Our work had some of their party platters for an event and really liked the variety of desserts they have, including vegan options. I'm not a big cinnamon bun fan, but really liked the creamy frosting they had here as it's more whipped and not overly sweet. Chocolate covered strawberries were really good too. The star to me was their cookies, thin, crunchy and chewy at the same time!

Purchased a birthday cake at Cinnaholic Let me start by saying WOW! Six large cinnabons with frosting, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, graham cracker, and cookie dough topped the cake. It was amazing! The owner of the store was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure I got the cake the way I wanted it. I appreciated the customer service. This was my third birthday cake I have purchased. While it may cost a bit more than a store bought cake it was worth it. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Listen..... Not quite sure what type of sorcery goes into making these vegan cinnamon rolls, but they've perfected it! I can't believe these are vegan. I can admit had someone told me these were vegan before hand, I probably would have passed on giving them a try. Cause for whatever reason I associate vegan with tasteless/weird texture and idk why!.. Anywho, you walk in and the space has just a few tables and is pretty small. They have an array of cinnamon rolls displayed, and a pretty extensive menu. They also offer other baked goods such as cookies and a blueberry lemon coffee cake! I ordered the maple pecan pie cinnamon roll and boy oh boy was it good! Both me and my very picky son devoured that dam roll and went back the next day for another. Yes! It was that good! I noticed when we were there the first time that they have dole whip soft serve, so when we went back we tried it. I got the swirl which was pineapple and lime, it was a bit too sweet for my liking, but my son really enjoyed it. Maple pecan pie cinnamon roll 10/10 Listen.... Go give them a try. I hate that they are right by my home, I'm afraid if I don't restrain myself, I'll for sure be on the next season of my 600lb life!

First time customer here! One of the worst cinnamon roll places I've ever visited! I usually only eat half of a cinnamon roll & today I ate an entire roll to myself! & then the polite young lady behind the counter tells me they're vegan! Only gave this place 5 stars because they had good a/c & not because of great customer service & awesome cinnamon rolls

I always eat at this location but today as I was eating my cinnamon roll I noticed that the cinnamon roll was raw dough in the middle. I tried to call back but no one answered the phone. I don't know if I want to eat there anymore or not.

My sweet tooth and I absolutely loved this place. We tried a few things during our visit. We started with the Caramel Apple Pie Roll. It's was warm and amazing. Luckily, the roll was big enough for two people to share. Next, we tried the Pineapple soft serve ice cream. Surprisingly, we both enjoyed it. The pineapple flavor wasn't too overwhelming at all. Finally, I got the Snickerdoodle cookie. It was equally tasty. We enjoyed everything so much, we also got a cinnamon roll to go. There are several tables inside, great for groups of 2-6 people. The staff was very patient and helpful. Also, they offer grub hub and pick-up.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cinnaholic! Service was fast and friendly. There are a ton of options when it comes to toppings for your bun but they also have some signature rolls and options that staff at that particular store have created. They also had soft serve in strawberry and pineapple flavors, cookies, brownies, mini rolls, etc. I went with a fairly simple roll as it just had berries and a sort of raspberry jam. I loved it and felt like it was the perfect choice. Definitely a bonus that it's served warm so the icing is melting and making it that much more delicious:)

Love this place! We make a 20 minute trip just to get one because they're THAT GOODT! We love the Cream Cheese Frosting and my favorite part is that it's 100% vegan, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free. I love Cinnaholic. No matter where I visit, I have to find one. I was in the area for 1 day & found this location off of a super busy road. It is surrounded by other shoppes and restaurants. 6/23/22: The staff wasn't the friendliest. When I got inside, there were 3 people waiting on their order, so I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken. When she finally took it, IT TOOK FOREVER for them to fulfill the orders. There seemed to be some confusion with the first 2 guys who were waiting when I first walked in. It took awhile for the staff to get their order corrected and fulfilled. I only got 1 bun with cake batter icing. Simple. It was delicious like the other Cinnaholics I go to, BUT this bun was much smaller. I don't understand why the size is different, but the taste was definitely there. If I'm ever back in Concord, I will try them again. Maybe they just had an off day.

