Cute bubble tea and ice cream shop in Lincolnwood. It's connected to a nail salon and has limited seating. Their bubble tea can be over ice or blended. Their ice cream is rolled and made informe of you for a fun experience. My favorite is their coffee rolled ice cream.

    Avocado smoothie.

DISGUSTING!!! I got an avocado smoothie yesterday after I finished shopping. I saw the girl make it and she actually used blackened avocados... I was in shock. I didn't say anything cause I wanted to see if she was actually going to pull through with it and she did! My avocado smoothies never ever looked this color either. I would for sure without a doubt give this rating a 0 if it was possible.

Rolled ice cream is a thing now ! Since Touhy Fruity opened I have probably had about 20 or 30 rolled ice cream all the same one the strawberry shorty with extra strawberry . I have had rolled ice cream from other places but this place is the best . The crepes are made to order and also a must try .

I went here thinking this was a frozen yogurt joint, however it definitely is not. The menu consisted of "rolled ice cream", bubble teas, smoothies, and even food. I didnt see a stove, only a microwave, so i definitely wouldnt order any food. Being inside of a salon, the location is odd to say the least. However, it looked impeccably clean. I tried the triple berry smoothie and it was delicious, so i will be back.

Stopped her for the ever famous rolled ice cream. Touhy fruity is located inside a nail salon - a very strong smell comes in to the area of this mini ice cream / bubble tea cafe. I tried the coffee rolled ice cream. Presentation was beautiful but the taste was not all that. Employees were friendly. The ice cream though- It was very bland, had a weird after taste (my mind was set to thinking it tastes like nail polish) because the smell was so pungent. I will come back to try the bubble tea but don't have any high expectations. If this was located outside the nail spa, I definitely think it would have been better. The rolled ice cream could definitely use more flavor.

I have finally tried the instagram famous rolled ice cream! This place can be easily be missed because it's inside a nail joint. The crepes looked scrumptious. I really hope this place stick around.

It's the rolled ice cream hype. Presentation of ice cream is fantastic but could use more flavor. Tasted bland half way for the s'mores.

Was a rolled ice cream hype that I wanted to try. Location is not the most ideal since it's shared within a nail salon where is smells like nail polish. The s'mores was alright tasted great in the beginning but dulled out towards the end. Tasted a little bit like vanilla ice cream that was left in the freezer without a lid on top. Might go back to try the bubble tea.

This place shares the same space as a nail shop in case anyone might get confused on where it is. I was very satisfied with the quick service and also there were a lot of options to choose from ( topping wise ). The presentation for all those toppings made it look cute and it tasted just as good. Would 10/10 go again.

They butchered the whole concept because their ice cream didn't taste good . My nephew barely touched the Oreo crunch that he ordered.

So...not sure the food is good. I just happen to think the attitude is a little worse. Came with a group and someone in our party ordered the French Onion Soup and then a Croque Monsieur. No one else in our group ordered a starter. What's weird is for some reason they decided to course the soup with everyone's mains. Normal restaurants, including like....your local suburban Chile's, know not to do that but this place thought that was normal. So already, my friend is a course behind everyone because they didn't serve his starter first. What's worse is when he finishes his soup...he doesn't get his main. We actually FINISH our mains and he still hasn't gotten his. He makes a comment VERY NICELY to our waitress like hey! Just wanted to check on my meal! She responds, "all our meals are timed perfectly." What!! My buddy goes, "Okay...I've just been waiting for 15/20 minutes so I think I'm ready for my sandwich." She responds, "okay....let me alert the kitchen." Wait? You didn't even tell them he needed his meal?? We wait another 15 minutes. We flag the waitress again and ask where his meal is and she responds "everything is made to order so the kitchen needs some time." Okay. This is a Croque Monsieur. Are you....rising bread right now? What is happening? So I get frustrated and jump into this and say, "Ya but we've been waiting over 30 minutes for his main. We've all finished so now you're asking my friend to eat alone." She responds, "everything is served hot so what is the problem??" !! I get annoyed because up until this moment, we've been pretty nice. But this waitress not acknowledging any issue or trying to make it better and talking back to us like this is weird. So I just say, "Bring a manager over." Well...it didn't matter. This lady learned her attitude from somewhere and it was probably from the manager. The manager immediately is on the offense like, "you ordered a soup and we wanted you to have the soup hot. And we want your next meal to be hot. We make everything fresh and we clean our dishes in between." The heck? All we want is for my friend to be able to eat his main. So I say, now rudely, "just bring the food. We have waited 30 minutes now. Everyone is done with their meal. If you haven't made it, cancel the order and we'll go somewhere else." She responds, "we usually serve the starter first. If you didn't like that, then don't order a starter." SERIOUSLY!? What is happening!? I think about telling her that USUALLY even if only 1 person has ordered a starter, that gets served first before EVERYONE gets their mains TOGETHER. Instead I say, "listen, cancel the order or give us the food but we aren't waiting any longer." And she goes, "we can't cancel it. The kitchen has been working on it." So I say "this better be home baked bread because they've been working on it for 45 minutes by now." IT STILL takes another 5 minutes to get this meal. It is cold. It is an average Croque Monsieur. And they probably all spit in it. At the very end, the waitress comes over and says, "I see what you mean and there were coursing issues but we take pride in our food and we weren't going to degrade that so we could serve you faster." This place literally lives up to a Parisian stereotype, I guess.

I highly recommend the tuna croissant sandwich. It was fresh, delicious, and one of my favorite items on the menu. The waffles are also very good, especially when they're served fresh and hot. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the crepes. They were a little undercooked for my taste, so the texture wasn't quite right. Other than that, the café has a pleasant atmosphere with comfortable seating, making it a nice spot to meet friends or take a break.

I ordered the Cafe Special, a type of crepe loaded with cream and adorned by various fruits and Nutella. It was fairly pricy but delicious all the same. If you like sweet, this menu offering will do the trick. For the cost, I could've used a bit more food (you only receive a single crepe with your order). The presentation of my food was appealing. However, the server placed the crepe atop a piece of tissue paper on the plate. While eating, this tissue paper was a distraction and I ended up cutting through it multiple times. Crepe Cafe isn't a standalone restaurant but rather a kiosk in the mall (just look for the scale-accurate red whales hovering from above if you're lost). While I can't expect extraordinary ambiance owing to this place's location, cleanliness should be a given. One of the tables I wanted to sit at was visibly dirty. A different high-top had a pair of gloves (without a human owner) atop it. Overall, Crepe Cafe was a nice (if unexpected) treat to find. The price could just be a little lower and the tables a little cleaner.

There were not a lot of non-dairy options on here, so I had to get creative. I ordered the Smoked Salmon sandwich on a bagel. There were only three bagel options: Plain, Everything, and I forgot the last one! Because I had to get it without cream cheese, I got it with lettuce and onion added, which was an extra $0.55. When my order came out, it was a really sad sandwich. There was only a thin slice of smoked salmon and a sparse amount of sun-dried tomatoes. I was hoping for fresh tomatoes, but the menu didn't specify what kind of tomatoes. It would have been nice to also get red onions for a sandwich like this, but instead, I got white onions. My husband enjoyed the crepe he got, but I agree with the other review, it was soaked in Nutella and other various sauces. It was too sweet. There seemed to be enough employees around where they could wipe off the tables as well. We sat by the counter by the window and no one had come around to clean it off, so there were crumbs everywhere.
