I've driven past this place so many times and finally decided to stop in... and I'm so glad I did! The inside is absolutely adorable with the cutest decor (I loved all the zodiac animal neon signs ), and they have a huge selection of drinks, so there's something for everyone. The owner was incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to walk me through all the different flavors and asked questions to help me figure out exactly what I'd like instead of just rushing me through my order. That kind of customer service is so appreciated! I ended up getting a smoothie with tapioca, and finding out they use Village Creamery ice cream made me so happy because it's one of my favorites! It was so creamy, refreshing, and exactly what I was craving. It definitely hit the spot. Cute atmosphere, amazing customer service, and delicious drinks. Super cool spot and friendly owner!! The decor in here is cute. The owner told me to find my zodiac sign. I got my son and I two jasmine milk teas with butterfly pea tea and brown sugar boba. It was perfectly sweetened and the boba was the best texture ever. Finally, a spot that knows how to make their tapioca the right texture and consistency. I love that nice chew on my boba! Got a mango slushie for the lil guy with tapioca and it was good. Usually I don't go for syrup flavored drinks but it was good. Also tried brown sugar milk tea with carmel brûlée and it was very flavorful. Not too sweet which was perfect! Definitely would recommend that drink as it is one of their top twelve drinks. This was my first time visiting this location, and I found the space very cute with a relaxed, social atmosphere that seems great for hanging out with friends. The cashier was kind and informative, and since I was the only customer in the store, I asked several questions to better understand the drinks and menu. He explained that the sugar level could be adjusted, which I appreciated. I decided to order a Vietnamese coffee with ube. While I was being rung up, the cashier paused the transaction to troubleshoot the kiosk, asking me to wait about four minutes. After that, I waited an additional three minutes for my drink. When it was handed to me, it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. For a drink priced at $7.99, I expected it to resemble the photo more or at least taste better. It was extremely strong and bitter. The cashier kindly offered to remake it, which I appreciated. However, instead of preparing a new drink, he returned with the same cup after simply adding more cream and condensed milk. By this point, I had been there about 18 minutes longer than expected. It would have been more considerate to make a fresh drink rather than trying to fix the original one. I ended up taking the coffee and tossing it out. It felt like a waste of money. read more

Wow! Come check out the cutest and newest boba tea shop in Chicago! The owners are so friendly. They make the bobas fresh daily and the creme brûlée topping is made from scratch. You can really taste the difference in the quality of the ingredients! Each drink is customized to your liking/sweetness level. And, the decor is too cute! I love their take on the Zodiac - very creative! I've been to a lot of boba shops and I have to say this shop has the most extensive menu I've seen. From slushies, smoothies, fruit tea, syrup sparklers, fruit refreshers, shaved iced, seasonal and signature drinks, and even ice cream. There is something for everyone. Perfect spot to treat your sweet tooth or satisfy your craving for boba. They have plenty of items on the menu and can't wait to come back to try something different. We had the Thai Tea and Lychee Tea with boba. Tea was on point and boba was the perfect texture. The inside of the shop is well decorated with a ton of lucky cats and included an awesome LED zodiac of all 12 (yes all 12) animals with a fun description of each. The cherry on top is that it's a family owned restaurant and the customer service was top tier from the owner to even his kids helping take our order. The owner was super friendly and actually sparked up a conversation about the shop, the events they host, and giving back to the community. I came here for the first time with my partner and my experience was wonderful. I initially ordered the Jasmine Tea but I didn't end up liking it; however, they switched it up for me and didn't let me pay even when offered. I think that's such a nice thing given that it's my first time here. They also have the Vietnamese Zodiac sign on the wall, which is pretty cool to read.
