It was so amazing, sweet without being too sweet, and the perfect ube flavor for someone relatively uninitiated with the purple root. It also came out super quick, I could see them working on it while I finished ordering! The employees are all very kind, one of them complimented my wallet and I love compliments so it just set the tone for a great day. I got a seat by the window. There is plenty of natural light in here and plenty of great vibes. About 7 tables in the main area, a couch, and a big table in a room towards the back. Also, a big mural and lots of plants. Really fun and artsy environment. They were selling t-shits and merch which all looked cool and had nice designs. Once I become a regular here (which I now intend on!) I think I will definitely have to get a shirt or hoodie. I noticed there aren't many reviews yet for here which leads me to believe it is not as popular as it deserves to be. The two women helped me pick the perfect pastry to go along side my lavender chai latte and regular chai latte, which was a gluten free vegan Ube muffin topped with cinnamon sugar. They warm the pastry up for me which definitely made it better. I maybe spent $15 for two drinks and a pastry which was phenomenal considering other places would have been higher in price. My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

The employee asks me what I want as if I already know the whole menu, but doesn't explain the different options. The app doesn't allow ordering anything at this location. The same employee, multiple times at different hours, has told me: "the boba isn't ready, I just started cooking it, you have to wait," or "I just opened the store," or "I'm about to close." There is NO BOBA. THERE IS NOTHING. How is it possible that a boba shop doesn't have boba? It's also not the busiest location where you could say it runs out very quickly. I don't understand what is wrong with this store. Te Amo has incredible products and in this area it's the only nearby location; however, I've preferred to go to other stores and not waste my time.
