They could've at least explained it to the person picking up the order instead of saying nothing. I ended up paying full price for an incomplete product. -also, at least at the NorthRiver Side location, the sugar level option doesn't seem to be respected. Whether you ask for 25% or 50%, the drinks always taste like 100%. If that can't be controlled, it shouldn't be listed as an option. -as a frequent customer, I used to earn points and redeem them for a free boba, a couples weeks ago I was told that option was no longer available. I really like the drinks here, but overall there needs to be better communication and more transparency with customers.

The tea was a little floral for the first sip and does include the seeds of the strawberry -- this is a double-edged sword: you know it's fresh, real fruit, but you get little bits in your teeth! By the end of my drink, though, I was in love. It's sweet and fruity and overall very refreshing. The sandwich is a new favorite! It comes with a sriracha packet so you can choose your heat level. It's absolutely packed so don't plan on eating cleanly, but enjoy all the flavors! They meld so well and it's very filling. I paid less than $20 for this meal. I'm on a budget but I would say it was worth the money. I was full, satisfied, and happy with my choice, and I'd say it's comparatively very affordable for the area.

It's one level, and then the rest of the place is chairs and a cafe. I had a honeydew milk tea. It was almost $7. The pass to use the bouncy was $20 for each kid for three hours. Not many people were there for the entire time. Many left at 2 hours or less. Three tips: wear socks. Sign the waiver. Park in the lot on Calendar. Street parking is two hours only.
