Really good yogurt. You fill up the cup with whatever amount and type of yogurt and toppings you want, they weigh it and charge you by the weight. I paid $15 the other day for a fully loaded large cup, sounds like a lot but it was delicious. I don't come to this food court that often, so when I'm here, I splurge. I ordered online through grub hub, and someone called me and told me the Keylime pie was out at their location and it was at a different location and that they would replace that with a larger size of whatever else I wanted but instead the woman was so kind she went to the other location and got it for me but either way they were amazing customer service and the frozen yogurt is out of this world I will definitely be ordering again and more often!!!! -Chantel Fernández read more

Thanks to Groupon for introducing me to this place- I would have never even noticed it tucked away in the dreaded HIP food court. The yogurt was delicious, hands down the creamiest frozen yogurt I tasted. The options were interesting and I had a hard time making my selection. Yesterday I was craving yogurt and fruit and refused to go to the grocery store lol. I stumbled upon Yogen Fruz on yelp. After reading the reviews, I was very cautious when I stopped in. Tenzin, the cashier was pleasant and very helpful. I explained to her that this was my first visit and I am unsure as to how to order/create my own. She explained everything and even let me get a few samples in so I can discover what I liked/disliked. Overall, can you believe I came in the following day for the same order lol; tart, mango, kiwi and strawberries! Although, Tenzin wasn't there, another woman (perhaps manager) was also very welcoming and accommodating. I cannot wait to return tomorrow lol. I think I found my meal replacement ( or spacer between breakfast and lunch!). read more

This place is disgusting. The yogurt smelled strange, and there was really bad service, the manager guy (or maybe it was just the cashier's boyfriend I HAVE NO CLUE). This place thinks they're trendy because they are using UV light and iPads for decoration. Also they FAILED to have any nutritional facts what-so-ever (is this legal?) It's literally a hole in the wall in the mall food court. Nothing much to really review on except for the yogurt itself. Nonetheless, it was delicious.The second time I went back they didn't have my red velvet flavor, and I thought my life was over, but the back up flavors ended up being just as good. A little pricey, but I like the option of controlling the portion size and toppings. Definitely as good as it gets for being inside the HIP. I created a Yelp just to give this place a bad review. That's how upset I am. I experienced the absolute worst customer service here. I waited for the employees to acknowledge me for about 10 minutes as I was the only one in the shop, on top of that they were completely disrespectful, and carried the worst attitudes. I try to enjoy this place but I can't. When I walk in the cashiers are always on their phones or being obnoxiously loud. The yogurt is pretty expensive but none of those reasons are what made me decide to stop eating here. It's been on Multiple occasions that I've seen bugs here. There Are always fruit flies on their fresh fruit section. At least put a lid on it or something. The worst thing was witnessing a cockroach climb out of the raspberries and go behind the counter. I was there last week on Valentine's Day . Hands down this was the most nostalgic experience me and my girlfriend had there . First the people working there were very friendly with exceptional customer service . I had no idea what to order at first then the associate recommended us to try their famous pistachio yogurt and it was delicious. No doubt one of the best yogurt/ice cream joint in town. Favorite spot to go to only when the Manager and Assistant manager is there, never have problems or issues when they are both working there. The assistant manager always helps me out and always tells me about new flavors they have. Never leaving the store unless I have my yogurt in my hand. But recently Last week friday I had gone and service with one of the girls working there was horrible nasty attitude. One of the girls there looked new, never seen her and greeted me as soon as i walked in but the other girl was constantly in the back. With anger she thought me and other customers wouldn't hear her say "how long does it take someone to put toppings in their yogurts". Seriously not going back till I see the assistant manager and the original manager there. read more

So this was my first time going into Yogen Früz, and I am very pleased with my experience. As soon as I walked in with my family , we were greeted by big smiles from the staff members working there. We were explained how the concept works and how many different flavors they have to choose from. We were offered samples for their self serve and also noticed that we could customize our own drinks , shakes , smoothies and yogurt bowls. They have really good quality and a lot of toppings that I have not seen at other yogurt places.. for example they had nutella, pecans , walnuts , ferrero rocher, KitKat !! Heaven !! I had their coconut madness with strawberry fields and tart !!!! My husband had a white chocolate truffle flavor with Oreos mixed together .We all left very happy and will be coming back here soon ! Can't wait to customize my own yogurt next time .. this place is definitely a must when you're nearby :) read more

I've been to this place exactly two times. The first time was fine, not much to report about it. The second time was absolutely horrible. They only had plain, boring yogurt favors. Literally, the only ones that were ready were vanilla and fat free whatever. I thought I could make it work with some awesome toppings. As I was getting my toppings I muttered under my breath as I was going for one in the back corner. I said something like "can't reach..." Because I am short and have reaching issues. The girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and said "jeez. All you had to do was ask, and I would have given you the container". I said, thank you. When I went to pay, she was rude as well. She was very short with me and acted like she could not wait until I was gone. I ate my yogurt in the food court right in front of the place. The entire time I was eating she was staring at me. If I happened to catch her eye, she roll her eyes and give me a dirty look. No idea what I did to her. Oh well. There are hundreds of other frozen yogurt spots in Chicago. read more
