If you have a food allergy, don't come here. They seem so much in a rush that they don't pay attention to your needs. I ask them before they ran off no cream. And when I saw them put it, I had to yell so they don't put it. She gave me a look and dumped it. Once I get my food, I see the cream still there. I had to give my food to someone else. We even ordered some snacks and saw it was expired. As someone that works in the food industry as well, what I saw was unacceptable at my job. Please be careful coming here. read more

I like this location. The people are always nice and they work quick. I usually get the elote which hasn't disappointed yet. It's also nice and clean and its bright in a good way. Thankfully it's just a couple minutes away from where I work so I can come here for lunch. read more

Excellent ice cream! Very fresh. A giant scoop in a cup will run you about 2.25. Very reasonably priced. Plenty of flavors and the service has always been great here. Better than Dairy Queen. A chain but its more family run than has a corporate touch. Has a Mom & Pop feel to it. Giving 5 stars after going to Plainfield near where I live . Plainfield is good but Franklin park is superior! read more

one star is being gracious. Customer service from the young girl there was lacking entirely. she was irritated that we had such a big order but im sorry not sorry, We have a family of 5. Prior to her constant attitude, my girl specifically asked if I had cash so we can tip her well, considering it was a large order. But During our time in there a few things happened that caused the tip to go from $10 to $0. my girls daughter had to use the bathroom. When giving the key back to her she snatched it. When it was time to collect our order, we specifically asked to carry the drinks because it was so much and putting them in a bag didnt seem right. her words with a twist of her little neck "its not gonna fall" fast forward to the car, the drinks fall. all over my shorts all over my car! read more

This place was a total bad experience My wife went there for some ice cream for the kids. My youngest daughter asked for an ice cream in the cup but then she changed her mind so we ask for one cone and the lady that was serving her was so nice but the Owner / Lady said "don't you see the sign on the entrance it says no returns which is ok but we we're going to pay for the extra ,but she was screaming " I don't know how this lady treats other customers but this places needs to change their customer service. My first time here and I had the fresa con crema and it was pretty decent although the strawberries were not really sweet, it may just be due to the season? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try in the near future. I think the location is great (right across the high school) and there is plenty of parking. First time here and I took the kids. Place is new and clean. Ice cream is good. Alot of unique flavors you will not find at 31 flavors and other chain ice cream shops. They also have fresh juices and ice cream bars. I had the pecan caramel and it was good. One of my kids had chocolate,vanilla, and strawberry. She said the vanilla tasted like banana and kinda does. Chocolate and strawberry were "great" according to my kids. Only real issue i have is there is no seating for groups. They only have six 2 person tables which was a challenge for me to share with my 2 kids. read more

This is a great little spot, even though it's a michoacana it feels like a mom and pop place. They're always happy to see you and they make the gazpachos and fruit salads fresh, not like other places that keep them prepped in the fridge. It's a good place to grab a snack (or three).
