't know if it was just his personality or a genuine lack of concern for the customers or what he was doing but today was as bad as I've seen it. He had no concern for taking orders, following up on customers waiting and appeared to roll his eyes when I said I was waiting on my smoothie. He had sat my smoothie on the other side of the bar for everyone to be over as they placed their order. Then waited on another customer rather than handing me mine. I work out at freedom park everyday. Most of the time we will stop in and get smoothies. I have a disability and lately I've needed my service dog more then ever. I came in with them. They stayed by my side as they were trained to. I placed my order and stood next to the door waiting on my smoothie. Gabriella walks into the door looks at my dogs one was wearing her service dog vest. Gabriella without saying hello told me I had to get out. I then told her they were service dogs. She told me she would keep the door open, I showed her my service dogs cards that are legal and she began to harass me. I told her I'm in a good mood I just got finished working out I don't have time to argue with someone. I informed her she was discriminating on me. She then said you don't have to get smart. It's sad that I had to go through this. When I asked for the owners or corporates number she denied me. I just loss a family member to cancer and I figured working out and getting a smoothie would be healthy for me. The smoothies are great. If you have a disability and have service dogs. Just know you will be discriminated by going here if Gabriella is there. I don't know the owner but you will know me pretty soon. See you in court. Smoothie was awesome, wrap was ok and I didn't receive my apple slaw even though I paid a total of $14. Would have went back but tend to be lazy at on this pregnant dealing with constant nausea.
