I was really struggling with what to pick, but I'll never forget the employee who helped me -- his name was Adam Kouk. He was super kind and really helpful. He recommended his favorite smoothie, the Bahama Mama, since I wanted something tropical, and THAT WAS ITTT!!! The ambiance was great too -- the place felt welcoming, clean, and had a chill vibe that made the experience even better. When I tell you guys it was one of the best smoothies I've ever had, I mean it. It was sooo good. He also told me about the app and how I could get a free smoothie after my first purchase by scanning the barcode on the receipt. I ended up getting the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread, Jalapeño Corn, and a Sunrise Sunset smoothie. The food was really good and tasted fresh, and the smoothie was honestly better than I expected. The ambiance was nice, the place was clean, and the overall atmosphere was chill. Kyle was helpful and made it easier to decide what to get. Alright... so the employees don't know their product and the "owner" seems to be a cheap ass. And if you order online be prepared to wait. Here's the back story- We ordered 2 açaí bowls. One bowl was for a person with celiac (no gluten). So I asked if the granola was gf. The employee was like well I have no idea. So we ask to have the granola on the side and the cashier said she can't do that because the owner forbids them from using containers for items people want on the side. So I asked if I brought in my own container... could she put the granola in a personal container? Nope. How about if I wanted a cup of water? And you use the cup for the granola? Nope! How about if you put the granola in a napkin? Nope! In the palm of my hand? Nope? So simply put, Nope! ...we won't be back here. read more

This place is a joke. Ordered here twice. First time We ordered here and it was not good. Grilled cheese wasn't even cooked, bacon was not cooked at all, and wrap was like half cut and just a mess. Maybe just a bad day. So we try a second and LAST time today. Ordered a chicken bacon flatbread with NO cheese, and look at the amount of cheese they gave me!!! Almost like they laughed at my order and did it as an insult. Also ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with no tomatoes, and basically a full tomato was put in there. Had to take it all off and even that didn't help the food. Oh, can't forget they didn't include the maple sweet potatoes as well!! What a joke. Don't go to this place. I literally ordered two sweet potato sides. It wasn't until I got home did I realize they gave me corn instead. I call and the person who answers replies what did I want her to do about it? Are you serious? Obviously give me a refund that's not what I asked for and unfortunately the person who the side was for can not consume do to the ingredient in it. And the person on the phone rudely hung up. What great consumer service. Smh however I can't expect much, one of the workers before rudely tossed our food on the table before that along with our silverware. read more

I love tropical smoothie but this location has be a nightmare. Every time we order here through the app they always mess up a food item or forget one all together. The guy who worked tonight wasn't the nicest. He forgot to put our food order on the shelf so our driver didn't pick it up, once we got there in person to pick up our food he said "by the way this wasn't our fault". How profesional is that? Trying to blame the driver when I asked the driver they said it wasn't there in the first place. Had a voucher cause last time I ordered because they put black beans in the peanut butter banana crunch wrap.... I usually love it here if I'm being completely honest, but today I came and had a pretty unfortunate experience. The 2 people working didn't have very good coordination, the place was very messy, juice spilled all over the counters and open smoothie pitchers everywhere filled with random fruit and juice. Surprised they can even work in an environment like this, this was today at 1:15pm (January 8) and they made my smoothie pretty tasteless due to too much ice. Also not very friendly at all. Yesterday I had my best experience though, I came around 4:30pm (January 7) so whoever the girl was that was working then did amazing. Made probably the perfect island green smoothie I've ever had, perfect blend and perfect proportions. She was also friendly. I didn't notice if it was clean or not but the only reason I noticed it was dirty today was because it WAS dirty, so if I had to guess it was probably clean yesterday.
