I ordered a THAI CLOUD through the website, and when it was picked up, I realised it didn't match what I ordered. It was missing the cream shown on the menu, and I know how it should look since I've ordered before. I understand they may have run out since it was late (around 8:45pm), but it's disappointing that no one informed us. They could've at least explained it to the person picking up the order instead of saying nothing. I ended up paying full price for an incomplete product. -also, at least at the NorthRiver Side location, the sugar level option doesn't seem to be respected. Whether you ask for 25% or 50%, the drinks always taste like 100%. If that can't be controlled, it shouldn't be listed as an option. -as a frequent customer, I used to earn points and redeem them for a free boba, a couples weeks ago I was told that option was no longer available. I really like the drinks here, but overall there needs to be better communication and more transparency with customers. read more

I like how there are pieces of fresh peach in there. My family members are fans of the mango slush drink. Usually, you order everything at the kiosks, and then they will call out your name. Here is a first world problem : too many places to try and too little time. Okay, so I stumbled upon this place today and loved the name. Checkout out the menu and they had me at tiramisu coffee. Ordered a couple of drinks and came to pick it up and there were three young ladies there who brought me my drinks. Drinks were delicious. Service was quick. Very new looking space. There are two kiosks to self-order. They open early at 6am and serve Vietnamese style coffee. The Wolf-Oreo Matcha was very tasty. I opted to not get any fillings, but I'm sure they would have gone well! My husband got the passion fruit green tea that came with lychee jelly and boba. The boba was a bit too warm at the start but once we mixed it up, it was fine. Definitely recommend! read more

My most recent visit was a bit lackluster. When I ordered the matcha without salted cream this time around, they had no issue doing so, however, they don't inform you that the matcha is made without filling the cup. It's totally fine that they do that and I understand why they wouldn't fill the cup with more drink, however, it would have been nice to have been informed or told that. Additionally, despite having order no salted cream, the quality/integrity really tasted watered down. The second drink was honestly pretty good ! It's unfortunate, however, that the employees themselves seemed really unhappy or just miserable to be there working? I'm not one to complain about service or attitude, as I work in customer/food service as well and understand. It's just being met with a monotonous tone and side eyes is really unwelcoming and uncomfortable. That being said, I'm going to have to rate the experience overall as a 2/5. Very unfortunate as I would have loved to support small businesses and see them prosper, however, with business practice and staff like that, it's a bit disheartening and difficult to like the place and build a returning customer base. read more

Glad there's an OP location! Delicious boba drinks, and the coffee is great, traditional Vietnamese, so it is a little on the sweeter side if that's not your thing. Ordering is a little confusing--there's someone at the register but there are also robot kiosks. read more

Some of the best quality and flavor bubble tea I've ever had. I usually order bubble tea with half sweetness, and at many places, the flavor doesn't stand on its own without being sugar loaded. That is not at all the case at The Wolf. Would highly recommend the Passionfruit Green Tea! Ordering is fast and easy with the digital ordering stations they have. My orders have always come out very quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is set up comfortably to relax and chat or play a casual table top game. As an avid boba consumer.... kinda weird this place does not have simple black/green milk tea boba.... #confused

Came here earlier today and ordered a guava tea (70%), a dragon fruit drink, and an egg coffee. The dragon drink tasted oddly like passion fruit, but the guava tea was pretty good! I don't see a lot of places with guava drinks. I would recommend the guava tea if you like guava. The coffee was also good. The service was pretty slow, but since there was only about two people behind the counter and it's a new store, I can understand! The decoration was minimal, but very clean! Felt empty, but otherwise a very aesthetic place. I'm excited to see where this store goes in the future. :-) read more

We got the taro and guava teas both were delicious!( if ur like me and don't love super sweet drinks I recommend picking 50% sweetness) we also got the mini pancakes which were our favorite we've had . Service was great all super nice workers.