I mean you can tell with many pictures I have posted how much I love the food and the place itself. It was my first time and I asked at counter what vegan options do you have and they said everything is vegan and I was in heaven ...I tried 3 things and everything is just so amazing...after a lot of trying new places I have found the one I love....their service is amazing and such a cool vibe here, I'm in love, I'm in absolute love with this place. Must try it if you have a sweet tooth. I wish I could give 10 stars I would...I really appreciate the owner for thinking about vegans, most people don't . Absolutely LOVED these cinnamon rolls. We got the Pumpkin Spice, Fluffernutter, and Pizza Roll. They have 2 locations, one in Concord and Belmont. They serve up Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls with over 20 unique frosting flavors and toppings to create-your-own-roll. All of their products are made-to-order and 100% vegan, dairy & lactose free, egg free and cholesterol free. They also serve other sweet treats like brownies, cookies, and edible cookie dough. I love cinnamon rolls, and I am always on the lookout for new places to try. When I walked into this location, the employee was so nice and super helpful, as the menu can be a lot for a first time visitor. I ended up getting the caramel apple pie, but subbing the caramel icing for cream cheese icing. The cinnamon roll was pretty good - about a 3.5/5, but I would try something different when I come back. I wasn't expecting the apples on the roll to be cold, so that threw the experience off a bit for me. But the roll was soft, and the icing was tasty - not too sweet. They also have day old rolls at a discounted rate if you don't want to commit to an 8$ roll off rip. I also got chocolate chip cookie. It was soft and good. Would get another one of those definitely lol. This location was super clean, and easy to find. I would definitely come back again.

I've wanted to try Cinnaholic again for quite some time now. I first tried Cinnaholic in October 2017 in Atlanta, GA. I created my own roll and I wasn't a fan. I didn't want to hold the company accountable for my dislike since I created my own mess. I decided to stop in for the October local treats on National Cinnamon Roll day. There's free parking onsite. This location shares parking with other businesses. It's nestled between two other businesses. There are tables inside if you'd like to sit while you wait or while you enjoy your roll. The interior art decor includes pictures of their rolls. I came during the lunch rush so there was a line. I ordered their Maple Pecan Pie and Turtle cinnamon roll. The employees worked efficiently to get the line down. My name was called within 10ish minutes. I took my rolls to go. I should've taken my photos there because the icing shifted. I shared both rolls with someone and they enjoyed them just as much as I did. I have revisited since my initial visit. I ordered the Classic Roll. Cinnaholic does not disappoint. 5/5, try it for yourself!!

They said it was National Hot Chocolate Day so had to try the Hot Chocolate Roll!

Absolutely delicious! I came here on their opening day but the line was so long I left. I decided to come back two days later and I'm so glad I did. The store is so clean and it smells great as soon as you walk in. I ordered the classic roll and my daughter ordered a roll with marshmallows and strawberry. We also got the two cookies...the cinnadoodle and the chocolate chip. AMAZING! Everything was so good! The fact that they are vegan is crazy! Makes me want to rethink my life choices...ha! Cinnaholic is such a cool little spot. They have limitless combinations for their rolls and even cookie dough and it all tastes amazing. They run specials here often so I stopped by and got the $1 old skool roll. The vanilla icing is perfect and the roll has an almost buttery taste to it which I love. Each and everytime I visit, there are so many things I wish to try as there is just so much to choose from. Anyone can find a 5/5 cinnamon roll of their choosing at Cinnaholic. read more

Incompetent. I use to come here all the time with no problem but today the service was extremely slow and the girl behind the counter couldn't read her OWN writing so she had me sitting there and waiting for additional time instead of just saying what the order was out loud or saying my name so I could grab my order. read more

Wow. Such kind and friendly employees. Even if the rolls weren't good, I'd give them 3 stars. Thankfully, that's not needed. The "cinnamon" rolls are delicious. I say "cinnamon" because creativity is key here. You can customize your roll all you want with different ingredients, toppings, etc. Really delicious and I can't believe its vegan! A classic roll starts at $4.75 and then goes up from there. Worth every penny. read more

