This came with greens and tomatoes. Pretty thick pieces of bread. These were hard to cut but it was great texture with the toppings and stuff. Among the other menu items are berry bowls. I bought two of the best-sellers, Egg roll in a bowl and Buffalo chicken. They are fresh, not frozen, keep for about a week, and the macros and calorie counts are on the label. All ingredients are listed and they are all found in your kitchen. I thought these meals were great. The ERIAB was tasty, a larger portion than I expected for under 500 cals and very satisfying. The Buffalo chicken was also delicious, not too spicy, had cauliflower mash instead of potatoes and also under 500 cals. If you scan the QR code you can see the next week's menu. I'd pick up a meal or two to supplement for the week. I tried a juice as well and it was still frozen the next day. It tasted good, although I'm not a juice drinker. This is a welcoming and friendly place and they patiently answered all of my questions. The have smoothies and açaí bowls as well as a waffle bowl (gluten free) that I'd like to try.

I have to say everything was super delicious very generous, considering the price and because there was a promotion it was really very generous.
