The saddest Bacon Double Take breakfast sandwich I've received for over $9 bucks...

Really poor quality of service and food. I came in during an off-time. Plenty of staff and few customers. I ordered a to go breakfast sandwich and discovered on my drive home the saddest breakfast sandwich I've seen. It's supposed to be the bacon double takedown... where's the bacon and why is the egg basically non-existent.

I love Panera anywhere but some are better than others. This Norridge one is nicer. The staff are nice and that's what counts most for me besides fresh food. The duet w tomato soup was a great deal! I got a side Greek salad and tomato soup and chips for only $6.99 plus tax. It's hard to beat that to be able to sit and relax and have free WiFi on cushioned seats. Thank you Panera for being such a comfortable and affordable place to eat and do some work and leisure surfing. My salad was fresh and the tomato soup was really good! The place is clean and big and plenty of seating for large groups. I also enjoy their juices when I want something sugary and tasty. Only thing is the AC doesn't need to be on when it's 50 degrees outside and cold. Please make it warm inside bc that's why customers come inside bc it's cozy and warm to sit in heat but at least not forced AC. Thank you.

Good place to stop by for lunch or dinner. Waited a bit in line because no worker was coming up to take the customers orders which was weird because there should usually be someone in the front. Other than that all went well. Ordered to eat in and got the pick two of the chipotle chicken avocado melt panini and a cesar salad with chips on the side. Also got a green tea, you can never go wrong with that drink. Salad wasn't the best, something was definitely off just couldn't tell if it was the cesar dressing or the lettuce. Dad which was da best. It's been my favorite thing there, a little spice from the chipotle dressing mixed with the vegetables and chicken and the crunchy bread. So good. Green tea 10/10. If you know you know. Overall good experience and not too busy when dining in but if your going to pick up or order or order to go then your going to have to wait a bit at this location.

Nothing special just good solid food at Panera. Last night we had a late of dinner of cream of chicken & wild rice soup (delicious) & 1/2 a sandwich. I had the toasted frontera chicken & my wife had the toasted smokehouse BBQ chicken (both delicious). Out the door for just over $20

After spending an unprecedented THREE hours at the BioLife to donate plasma with my wife, we were RAVENOUS and depleted of our fluids. Luckily, we discovered a PANERA less than a mile away, as if god herself were thinking of us when the Panera and BioLife were erected. We zipped over and were greeted by the nicest cashier who helped us pick our order and redeem our rewards. Our food was ready in mere minutes and we were able to satiate our beastly hunger. I can see this becoming a routine tradition! Thank you Panera!

I did order sandwich online and when I got there the sandwich was ready. No long line waiting. The person that was helping with order was very friendly. Happy to order from them again. PS: Nicely drive up set up.

Good service, but the bathrooms could use some TLC. Also, sometimes the codes in the app do not work for that location.

How does a bread company run out of bread at 4:00 in the afternoon for a grilled cheese sandwich?

Their portions are not consistent and are on the small side. This is not a good value for your money very disappointing.

We arrived on a Saturday around 7:30 and they started getting packed and had a wait by 8. They are cash only but if you forget they have an atm inside as well! Prices are so shocking! Each bowl was about $14 which is the cheapest I've seen a bowl of pho in a looooong time. Food comes out pretty quickly. We order the appetizer fried shrimp Rangoon, bun Bo hue, pho dac biet, and avocado smoothie w/boba. The base of soup for both dishes was AMAZING! Good depth of flavor and not lacking anything. The bun Bo hue had a ton of meat and they even have the pork blood cubes! Pho dac biet was lacking a quantity of meat but good variety. The only complaint I have is the Avocado smoothie was very bland and didn't have much avocado taste. The boba tasted old because it didn't have its chewy texture anymore. Will DEFINITELY be coming back for the food!!!

Best of all, the prices are very affordable compared to other places I've tried. The goi cuon is only $5.50 for two rolls, while other restaurants charge around $7.50. I highly recommend this spot. Just keep in mind that they only accept cash, although there's an ATM inside.

It's a little overpricey but it's actually very good but there's some differences than how they make certain dishes that are traditional. Instead of using your traditional tenderloin and meatballs for pho they have New York strip they have ribeye and they even have filet mignon I had the rib eye which to me did not taste any different than a traditional beef flankher beef tendon pho. It was fresh like most Vietnamese make their pho soup. I ordered a cane sugar drink which was decently good it wasn't a wow kind of good we're had a unique taste that was appealing. As for their spring rolls with shrimp it was a unique way they wrapped it it was a bit looser and they didn't use as much cilantro a lot more lettuce but tasted fresh a different version of it. Ambience is very modern but it's more of like a bar the way they're trying to display their restaurant service was actually pretty friendly and quick the pho came really quick despite ordering spring roses and appetizer. Otherwise a little pricey but I guess worth it I would come probably every now and then there's not too many Vietnamese restaurants until now on this side of Chicago another one was in Schiller Park I was going to go to called broccoli.

The Italian sub, tge 2nd item we ordered was packed with the cold meats as advertised, but tge bread was on the tough side and chewy, i probably should have crisped it in my turbo heater. Too sweet and on the menu noted with dark cherries but came with regular Maraschino cherries and had the red juice dripping down the outside of the glass. I would definitely come back here again and just order a different drink.