Let me start by saying THANKKKM YOU FOR THE VEGAN OPTIONS.. it's a great place for the sweet tooth ... I would upload a photo but it never makes it that far . Friendly staff. Fast service. Cute area to sit outside. Highly recommend their original to START Next time try something different. But their cookies are bomb as well!! I wouldn't say it's healthy just bc it's vegan but it is definitely better than foods with milk and egg. Give them a try! read more

This place is pretty awesome! The aroma attacks your sense of smell as soon as you walk in the door. When you see the possibilities listed on the menu you are kinda in sensory overload. I went with a simple cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese. That was an excellent choice. My daughter got creative and ordered a peanut butter smores roll. She loved it. I only wish I had some milk to go with it. For a few minutes I was okay with death by carbs. I will definitely be back for more. It was very good. read more

As embarrassing as it is to admit....the staff here probably knows me by name now. I may not have been able to survive this pandemic if this location never opened up. Sweetest staff I've ever experienced. It's super easy to go in for one and leave with multiple. They find new creative ways to add to the menu whether it's actual new menu items or just new seasonal flavors. My favorites are blueberry pie, orange creme(I believe this is a seasonal flavor, and even the caramel apple pie. I hear now they are also serving Dole whip which I'm sure I'll be trying today lol read more

If you're a sugar-holic who craves that super sweet, cinnamon-y flavor then this is the place for you. I've been meaning to try Cinnaholic for the longest of times and finally got around to it and they did not disappoint. I ordered them via delivery and they were still warm when arriving. Their frosting to pastry ratio is perfect. With each bite of mine I got plenty of flavors from the cream cheese, cinnamon, and blueberries. I am updated my review to 5 stars. I ordered again today and they knocked it out of the park. I took the owners advice and ordered the frosting on the side so it didn't all melt and that was the way to go I tried the maple and the vanilla frosting both were amazing but my go to will always be vanilla frosting with the fresh strawberries to cut through all the sweetness. So I seen a comment that said something along the lines of "they know me by a first name basis here." I now understand why. I am not ashamed to say I am addicted to Cinnaholic. I was able to attend the grand opening and I have been hooked ever since. You will have no idea these cinnamon rolls are vegan.... The variety of options of frostings and toppings can be overwhelming but I suggest you try it all, you cannot go wrong with anything. My favorite go to frosting has become the almond, omgggg!! The cinnamon rolls are always warm so the frosting will always melt over the cinnamon roll which is fine with me. My favorite toppings are the pie crumble, its like a cinnamon sugar and granola crust, and the fresh strawberries. There are featured rolls that are available for the indecisive people. Do over look the other options available. The Cinna cookies are so good!! and its hard for me to not order that cookie when I am there. I have yet to order the cookie dough but it also looks good. Your sweet tooth will definitely be satisfied after leaving Cinnaholic! read more

Cinnaholic is like nothing you've had before. Warm, surgery cinnamon rolls or cinnamon sticks( limited time only) made to order with toppings of your choice. They do have some " premade " options that are delicious. Like the strawberry cheesecake or peach cobbler. I got the cinnamon sticks with the maple frosting on the side. ALWAYS get the frosting.. the best way to describe it is a perfectly smooth sweet butter. This place will not disappoint. read more

We got there at 7:30p, and the restaurant was closing at 8:00p. When we got there, there was a line and only 1 cinnamon roll left. We also got the last set of the cinnamon sticks, so quite a few customers were turned away. The cinnamon sticks were okay, but nothing amazing. The staff did the best they could to add the toppings we wanted. read more

I LOVE this place. Specifically the one at Mayfair in Wilmington, the customer service is great. Not saying it's bad at other locations, wilmington is just the one I frequent. I went to their grand opening today and it was amazing. Really cute little shop. They have so many options! I ended up going with the peanut butter frosting, Oreo cookies and peanut butter cups. It's definitely a lot of sugar I couldn't finish a whole one myself so I got it to share with my boyfriend. They also sell day old rolls for like $2 I think (50¢ more for a cup of frosting) and remember everything in the shop is 100% vegan! Its soo good you really can't tell!! They had samples of the chocolate chip cookie too and omg its soo good I regret not buying one! read more

