Service is horrible. Staff is so rude. Clearly they are understaffed. Wait time was ridiculous especially in the drive through.

I wish I could give zero stars. To start the entrance is almost entirely hidden. Once I finally was able to get to the drive through and place my order there was a car blocking the entire drive through lane not at a window or anything just blocking traffic. I almost hit Saïd car as i tried to pull up to pay. After doing so I then waited 15 minutes for cold stale fries. Very rude service workers as well. The workers will have you standing around like Joe Jerkoff while you stand there waiting for a small fry that they said I had to buy in order to use the bathroom. This Burger King is actually pretty good at making Whoppers. Outside of that its hit or miss. I discovered the delicious Whoppers here over a decade ago during summer school and made it a point to comeback every once in awhile. This used to be a major gang hot spot back in the day and got hectic once the kids got out of school as well, but if you can make it over here while it's quiet (or order delivery) you'll be good. I ordered the new Philly Cheese Kings and a triple Whopper which I haven't had in almost a decade. The prices were ok, one thing I hate about ordering delivery is that you get no deals which is a bummer since the price I paid could've easily been cut in half. The Philly Cheese Kings were awful. They just added cheap melted sharp cheddar cheese (pretty much nacho cheese) and even cheaper caramelized onions to a standard king, ruining the sandwich especially since it already had American cheese slices on it. It just made everything taste awkward as none of the flavors mixed and they definitely failed to capture anything that makes it a "Philly." They could've taken philly steak and grounded it into a patty, but no it's just a standard king without the mayo, lettuce, ketchup, etc. The Whopper was great as usual. They go out of their way to make sure the cheese is melted perfectly unlike other Burger Kings where they throw on a frozen cheese slice without a care in the world. There were some thick tomatoe slices though which made it even more bulkier. Overall I'll be back for some more Whoppers! If I could give 0 stars I would. Employee working was Hector 12/31/23. I'm allergic to tomatoes and I asked for none, tomatoes were on my burger. I got my food at 2:00pm and received hash browns in with the medium onion rings. I ordered a large and only received medium size meal. Lettuce was yellow. It was late and I desperately needed a cup of strong coffee. (I know.. why the F--- did you go to BK) it was the only option. However, I couldn't order a cup. First, the lights were on but no one was home. It seemed that their employees had left before closing time. Signage on, interior lights on but no response for what seemed like five plus minutes. This was at a very late time in the night. I pulled up to the window and looked in but nothing and no one. If they could leave before closing time and not bother to shut down the lights causing customers to make my same mistake, this shows no care and explains the many low rated reviews. read more

I know, who bothers to review a Burger King? Only eaten here a couple times because they always disappoint. We were pressed for time before the movie so ate there again. Cold French Fries and I couldn't guess how long beforehand the patties were cooked. Burnt on the edges and leathery dry. Okay, so, it's Burger King. Burger King is not great. This particular location, however, is the cleanest Burger King I have ever seen. It is so pleasant inside, and the workers are really friendly and polite. I also feel the need to address some of these comments I read on here that the staff do not speak English clearly. That has not been my experience at all, but even if that were the case, how entitled do you really feel at the dang Burger King? People gotta work, and you really ought to just state the names of the menu items you'd like to order. If you're rambling on and on or giving overly specific instructions trying to create your own spin on BK's menu, you're definitely way more annoying than someone's broken English. read more

Yeah, this is my favorite Burger King in the city. I've been to a few and this is definitely better than the location at Western and Chicago. I mean, it's a Burger King so there isn't much to say. They all look the same, they all serve the same food. However, I've received undercooked food at the one on Chicago which is icky. This BK has friendly staff and is very clean inside. It's right across from the Kerasotes movie theater so you can grab something quickly before or after you catch a flick. read more

