Bowl

We tried 3 shakes, 1 bowl, 1 wrap, 2 sandwiches and the avocado toast and everything was pretty ok.. the shakes specially needed more flavor and were pretty disappointing. Service was good and place was nice and clean

So some good things: quick pickup, healthy options, open for dinner, and nutrition facts available online and food/drinks were decent. BUT wayyy overpriced for what I got. I ordered the Cali sandwich and it had a single slice of chicken and blackened avocado... like literally gone bad. It was $15 for this flimsy sandwich. It would have been good with more meat and fresh avocado. I also got the energy juice, which was good. Came room temp but I liked the flavor.

I found out about Clean Juice through GrubHub when I was looking for açaí near me! I ordered for pickup and my order was ready when I arrived (less than 15 minutes). I ordered The Peanut Butter Bowl with Almond Butter Drizzle. $13.95+tax/tip. May be pricey but I thought it was a pretty good size and kept me full. The base was made with bananas, peanut butter, maca root, almond milk, and maple syrup. I liked the combination of the crunchy granola and cacao toppings with the smooth banana base. Although my banana toppings were a bit too overripe and almost mushy imo. Other than that I enjoyed my bowl! There is plenty of parking and they even have outdoor seating for the warmer months. I'm excited to come back and try some other items!

We were craving something healthy that was nearby O'Hare and stumbled upon Clean Juice. This place is a counter serve restaurant. Everything was very fresh and made to order. My bf ordered the Cali Wrap and really enjoyed how fresh the ingredients were. The wrap was pretty small for the price. I ordered the "Glow One" juice which was very refreshing. If you don't like celery juice, I wouldn't recommend ordering it because the celery in this is very overpowering (which I didn't mind). We bought the red juice (8 oz) to go. With the 3 items we ordered, it came out to be ~$30. It was a bit pricey.

Clean Juice is a nice juice option if you're in the mood to be healthy. I really like that they have a prayer jar. It's a jar where you can write a request in a small card and drop it in. At the time we went, the prayer jar was pretty full, and there was a sign next to it that said that all requests up to June 30th have been prayed for (the date we went was August.... so they are slightly behind). In either case, I really like the idea. They have a lot of items in the menu, from smoothies, to acai bowls. Note, if you have a nut allergy like I do, it'll be hard to find something that didn't have almond milk in it, but the people are SUPER nice and said almond milk can be omitted. They also have an allergy card that showcased which items had tree nuts or not. I ended up ordering the "The Slushie One" which consisted of organic strawberries, pineapple, and Coconut Water. It had a slight tart, which I don't mind, because it tells me they don't have a lot of sugar to their drinks (assuming so). The overall vibe of this place, although I believe is a chain, is small-business, and they strive to be healthy. Drinks and items are slightly high, averaging no less than $10, but hey, if it pays to be healthy, which for whatever reason, is the pattern, here in 'Merica.

Clean juice got me dirty with the Açaí bowl. Ok, so the honey sticks to my hands.... Overall, the açaí bowl was refreshing, but not super cold. The fruit was not as plentiful as other bowls, but it hit the spot. The staff is helpful and friendly, so i'll have to try the other offerings soon.

This is the closest healthy, organic smoothie business in our neighborhood and it's nice to have around. It's in the same strip mall as (actually right next to) the popular Lou Malnati's carryout store and Don Juan's Cantina. The prices are on high side, but they're the same as all the other healthy organic juice shops out there - that's just what this stuff costs. They offer an assortment of organic smoothies, acai bowls, wraps, and sandwiches. My young lady attendant was friendly. I picked up a 24 oz The Healthy Heart One avocado based smoothie for the wife - $11.95, and it was delectable and healthy! For some reason, it was shown online but not on the menu board, but they'll make it with no issue.

what is this a salad for ants?! tiny serving for $15. im not sure if you can call this a "Protein Bowl" when it's not even enough protein for a toddler. flavor was good, fresh produce, chicken was dry. not a good bang for your buck.

