They have several selections of Clean Eatz meals. The options change based on the month. There are meals that are most popular such as a buffalo chicken with Mac 'n cheese. I've had my blood checked, I've gone to therapy, nothing worked. I tried melatonin....that worked for about a hot minute but then stopped. The older I got, the more stress/anxiety and life happened and I was super exhausted, on edge and fed up. I was to the point that I was just going to have to plow through the week on 4 to 5 hours of broken sleep with an occasion 8 hours for the rest of my life. All I knew was that I was NOT going to take prescription medication for personal reasons and I was tired of being tired. Finally a couple of friends told me to try CBD oil. I was so nervous at first because it's so new and pretty much everywhere now so I didn't know who to trust. I asked a coworker if she had used CBD Before and she said she had and she loved it and currently takes it for anxiety. She mentioned she knew of a place in uptown that a friend has tried and mentioned The Wellington. I go and immediately connected with Linsey. She was super nice, WELL INFORMED and asked me several questions before pointing me to the a couple of options. The first question she asked me was what I needed it for. I said to sleep. Her next question is when I knew I could trust her. She asked "when you say to sleep, what does that mean for you? Because for me that means something different." So I unloaded the long lists why I can't sleep I'm general and because of that, she helped me buy a low dose oil for my sleeping. I LOVED IT. I woke up every morning feeling Like a brand new person! It's crazy. Her products are clean and are of good source/quality. Every since I found her the first time I think I've been in there at least 2 times a week buying more products. I recently discovered a mist spray she has for sore muscles. I have sore right hip and I've put this CBD spray on it now for two weeks and it's so much better now. Omg!!! Oh and her price point is more affordable and not extremely expensive like the other places I've tried. They have teas, and oils and bath bombs and even today I found out they have throat lozenges to help with inflammation. OH and the also have patches to help with cramps for females, Calm patches and Hangover patches! I'm so happy I found them. Conveniently located in Uptown down by the Starbucks that has Panera Bread below. Ahhhhh and I forgot to mention that there is a little deep stretch/ mini yoga room that you can book and use.