The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I asked for a fresh cinnamon roll and they told me fresh ones would be coming out in 7/8 minutes. I asked for light icing on the OG roll being my first time there. The roll was super buttery what I was not used to. I will try again but next time stay to ensure the icing is light. read more

I've been here a few times since they opened because I think the rolls are really delicious and they are vegan! Not many places you can go to get this kind of dessert. My first visit was really overwhelming since they have so many choices for toppings and icing flavors. I stick to the Old School basic one because I like simple, but you can add anything: fruit, cookie dough, chocolate, sprinkles and many more things! So yummy! The perfect warm sweet treat. I opted for the classic 'old skool' cinnamon roll and it was delicious. The buttercream was to die for. Pairiwith a glass of oat milk brings it to another level! Staff was super kind. You order in store and they bring your order out to you in your car. Best cinnamon rolls ever. Easily better than Cinnabon plus they're vegan. You can choose whatever toppings you want or get some of their signature rolls. You will probably have to wait a while because they usually pretty busy and also they're not cheap. Definitely a treat but omg so worth it. Was NOT great service at all. Had a birthday coupon for signing up and they said they couldn't honor it because it came from their San Antonio store. I've never even been to San Antonio before I just went on their website after I placed an order FROM THEIR STORE and made an account and this is the response that I get from the workers there. You would think that if you want to provide great customer service that you would understand the error on their company and honor it but basically they just lost a customer today because they do not exemplify customer service nor do they care about their customers or birthday coupons. They should have birthday coupons to be honored at every store. How am I supposed to know that when I signed up on their website it would send me a birthday coupon to redeem in San Antonio and I've never even been to San Antonio. Will never be back they just lost a customer. Very sorry service read more

Good stuff! Vegan cinnamon buns love love love. Customer service is hit or miss at this place. Sometimes it's good sometimes it is not. The buns are really good, flavorful and most importantly Vegan! I've been several times will go again just for the buns. read more

I sent the below email to the owner & all I was offered was excuses & 2 free classic old skool cinnamon rolls on my next visit. Clearly that won't be happening as I plan on not returning. I recommend not going here or placing a curbside pickup order unless you plan on waiting an hour & want to be disappointed. I'm writing due to a poor experience with your store on 3/27/2021 in regards to a curbside pickup order. l placed my order online at 6:58pm & selected the pick up time to be as soon as possible, to which the pickup email stated my order would be ready after 7:25pm. I arrived to the store at 7:28pm & placed a call to the store to let them know I arrived. The employee I spoke to said my order would be ready in 5-7 minutes because, "they were still working on my rolls." I found this to be really surprising considering I placed my order 30 minutes ago, my order only contained 6 rolls, & the pickup email stated my order would be ready at 7:25pm. As a waited in my vehicle, the 7 extra minutes passed that the employee stated they needed to complete my order, then another 10. I finally decided to Google this specific store while I waited in my vehicle to read the reviews to see what the heck was going on & to see if any others have experienced this. Unfortunately, I wasn't alone, & my order arrived 26 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. I immediately asked the employee if a manager was available to speak to, & she stated there wasn't & that I could email the owner. I then expressed to her my concerns & was told, "we get really busy on Saturdays & like to ice the rolls fresh when we arrive." To say I am extremely disappointed & dissatisfied is an understatement. I have attached photos of the melted mess of cinnamon rolls I received and my receipt. I would like a full refund & do not plan on coming back seeing as this is a repetitive issue that the store was made aware of via the reviews I read & were responded to from 8+ months ago. Seeing as this issue hasn't been rectified exemplifies the lack of value your store has for its customers & a poor business model to continue & follow. EDIT: In response to company's reply - I first reached out to the company in hopes of it making the situation right. Clearly, offering me 2 free rolls at your establishment wouldn't fix the situation, as I stated in my email that I wouldn't be returning. As a result, I have left this review, and I never leave reviews, to let others know that this store doesn't truly care about the service or product it's providing to their customers. read more
