Purchased a birthday cake at Cinnaholic Let me start by saying WOW! Six large cinnabons with frosting, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, graham cracker, and cookie dough topped the cake. It was amazing! The owner of the store was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure I got the cake the way I wanted it. I appreciated the customer service. This was my third birthday cake I have purchased. While it may cost a bit more than a store bought cake it was worth it. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Cinnaholic did not disappoint. The cinnamon rolls were soft, fresh, and packed with flavor. So many topping options and great customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Listen..... Not quite sure what type of sorcery goes into making these vegan cinnamon rolls, but they've perfected it! I can't believe these are vegan. I can admit had someone told me these were vegan before hand, I probably would have passed on giving them a try. Cause for whatever reason I associate vegan with tasteless/weird texture and idk why!.. Anywho, you walk in and the space has just a few tables and is pretty small. They have an array of cinnamon rolls displayed, and a pretty extensive menu. They also offer other baked goods such as cookies and a blueberry lemon coffee cake! I ordered the maple pecan pie cinnamon roll and boy oh boy was it good! Both me and my very picky son devoured that dam roll and went back the next day for another. Yes! It was that good! I noticed when we were there the first time that they have dole whip soft serve, so when we went back we tried it. I got the swirl which was pineapple and lime, it was a bit too sweet for my liking, but my son really enjoyed it. Maple pecan pie cinnamon roll 10/10 Listen.... Go give them a try. I hate that they are right by my home, I'm afraid if I don't restrain myself, I'll for sure be on the next season of my 600lb life!

First time customer here! One of the worst cinnamon roll places I've ever visited! I usually only eat half of a cinnamon roll & today I ate an entire roll to myself! & then the polite young lady behind the counter tells me they're vegan! Only gave this place 5 stars because they had good a/c & not because of great customer service & awesome cinnamon rolls

My sweet tooth and I absolutely loved this place. We tried a few things during our visit. We started with the Caramel Apple Pie Roll. It's was warm and amazing. Luckily, the roll was big enough for two people to share. Next, we tried the Pineapple soft serve ice cream. Surprisingly, we both enjoyed it. The pineapple flavor wasn't too overwhelming at all. Finally, I got the Snickerdoodle cookie. It was equally tasty. We enjoyed everything so much, we also got a cinnamon roll to go. There are several tables inside, great for groups of 2-6 people. The staff was very patient and helpful. Also, they offer grub hub and pick-up.

I always eat at this location but today as I was eating my cinnamon roll I noticed that the cinnamon roll was raw dough in the middle. I tried to call back but no one answered the phone. I don't know if I want to eat there anymore or not.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cinnaholic! Service was fast and friendly. There are a ton of options when it comes to toppings for your bun but they also have some signature rolls and options that staff at that particular store have created. They also had soft serve in strawberry and pineapple flavors, cookies, brownies, mini rolls, etc. I went with a fairly simple roll as it just had berries and a sort of raspberry jam. I loved it and felt like it was the perfect choice. Definitely a bonus that it's served warm so the icing is melting and making it that much more delicious:)

Love this place! We make a 20 minute trip just to get one because they're THAT GOODT! We love the Cream Cheese Frosting and my favorite part is that it's 100% vegan, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free. They're so big that we usually split one... but this time hubby said we each needed our own cause he couldn't share. Don't forget to sign up for their reward points. 10 visits= $5.50 off

I love Cinnaholic. No matter where I visit, I have to find one. I was in the area for 1 day & found this location off of a super busy road. It is surrounded by other shoppes and restaurants. 6/23/22: The staff wasn't the friendliest. When I got inside, there were 3 people waiting on their order, so I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken. When she finally took it, IT TOOK FOREVER for them to fulfill the orders. There seemed to be some confusion with the first 2 guys who were waiting when I first walked in. It took awhile for the staff to get their order corrected and fulfilled. I only got 1 bun with cake batter icing. Simple. It was delicious like the other Cinnaholics I go to, BUT this bun was much smaller. I don't understand why the size is different, but the taste was definitely there. If I'm ever back in Concord, I will try them again. Maybe they just had an off day.

They have cookies and brownies too! |Instagram @restaurant_aholic

Absolutely LOVED these cinnamon rolls. We got the Pumpkin Spice, Fluffernutter, and Pizza Roll. They have 2 locations, one in Concord and Belmont. They serve up Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls with over 20 unique frosting flavors and toppings to create-your-own-roll. All of their products are made-to-order and 100% vegan, dairy & lactose free, egg free and cholesterol free. They also serve other sweet treats like brownies, cookies, and edible cookie dough. The Savory Pizza rolls are only sold through October so get them while you can

I mean you can tell with many pictures I have posted how much I love the food and the place itself. It was my first time and I asked at counter what vegan options do you have and they said everything is vegan and I was in heaven ...I tried 3 things and everything is just so amazing...after a lot of trying new places I have found the one I love....their service is amazing and such a cool vibe here, I'm in love, I'm in absolute love with this place. Must try it if you have a sweet tooth. I wish I could give 10 stars I would...I really appreciate the owner for thinking about vegans, most people don't . If you are reading this then just know you made so many vegans extremely happy

