I'ts taken me a very long time to find a panaderia with conchas as soft as a cloud, and finally found them. Even at 3pm when bread has been sitting out, the conchitas were still SOOO soft. It's a 25 min drive from my house, but def worth it. The staff was super nice and friendly. read more

Been coming here for over 20 years! My family and I absolutely love this self serve family owned bakery. The baked goods are authentic and always fresh. We've tried a variety of their baked goods and tres leche cakes - everything is always delicious. They have a build-your-own torta option as well for lunch. I don't speak Spanish very well and all the staff speaks minimal English however their positive attitude and kindness is always still apparent in all of our interactions! My Dad order conchas two weeks in advance for his posada. For our supprice when we were serving the conchas to our guesst all chocolate conchas were hard as a rock. It was so embarrassing to find out that that in the end of la posada. There was nothing we could do. I was soooo ebmarrased. This bakery has been here since I was a little girl and their quality has remained the same. I will say, I only go here to ordered strawberry filled scones (the Mexican version). Came here by recommendation and got a variety of items to share with our family. We were disappointed. The biggest win was the churros they are really excellent. The worst items were these sugar cookies that had Chicago Cubs designs on them. They were flavorless and stale and for $2 not at all worth it compared to some other items.
