Am I losing it or did Jamba get an upgrade to their menu and shorten them name all at the same time? The only time I get Jamba Juice is usually at the airport. I usually stick to the Caribbean passion smoothie and this time I tried the white gummi and I actually like it! Its a mango, pineapple, raspberry, orange and lime sherbet. A lot going on but it tastes like a white gummi. Why the 3 stars? For their service, I understand long lines and I don't mind waiting but they skipped my order by trying to keep the line moving. One employee was asking people in line what they were ordering so he could make them before they paid. He must have got distracted because they made like 3 other people's orders who were behind me first until I said something and they were like oh whoops. This place is located in the Chicago O'hare Airport. After ordering there were limited tables outside of the store to eat at. I ordered the vitamin C booster and açaí bowl. Anyway, this "Jamba" location in the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is pretty good, and offers more than just smoothies like breakfast items (waffles and croissants and wraps and breads) snacks (pretzels and health bars) and non-smoothie beverages. Good option when at O'Hare United terminal. I was so happy to see the many food and smoothie choices. I got the peanut butter banana toast, which was very filling. My raspberry smoothie was a great accompaniment to my toast-very refreshing. Everything was made quickly and I was able to take it to my gate to enjoy. My only complaint is the shop is quite small, making it hard to find an area to wait for food and stay out of the way of new patrons. read more

We got the size small and it's filling and large enough. For some reason the typically horrid, Jambled faces of the servers-who-hate-customers, typical of Jambas in Chicago, are smiling! THEY LIKE US HERE! YAY! It's hard finding food I can eat in airports. I was happy to stumble upon Jamba Juice. I ordered the chunky strawberry bowl. While I hate the name, the bowl is delicious! The creamy base had just a hint of peanut butter which blended really nicely with the strawberries and bananas. The ratio of yogurt to granola was perfect. The serving size was perfect for me. I was full and still had a few pieces of banana, yogurt and granola left. The best part about the meal was that I had it in a matter of minutes. For as much as I think this place needs improvement, I stop in before frequent flights out of O'Hare for an acai bowl. It does the trick, but I've found it's construction to be sloppy and very inconsistent from visit to visit. I'm often left with acai soup which is not all that desirable. The acai base is additionally incredibly sweet compared to other bowls I enjoy making me think that either the acai/ice/soymilk balance in the base is off or the acai juice they're using is full of fake sugars. I'll likely be back for my fix, but really hope they can tweak this product and construction a bit to make it better. read more

0530 and I walk into Jamba Juice which had its doors open for at least 10 minutes before i walked in, the male employee behind the counter completely ignored me. This went on for several minutes when a female employee came in and messed around behind the counter before finally acknowledging me. When she began to ask me what I wanted the male employee started scolding her in another language. She immediately turned and said that she wasnt going to take orders for another 5 minutes if I wanted to wait. At that point I had already wasted 15+ minutes in the store already being ignored. These employees are rude and clearly don't want to be there or be bothered with a customer. There were other people behind me as well that were blatantly being ignored and treated the same way, no one stuck around. read more
