Looking for a great Meal Replacement Protein drink and found just what I was looking for here. A but of a drive from where I am at but glad I found this little supplement shop. The sales associate was nothing short that amazing. He was very knowledgeable on all products and answered all my questions thoroughly. Small location but packed with just the right amount of products. This place has a select few of meal replacement powders, muscle builder powders, protein powders, with not being super overwhelming on the many many selections other places have. Web page showed product at 2.25 ounce bags but was sent 1.34 ounce bags. My invoice and the packing slips also stated 2.25 ounce bags. Response from this business was that the product did not come in a 2.25 ounce size and that the picture on their web page showed the 1.34 ounce size...even though the webpage text stated 2.25 ounce bags. I did provide them with a link to the product in the 2.25 ounce bags as it is regularly manufactured. They asked me to return the product but are not offering to pay the return shipping - I had already paid for shipping to me. They should at least provide me with a refund for the nearly ounce of product missing per bag, I will not be using this website again. UPDATE - the website did refund me $12.62 on an order I paid $43.97 plus shipping for. This in no way accounts for sending me bags that were nearly 50% less than I paid for. If I had know they were marketing the larger bags and sending the smaller bags, I would never have purchased from them. read more

I was looking for a item that I had bought from GNC. I looked the item up; it showed me Plant Supplements store; so I went there because it's closer to my home. The store clerk showed me something else that is similar "aloe soothing ". I put it on the first time it gave me some kind of solution that dried on my face and I was like coming off my face. I kept reading it and kept reading it, but it doesn't say wash it off; but the last time I tried it to put it on my face and then wash it off. It's not what I am looking for. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF U VALUE YOUR HEALTH the employees at this shop will talk and act like they know how everything in the shop works when in reality they don't know anything, I bought they're 20mg clomiphene ampules for my PCT after doing sarms several employees explained I needed to inject the solution IM to do it properly, well I later discovered what they sold was really an ORAL solution not meant to be injected at all, I suffered from fever, cold chills, body aces, and am still suffering constant headaches all because the employees didn't know what they were selling me a LIED about it. Planet Supplements has great selection and customer service. I have visited several times during my weekend pilgrimage to IKEA and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful assisting me. What really sets Planet Supplements apart is the extra information that I get on every visit which is helpful because I'm still kinda new to the supplement game. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store not only for the customer service, but the convenience as well. The guy at the counter was very rude with the pony tail. Lacked Customer service and became very rude when I asked him a question. He claimed he was upset because no one responded to him when we came in the store which we did. If I'm looking for a product not too much looking to make a friendship in the store and carry conversation. Looking to buy a product. He became very irate and then said he was refusing to serve us. I said how are you refusing to serve us just because we didn't say hey how are you are you having a great day. I guess because we were African American it was easier to deflect and want us out of the store. What a very poor experience. My word of mouth about this store will travel. Came in looking for one thing, pre-workout. Although I wasn't able to find the one I wanted, Tony and Andrew helped me find something just as good and similar to what I initially went in there for. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I asked about several different products. I went in there for one thing and came out with four items. Let's just say it's like a candy shop for kids!!!...also, don't sleep on the shakes- they're great! My favorite is Memphis chiller!!! read more

I went in there the Friday 4/19 evening time looking for preworkout powder and plant based protein powder. As I'm asking questions to the guy that works there about the quality of the products I'm asking about, he was short and rude and walked away back to register. I saw a plant based pre workout by the plant based protein powder and asked him about it and he cut me off and said no it's protein when it was clearly labeled pre workout. I've never seen such terrible customer service. The store was empty and there was no reason to be this rude. Not coming back again and recommend others to not come either. read more

I've lived in the area for just under two years and finally went into Planet Supplements. After years of being dissatisfied with GNC I am happy to say that I will be buying all my supplements from Planet Supplements. The staff are friendly and helpful, and hooked me up with products that have positively impacted my workouts and recovery. Their pricing is also awesome.
