That's unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Even worse, the owner has shown extremely inappropriate and discriminatory behavior. Telling employees or customers not to speak Spanish and threatening to call immigration is racist, offensive, and absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated that way--especially in a diverse city where people deserve respect regardless of their language or background. Between the lack of basic facilities and the toxic, discriminatory environment created by the owner, I will never support this location again. I encourage others to think twice before giving them their business.

Don't love that and the better managed subways tend to avoid that. Also the knives weren't separate so I didn't bother having mine cut.

It's a Taco Bell. 'Nuff said…read more Actually, I wanted to leave a brief review because I came here with my family after we bought a new car, to celebrate! (We needed to eat economically after just dropping so much coin... ;) ) The staff here were really kind and attentive to us, as the only people in the dining area. We started our order on the digital menu and ran into complications, so the staff helped us to transfer the order to the register so that they could help. The other thing was that the heat was turned way up, so we were super cozy from the 20 degree and windy elements outside. Last thing is that we are happy that Taco Bell continues to offer economical options, especially for our family of 5. Though they've had to increase the prices on many of their items (just as every other fast food chain), they still consistently offer a $5 combo option with plenty of food. At the time of this review, I believe it included: a chalupa, burrito, crunchy taco, cinnamon twists, and a medium drink! Unreal! Thank you Taco Bell!

Last time I was in, the nice young woman working caught me as I was leaving and pulled me back to make sure she had included the applesauce with the children's meal I had ordered. I wish the other patrons had been more respectful, there was a green Jeep compass with a temporary Indiana plat sitting outside eating and just discarding their garbage outside their vehicle doors. I made a big show of picking it up and throwing it away in the garbage can roughly 6 feet away from their vehicle. Shame on them.

I came in about an hour before closing because I was starving and specifically craving Chipotle. When I got to the line, the employee told me there was no rice. Then they looked over at the cook in the back, who looked back like, yeah no, I'm not making any more. For a company this big to not have rice an hour before closing is honestly ridiculous. What made it worse wasn't just the lack of rice it was the inconvenience and the way it was handled. I wouldn't have even cared that much if it hadn't meant I now had to leave, find another place to eat, and wait even longer while already hungry. The whole interaction felt dismissive and awkward, and one of the workers kept looking at me in a way that made the situation uncomfortable. After leaving, it hit me that if I had placed an online order, I probably wouldn't have been told any of this ahead of time. That just added to the frustration. Overall, I felt bullshitted.

This is the very 1st location where the service buffet of sauces, ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. is missing. However, I really appreciate that they have someone running the dining area. The first time, I came in about one hour before closing, and the employee helping me was definitely under the influence of something. I had to keep repeating what I wanted multiple times, which isn't an issue for me, but even when I spoke louder for him to hear me, he continued to scoop the wrong things, and I had to keep correcting him. This last experience was the same exact thing repeating myself and speaking louder for them to understand me. The employee helping me just seemed out of it and rushed through the whole interaction. She asked me what I wanted for rice, beans, and protein, and after I responded, she went ahead and started scooping the wrong rice and beans. I tried correcting her, but it was too late. She had already scooped everything into the bowl, tossed it to the next employee, and left to the back. I didn't want to ask them to remake it, so I just went with what she scooped The food alright at least.
