Clean and quick even when I ordered counter side. I didn't see the order panel when I was first here. Honey sauce tastes synthetic.

Love their strawberry milk tea with crystal boba. Its what i always order but last night i ordered the mango milk tea with mini boba. It was rdally good. Kinda like the mango sago. Also tried their ham and cheddar boba waffle it was good. It was the bite size one. Definitely going back for more. Happy drinking!

***3.5 stars*** I saw a while back that they were opening this up but had forgotten about it until we drove by again the other day and spontaneously decided to check it out. I've had Gong cha a few times in the past in different states and have never been super impressed with it, but we figured we might as well see how this place is. It's in the same plaza as Krua Thai, K-Bop, and New Village; not sure exactly when they opened though. It was fairly busy when we went (a Sunday at around 3ish) but calmed down soon after. Interior is clean and spacious with some window bar seating and several tables available and K-pop playing in the background. There are two kiosks to place your order, and when we went there were two girls making the drinks up front and one older gentleman (owner/manager, I assume) busy doing miscellaneous tasks in the front and back. Both girls seemed nice and welcoming. They also sell Three Things Topokki and other merch like keychain charms and boba straws. I ordered an Oolong milk tea (large with tapioca, no sugar, cold with no ice), my wife ordered a green milk tea (hot, which only has one size, and no sugar), and we got a matcha bubble waffle to share. I typically order my milk tea with no sugar because I like to taste the tea and the tapioca already adds some sweetness to it, however my milk tea didn't really have a strong Oolong flavor and it tasted a bit watered down. Tapioca texture and flavor was fine. My wife said her drink was alright but it seemed like they maybe didn't fill it up all the way, if we're using the line on the outside of the cup as a reference. The matcha bubble waffle was pretty good though - cooked well with crispy edges and had a very noticeable matcha flavor. Again, not sure when they opened but I'd say they're still pretty new and will give them some time to potentially work out any kinks before I go back again. Wouldn't mind going back just for a bubble waffle though, haha.

Came in here for a weekday quick drink and met up with some friends. The staff was super friendly and made sure orders were correct. You place your order on a screen and then they make it. You can also place orders at the counter down the way. Will need to come back to try some other drinks on the menu.

Saw this for a while and decided to try it out. They have an ordering kiosk, or can order at the counter. We did the lowest level of sugar 30%, which was still a bit too sweet for me. Hard to tell the lychee flavors too when there's sweetness added. I really wanted the no sugar, but will have to come back and try out the tea flavor as is. Bubble waffle was a bit too sweet too even tho matcha flavor should help cut down on the sweetness. However, it was toasted well.

There's also a bunch of claw machines as well as two photobooths. One of the photobooths had a giant capybara plushie ahhh. The cafe is pretty spacious and a fun experience. That said, the food and drinks itself were just average. I got a Hokkaido milk tea which was good but nothing special. I also got a pack of jjajangmyeon. Making the ramen yourself was a fun experience that felt like being in Korea. I'm glad they had a toppings station for free (different veggies), or else it would have just felt like overpriced packaged ramen. I also got the waffle stick with chocolate drizzle. This was my favorite of the food. It was bigger/thicker than I expected and the waffle bubbles were so dense and fluffy- I loved it. The employee there provided great customer service and was kind too. She helped us with the machines for cooking our ramen when we were confused at first. Also she was transparent in letting us know one of the desserts we ordered went bad and let us replace it with a waffle stick. Overall a pleasant, whimsical experience!

They serve bubble teas, fruit teas and smoothies. I got the taro milk tea at regular sweetness and it was good (I've had better). My husband got the lychee fruit tea that he said was okay. I also got the waffle stick with chocolate sauce. Would have been so much better if it was crispy. Also they don't have to go containers for it so better off eating it there, he tried to put foil over it and it just got cold real fast in the 6 degree weather in the short walk to the car. They also have make your own ramen area.

We stopped by after having lunch in the area, and we ordered: +the Strawberry Cream Cheese croffle - topped with strawberry-flavored cream cheese and freeze-dried strawberries (the description actually state they were fresh strawberry slices, so this would need to be updated) +a Strawberry Matcha Latte +Orange Jasmine Yakult +and, a Pineapple Creamy The croffle itself was okay; it was slightly chewy and may have been stale; wished it would have been served hot. The drinks could have been steeped longer and prepared better, as they were watered down. The place is cute, and there's limited seating inside. There seems to be consistent to-go/pick-up orders. The noodles are nice and chewy with a good amount of spicy. It also has dried crab bits added! Boba: 10/10 we got some strawberry boba and it was delicious. The tapioca here is always perfectly cooked with good chew to it. The owner/shop worker is very nice! She gave us two waffles on the house. Not may restaurants serve Jasmine tea. It was such a treat that they had it! Delicious. For appetizers we had the Vietnamese spring rolls and the pork belly. Outstanding. Everyone you just have to eat here it's so good. The pork was crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned, and chewy on the inside. Juicy too. It was so good. I wish they had just brought out a small bowl of it. The spring rolls were generously stuffed and the peanut sauce it came with was on point and only enhanced by the table hoisin sauce. I would eat here daily if I could. Anyone who lives in this area is so spoiled to have this down the street. For the Pho, I had the meat combo so I got a little bit of everything. My only feedback would be that the veggies that come with the soup are sparse and I wish more Thai basil came on the plate. They loaded up on the bean sprouts though and that was awesome. Really I am being picky and everything here is top notch. The place is smaller so I'd recommend visiting on off-peak hours so you can spread out and relax with some tea. I really enjoyed myself here. Really, what are you waiting for? Go!

We ordered two Banh Mi sandwiches (extra pickled vegetables, and no cilantro). Easy enough. We received two sandwiches, that had shreds of pickled carrots and the skin off a cucumber. The sandwiches were soggy, not sure why since there really wasn't any pickled vegetables. I do have to say that the coconut shrimp was good, that is why we gave it 1 star. I was so hoping this was going to be a great place to get a Banh Mi sandwich in Glenview. "Disappointed Glenview Resident"