What can I say..............I love the taste of the Whopper. We decided to grab some Bk for breakfast. Of course as you know this awesomely tanned individual otherwise known as Shake & bake ordered the Whopper meal. I was tempted for the double whopper with cheese extra mayo BUT decided to go the healthy orute and just get a regular whopper with cheese. Awesome.........Burger king has a specuial place in my memory as it is one of the places my dad used to take me and my sister as kids and he would put little crowns on us . This location is awesome because you can buy some whoppers and smuggle em into the Movie theater across the street. First , I would say I like New York Burger King much better, ex. the taste. Second, I figured out why the King has to sell itself and beaten up sales by McDonald's. I drove by and ordered a double stake sandwich and a shake yesterday. The sandwich was pretty crappy and small and I think it came out from frozen food. I could not find the other stake at the first look and it looked like a one stake whopper. the outfit of the shake looks cheap too. They only got one boy who served the outside and inside orders at 6pm that busy day. I had to wait 15 mins to be served. Granted, it's a chain restaurant and it's fast food. I'm not expecting a five star dining experience but the staff is quite rude and inattentive to the customers. Upon entering and approaching the counter we had to wait for the cashier and what appeared to be his supervisor finish their conversation. The supervisor finally told the guy to ring us up. He talked a bit more and then proceeded to help us. I order "two number threes, both with coke". He rang us up for "three number threes". An acceptable mistake, however he argued back and forth with us a bit before blaming us for the mistake. His supervisor came over and fixed the issue, but not a word of apology for the mixup. I honestly don't understand how this BK keeps getting worse by the day. The food is served luke warm, way too much mayo, and tastes overcooked and old. They take forever to clean tables. I normally wouldn't give a review for a fast food restaurant, but I felt like there were a few things that needed said. We popped into this location because we were on our way to a wedding way out in the 'burbs and knew that given the time we were leaving and the time of the wedding, etc, it'd be hours before dinner, and we didn't want to be uncomfortably hungry for hours. First: the menu didn't list that they had a veggie burger--I had to ask. Glad they have it. It'd be nice if it were actually listed, so people who don't eat meat and don't know that they actually have a menu option (like if they're kinda stuck going with friends/family members) besides French fries. That said...the burger itself is pretty good. FYI it's a "garden burger" kind of thing--bits and pieces of things like mushrooms and shredded carrot are noticeable. Just for info, in case anyone thought it was maybe a bean burger or brown rice thing. Second: the condiments. OMG. SERIOUSLY?!?! So we ordered our food, which included fries. We saw bins with various packets on the counter and grabbed some ketchup. I noticed there was something sticky on one of the ones I picked up and sat it on the counter and grabbed another. It was sticky. Then I saw there was something on pretty much *all* the packets. I said something to the girl behind the counter and she said "yeah. They're all like that". And I said--ok...but they're sticky. Her response was "they came like that. Something must have gotten on them. They came like that". HELLO!?!?!?! You're putting out packets of foodstuffs with crap all over them that people are going to touch with their hands before eating their food. Can we say NOT HYGENIC? You know what you can do? RINSE THEM OFF. If it's just ketchup or some other condiment, it should rinse off easily in hot/warm water, and then dry them off and put them out, having weeded out whichever of them had busted open on the others. This isn't rocket science! I know that she was young, and I know that minimum wage means you're generally not paid enough to care, but this is crappy food handling, afaic, even if it's on the customer-facing side. We needed to eat and get on the road, so I didn't continue with her (but checked in so I would remember to go back and make a note of it!) and instead carefully opened some packets, squeezed them on my food wrapper for the fries, and then went to the bathroom to wash my hands before coming back to eat. THAT BATHROOM!!!!! Someone apparently ripped the mirror down at some point, because no mirror. (Which is oddly disorienting in a public bathroom, to not have one over the sink. I don't know why, but it was weird) and it smelled *awful*. Not in a way like someone a time or two before you walked in did some business, but like that and then some, and that it hadn't been cleaned, ventilated, or sanitized in a while. It wasn't visually horribly dirty, but it was awful. When I had to use the bathroom again before we hit the road, I realized there was nowhere I could even set my purse down and feel like it was not going to get dirty (I don't think there was a hook on the door or anything to hang it from) and walked back out--handed it to my date to hold, grabbed napkins, and then went back in-- holding my breath, and using the napkins to open the door, because I didn't want to touch it with clean hands. It's been a little over a week since I was there, and I hope that things have improved, but as far as I'm concerned, problems like this are as much a management problem as staff and facilities...and they really need to clean up their act. Not sure what happened at this place, maybe it was their off day, but drive thru was way too long. I waited about 10 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. I knew going in would've been faster but I had my toddler sleeping in the car. I waited it out and yes the food was hot, but wish that drive-thru was a bit faster. read more