I love cinnamon rolls, and I am always on the lookout for new places to try. When I walked into this location, the employee was so nice and super helpful, as the menu can be a lot for a first time visitor. I ended up getting the caramel apple pie, but subbing the caramel icing for cream cheese icing. The cinnamon roll was pretty good - about a 3.5/5, but I would try something different when I come back. I wasn't expecting the apples on the roll to be cold, so that threw the experience off a bit for me. But the roll was soft, and the icing was tasty - not too sweet. They also have day old rolls at a discounted rate if you don't want to commit to an 8$ roll off rip. I also got chocolate chip cookie. It was soft and good. Would get another one of those definitely lol. This location was super clean, and easy to find. I would definitely come back again.

They said it was National Hot Chocolate Day so had to try the Hot Chocolate Roll!

After just one visit, this is my new favorite sweet treat spot! I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in. There were so many good flavor combinations, as well the ability to build your own. Ultimately, I decided to go with the hot chocolate cinnamon bun since it was National Hot Chocolate Day. They also offered a discounted day old Cinnamon Bun for $1, which we also purchased with a side of Chai frosting and pecans. Once we placed our order, there was a bit of a wait. But they brought our order to our car when it was ready, which was a nice touch. I split the Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Bun with my husband so as not to go into a sugar overload. It was soooo good! I actually didn't eat the day old Cinnamon Bun until the next day, which meant it was then 2 days old. But the taste didn't suffer at all. I can't wait to work my way through this menu...one cinnamon bun at a time. Between you and me, the cinnamon buns are vegan, but you would never know. Pro-tip: Be sure to enroll in their rewards program which gives you points toward free treats. After enrolling, they also sent me a $5 coupon for my next order.

On every visit to Charlotte, I stop here 2-3 times, whether it's to meet up with friends and colleagues for lunch, to grab a quite bite before evening plans, to spend happy hours and dinners on that delightful back patio or to pick up that insane vegan dessert I've been craving. I mean, can it get any better than a spread of vegan elote corn, nachos smothered with beans, seitan, guac/queso/crema or my new favorite, the crunch wrap with a glass of something icy cold (I usually get a glass of something sparkling at the back bar). Since my last review almost 5 years ago, they sadly removed the matcha cruffin (that I still can't get out of my head!) and added in an entire display of sugary/spicy/chocolatey greatness (I'm still kicking myself for being too late on my way to the airport to get that lemon bar I'd been eying or the pumpkin BUNDT CAKE, ffs. What is wrong with me?) The sweetest owners, the loveliest staff from front counter to back bar to food runners and bussers. I adore Oh My Soul with every ounce of my being.

Person taking our order was rude. Asked what he would recommend as a side given that we'd never been to the restaurant before. He just listed off all the sides and appeared annoyed by the question. We finished our order and he then cancels the tip screen and I didn't know why. He asks if I want a receipt and I say sure. Then I notice that they have an automatic "service charge" of 15% that isn't advertised anywhere in the restaurant. I'm not necessarily against restaurants doing this but it should be advertised. Also, you should have service if you're going to charge a "service charge." Our service consisted of a counter order and then someone who eventually brought out our food. Water was never even refilled. Vibe of everyone that worked there was angry and aggravated. Multiple people scowled at me walking through the dining room from the kitchen. One worker threw open the kitchen door obviously pissed about something. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting forever for their food and other tables would have one entree come out while the other person at the table waited another 15 minutes for their food. Food was nothing special. My wife liked her Mother Earth bowl which is why I'm giving two stars. My chicken sandwich was something out of a frozen box. Hush puppies and onion rings were standard. We only had water to drink. All of this cost us $54.20 total. Anymore this feels like a standard experience in an American restaurant unless you do someplace high end. Ok food, terrible value, terrible service, and junk fees. Like they're doing you a favor just being there. All of this for a restaurant that, as the walls show, is trying to convince you to become vegan. This won't do it guys. Do better if you really care about bringing people to your cause.

The meal comes with rice and their vegetable of the day which happened to be collard greens that day. To finish the meal I ordered the housemade hibiscus tea. It took about 10-15 minutes or so for everything to be ready and it was brought out by one of the lovely owners (forgot to grab her name). She was so sweet and came back out to check on me mid meal. Everything was so good. I haven't had ribs in over a decade so that was such a nostalgic taste to me. It had the chargrill taste and everything and that sauce was so good! The "rib" meat had a great taste as well and I enjoyed the meaty texture. The fixins were all really good. The macaroni was nice and seasoned so were black eyed peas, collard greens, and rice. Truly tasted like a plate from an auntie's house. I'm already plotting my next trip to Charlotte so I can make my way back over here. We spotted a handful of vegan spots in the Charlotte area but I am so glad we went with this one.
