It's clear that she hired front-of-cafe staff who knew how to respect customers, but it was quite insulting to be ignored like we didn't exist. It's understandable if something happened that made the menu inaccurate, but it's common courtesy to apologize and explain that to the potential customers hoping to order those items. That didn't happen and we won't be coming back.

They do have an emergency technician on call to stop by immediately if we ever have any issues.
