Stopped in for a quick afternoon pick me up! I got a coffee option and it was delicious. They have kiosks making it easy to order and set preferences. The set up is super cute making it cozy to bring a laptop and get some work done!

*THEYRE DOING A BACK TO SCHOOL 15% off discount with ID rn I have tried the peach milk tea and Vietnamese coffee matcha, they're both great! Lots of topping options and very legit. Bay Area approved! Servers very friendly! Cute ambiance and games to play while you wait or drink your drink!

Very new looking space. There are two kiosks to self-order. They open early at 6am and serve Vietnamese style coffee. The Wolf-Oreo Matcha was very tasty. I opted to not get any fillings, but I'm sure they would have gone well! My husband got the passion fruit green tea that came with lychee jelly and boba. The boba was a bit too warm at the start but once we mixed it up, it was fine. Definitely recommend!

Yummy and cute boba place. They have long hours starting early which many will like. I thought my brown sugar milk tea was very good. I liked that I could lessen the sweetness level. The service was quick.

My most recent visit was a bit lackluster. When I ordered the matcha without salted cream this time around, they had no issue doing so, however, they don't inform you that the matcha is made without filling the cup. It's totally fine that they do that and I understand why they wouldn't fill the cup with more drink, however, it would have been nice to have been informed or told that. Additionally, despite having order no salted cream, the quality/integrity really tasted watered down. The second drink was honestly pretty good ! It's unfortunate, however, that the employees themselves seemed really unhappy or just miserable to be there working? I'm not one to complain about service or attitude, as I work in customer/food service as well and understand. It's just being met with a monotonous tone and side eyes is really unwelcoming and uncomfortable. That being said, I'm going to have to rate the experience overall as a 2/5. Very unfortunate as I would have loved to support small businesses and see them prosper, however, with business practice and staff like that, it's a bit disheartening and difficult to like the place and build a returning customer base.

The anticipation during the Covid lockdown was massive! Oak Park would have an arcade ice cream…read moreshop! And the first year this shop was opened was really fun. We brought our friends and family to enjoy. But the last time we came, I was really let down. None of the games were turned on and I have toddlers who got very frustrated until I came to figure it out. If you ever have been to a real arcade you will be left down by the cheap knockoffs that are here. Plus the Pac-Man game had a broken joystick. Best parts: they have two great Lactose flavors and they will sell you cones without ice cream in them. It's a nice place to grab and go, but don't waste time sitting inside.

I'll start off the review by saying I'm not the target demographic for this establishment. It seems…read morelargely targeted towards kids, which is fine. I was excited about Sticks and Cones because I had worked at a bubble tea + frozen yogurt for years when I was in high school and college. I was quickly disappointed when I got there. I decided to order a bubble tea / boba, not sure what they actually call it on the menu. (Fun fact: east coasters call it bubble tea, and west coasters call it boba!) I ordered the drink with boba, which is denotes the standard tapioca pearls at all other boba establishments I've been to, but there seemed to be confusion when I didn't specifically specify tapioca pearls, so make sure to be specific. The tapioca pearls were very undercooked. The pearls also didn't seem to be in a sweetener, so they were very plain. What really upset me was when my husband ordered the Thai tea. The person behind the counter did not know how to make it, and when they asked how to make it, the response was, "this doesn't use tea, this uses only powder and water." The powder wasn't very high quality, because when mixed with water, it created this creamy and lack of Thai tea taste. I think this is why that at the place I worked at, we also brewed actual Thai tea from tea leaves to mix with the powder. It also took 15 minutes to make for some reason. It seems that boba is becoming very trendy. It's sad that we are losing out on the authenticity of boba drinks. For the frozen yogurt, I appreciated that there were vegan options. However, what was off-putting was that no one would come around to clean the machines, so you're looking at a melted pile of froyo on the grates of the machines. The counters of the store were in general, not wiped down, even though there were at least a few people behind the counter, some of which weren't actively doing anything. The ice cream is from Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, which I love. Sadly, they're a bit frugal with the serving size, or it was mostly that the ice cream was in too large of a container maybe? So it appeared like it was a smaller size. As for the arcade games, it's nice that they're not actually coin-operated, but then the downside is that you get kids monopolizing their time on a machine. For a new store, it was pretty sticky because nothing is being wiped down in between. You can bring your sweet treats to the games.
