They said the order had just been put out and she assumed someone else must have picked up our order. Personally I think they just dropped our order and said someone else had picked it up so they didn't seem responsible for forgetting us. I could be wrong and they just gave it to someone without checking their ticket/receipt though, which is still not efficient. They remake it and got it wrong: my husband ordered fries but they gave him tots and at this point we're already late to where we're supposed to be so he just ate them. I also got tots and be warned you get the tiniest little cluster of less than a dozen of them and mine were somehow cold. Then as we left I asked for a refill of the diet Cherry Lemon Sundrop I ordered at the beginning and saw her put cherry Fanta in it (not diet) so I mentioned that and she said that's how they do diet CLS: it's half diet sundrop and half cherry Fanta. Yet when I asked when I ordered my drink if they had diet CLS, she said yes, which is a lie, so if you order that be prepared that it's half cherry Fanta instead and plan on the extra calories.