Such a nice addition to the park ridge area! It can be really difficult to find a good place for an açaí bowl without having to travel into the city. I ordered the nutty bowl which is a seasonal option. It has Almond Butter, Almond Milk, Banana, Cacao, Granola, Maple Syrup, and Strawberries. All of the ingredients are organic. This bowl was super refreshing. I recommend it. The menu has the calorie information right next to each item.

Love there juice cleanses. My favorites are the beet and the cashew! Highly recommend a two day juice cleanse. The energy and the inflammation ones are great! Also a good local spot for a quick healthy lunch in a hurry!

The Peanut Butter Toast

Leaving 2 stars because I have a mixed experience here. Every other time I order from here everything is great. Then the next time it stinks. For the amount of money they charge they should be serving consistently prepared food. The protein toast sometimes has like 1/3 of the ingredients on that it should. Today my peanut butter toast barley had any bananas, the bananas were old and they looked like they were cut by my 2 year old. Presentation is half the battle with this type of food, make it look pretty and I will like it better even if it tastes mediocre. They also gave me the wrong order today. Why do I keep going back???!!! There's really no other juice bar in town and sometimes I just don't want to make my own peanut butter and banana. But seriously, hire better staff and don't skimp on ingredients that are readily available when u charge me $12 for toast! Lame!

15 dollars for juice over a cup filled with ice is absolutely outrageous. Avoid this place.

By far, the best addition to the neighborhood in a long while. I love the fresh juices and salads. They're expensive but worth it.

Drinks are just as good as ever. May or may not have been here twice in the past week, could probably go again as it's quite literally the best boba place in the area hands down. I think my fave is the halo halo blended ice, a drinkable version of halo halo with boba and different jellies. Jeremy C nearly always gets the Peach Oolong tea (he prefers without the honey jelly). We've tried many different drinks and honestly never have had any complaints, you really can't go wrong with any of the drinks. I love that most of the drinks are customizable in terms of amount of ice and sweetness, but this varies between drinks as some you can only get at full sweetness, some go as low as 0%. The staff are super helpful and you can just ask. They also frequently have seasonal drinks so it's fun to see what's new. They have a bright white and clean interior with some tables and seating areas, super open and a decent place to kick back. Parking is typically pretty easy as they have a lot for the plaza. Depending on the direction you're going though getting in and out can get a little tough. But it's definitely worth it.

It was excellent at 50% sweet and ice. The floral notes of the tea came through, and the boba remained just soft and chewy enough to enjoy throughout the beverage. My partner picked up from the counter, and service was extremely quick. Their hours are pretty good as well, going into the evening (when my boba cravings hit the hardest). I love seeing how diverse their menu is, and I look forward to enjoying another beverage soon indoors to check out their decor!

So when I saw that Blended Health & Smoothie Bar had prepped meals, I was willing to give it a try. The meals are available pre-ordered or in-store. I bought two of the best-sellers, Egg roll in a bowl and Buffalo chicken. They are fresh, not frozen, keep for about a week, and the macros and calorie counts are on the label. All ingredients are listed and they are all found in your kitchen. I thought these meals were great. The ERIAB was tasty, a larger portion than I expected for under 500 cals and very satisfying. The Buffalo chicken was also delicious, not too spicy, had cauliflower mash instead of potatoes and also under 500 cals. If you scan the QR code you can see the next week's menu. I'd pick up a meal or two to supplement for the week. I tried a juice as well and it was still frozen the next day. It tasted good, although I'm not a juice drinker. This is a welcoming and friendly place and they patiently answered all of my questions. The have smoothies and açaí bowls as well as a waffle bowl (gluten free) that I'd like to try.

We wished we had the stomach to try more from their menu, but honestly, this duo hit the spot and then some. The perfect way to wrap up the night, it was sweet, rich, and totally worth every bite.

Peanut or almond butter are also selections, as are pistachios, which were on my Goin' Back to Cali bowl. For some reason, I was left with a medicinal aftertaste after eating my bowl, and I'm not sure if it was the açaí base or the coconut shreds that were the culprit. The bananas used were also not quite ripe and ready to go and tasted a bit green, if you know what I mean.
