I paid $8+ for a latte that the barista refused to give to me because she was mispronouncing my name and didn't believe it was mine. She proceeded to walk around the café asking every other client if it was theirs, only to finally bring it back to me at the end when the other barista got through to her. She also coughed all over it (I feel for workers who have to work while sick, but please please please wear a mask then). The other barista told her to redo the whipped cream which had melted, and when she handed me the drink the straw was already in it, no paper wrapping on the top. The espresso used in the latte was fresh, bright, and slightly nutty. They have a La Marzocco, and you can usually expect pretty good espresso from those machines. I believe the vanilla was house-made, so bonus points for that. All things that I personally love in a latte! There was also a parking lot, so we didn't have to worry about street parking. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town! 10/10 recommend.
