The ambiance was great too -- the place felt welcoming, clean, and had a chill vibe that made the experience even better. The owner was friendly and seemed to enjoy talking to the patrons. Shortly after we were there, a family with a dog came in and it appeared they were dog friendly as the dog was welcomed also (in the arms of its owner). There were TVs placed through out along with today's hit music in the background. Parking was easy to find though it is in a strip mall and so that can vary based on the neighborhood businesses. The employee asks me what I want as if I already know the whole menu, but doesn't explain the different options. The app doesn't allow ordering anything at this location. The same employee, multiple times at different hours, has told me: "the boba isn't ready, I just started cooking it, you have to wait," or "I just opened the store," or "I'm about to close." There is NO BOBA. THERE IS NOTHING. How is it possible that a boba shop doesn't have boba? It's also not the busiest location where you could say it runs out very quickly. I don't understand what is wrong with this store. Te Amo has incredible products and in this area it's the only nearby location; however, I've preferred to go to other stores and not waste my time.
