I always drive by this location, but it's my 1st time trying their food. When I find something I enjoy, that's my normal route. I really don't like lettuce, but this is an exception I'll make. This wrap is quite dry for my taste, but they do offer a variety of sauces & dressings, so you can customize your own dip! Josh literally read my mind when I ordered my meal. Not only are they really quick with their service output, they bring your order to you. This is the very 1st location where the service buffet of sauces, ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. is missing. However, I really appreciate that they have someone running the dining area. If you need an extra napkin or sauce, just ask & it will be brought to you. It's a dorky look to review a fast food restaurant on Yelp, but just dropping this here to say that though this location is often very busy especially on Saturdays (double lines through the drive through, difficult to park to go in). Last time we were here things moved efficiently. We stayed in, and they brought food to our table instead of us having to wait for them to yell our name, which was nice. Food order was hot and correct. I do think high school kids are gonna get occasional stuff wrong or be grumpy, but com'n - nobody at the Burger King or Popeyes is giving service that's polite and fast as this is... still a cut above most other fast food places. read more

My husband and I literally come here at LEAST 4 days a week! They know my name and my order! I literally don't have to say anything at all. Of course the usual small talk and when my husbands not with me they ask about him. Last week he was in the hospital. The hospital said I could bring him his chik fil a. I was still upset because one of his reading was NOT GOOD! They saw I was upset and a few came up to my window to offer support and kind words! So they are like a family! I love chick fil a generally but the service I recently had was not great. I quickly ran here to grab breakfast fairly early. When I pulled up to the drive thru they let 3 cars order in the other lane before speaking with me. After that, when I pulled up to get my order, my coffee wasn't ready. I waiting over 15 min to get my coffee. All while folks behind me were receiving their coffees prior to me being acknowledged. You either order via Doordash for carry out or order via the drive thru lane) because both lanes were super long on a Friday evening! My food came out quickly, the line went quickly, and everything in my order was correct. I was served by Allison who was simultaneously training a new employee (I presume) and she was friendly and professional. I actually witnessed a very rude customer antagonizing her because she didn't get toys with her kids' meals (which you have to pay additionally for) and despite how rude this woman was, Allison was polite and explained to her without any rudeness and with a calm expression. It's been amazing having a chick-fil-a closer in the city. However, accuracy at this location has gone down hill the past few months. Tonight they gave us a completely wrong order missing a 30 piece chicken nugget meal that makes the bill over $40. I called when my husband got home and the only solution they can offer is we drive back or have them enter it in chick-fil-a cares and we have 30 days to get our order for free on them. I asked for a refund for the part of the order that was wrong and they told me they can't do that and there was no other solution offered to fix their mistake. Living 20 minutes one way doesn't make either option a great one. We will be done eating at chick-fil-a. Disappointed in lack of customer service read more

If you have time to kill and can wait for good "fast" food this is the drive thru for you, iv been 3 times since their January 14 opening. The first time I waited slightly over an hour to get through . The second time 45 minutes and the third time about 35-40 minutes. Crazy! However, the staff is great and the food was quite good each time ( hence why I have gone back ). I get the market salad with grilled chicken and the Apple vinaigrette . It's delicious. My kids like the spicy chicken sándwich and live for the chik - fil - a signature sauce ( we tried to buy a bottle but it was sold out). Good waffle fries. The lemonade is hit or miss- first order perfection, last time WAaaay to much sugar ( so much I tossed it) . Pricy for fast food but the quality is better than your average fast food joint. Just ok. I'm a CFA junky, and in our last neighborhood it was the fastest drive through even if the line was 3 times as long. Unfortunately in Bucktown the service is friendly but very slow. I've noticed this the last 2-3 times I've been (about 6 weeks) but today's lunch "rush" looked like a lunch hang. I also find my orders are lacking the perfection I expect from CFA...today my meal for 4 people had one napkin over three bags and only one fork when two of us had meals that needed them. I also asked for "a couple" sauces and only got one. I'm happy to wait in line for 17 min if the order is perfect, but it's frustrating when it's not. I came by on opening day, so naturally it was a bit chaotic (with higher than average number of cars in line). I will say, my order was perfect and EVERYONE I interacted with was legit friendly and calm. There was no chaos on their end. I do not have enough words to describe how much I hate everything about this Chick-fil-Av. Truly the ultimate epitome of incompetence!!! Most of the time I look at my order and something is missing. I even place my order 20 minutes before arrival to speed things up and yet I'm still told to pull up in front of the drive through and wait 10 minutes. Today I came by and ordered a spicy chicken biscuit. When I arrived to my office I discovered that they gave me a regular chicken biscuit instead so I had to throw it away since I hate their regular chicken patties. When I got home from ordering from here my order was completely wrong. Usually I wouldn't make a big deal and just eat what I got because God only knows we all make mistakes. However, the order was so wrong what I got looked like it was worth a lot less than what I paid for so I decided to go back and get the right order. I waited in line and when I got to the cashier it was a simple "sorry about it". They gave me what they got wrong but didn't even have the decency to replace the fries that were cold at that point.
