Currently (July 2025), there is indoor and outdoor seating. The decorations are cool, the bathroom is clean with really nice hand soap. I have been getting the King Richard smoothie for as long as I can remember--Intelligentsia coffee, coconut milk, banana, and chocolate plant protein. My daughter got the Cinnamon Roll--plant based vanilla protein, cinnamon, and banana. She also got a Greek yogurt bowl with blue magik, chocolate hazelnut spread, honey, and granola for $5. I appreciate having a healthier option for a treat!

Loved how many options of bowls they had, though mostly it's different combinations of banana, blueberries, strawberries, cacao nibs, and coconut shreds. Peanut or almond butter are also selections, as are pistachios, which were on my Goin' Back to Cali bowl. For some reason, I was left with a medicinal aftertaste after eating my bowl, and I'm not sure if it was the açaí base or the coconut shreds that were the culprit. The bananas used were also not quite ripe and ready to go and tasted a bit green, if you know what I mean. It's $13.50-15 per 16oz bowl, and there are (cashless) kiosks where you can place your order. An introvert's dream! Easy street parking, and there are a handful of seats to dine in here. Plenty of smoothie options too.

If you like my reviews, consider "following" my profile for reviews all across the SF Bay Area . Why "follow" someone? It causes the person you follow's reviews to tier to top when you pull up a business. I find this very handy when researching venues. Rod's Review grading scale explained. Essentially I personally base it on the likelihood of a return visit and I try to be stingy with 5 star reviews since they should be "special" in my eyes. Price/Value also play a role obviously but there are $ and $$$$ littered across my grading scale. 5 stars - "I'll go out of my way" (approx 6 % of my reviews) 4 stars- "If I was in the area I'd go here and would recommend", (approx 38% of my reviews) 3 stars "Maybe if was nearby", (approx 37% of my reviews) 2 stars -"Would likely not return, Only if you want to go", (approx 16% of my reviews) 1 star -"No thanks, even if I was hungry", (approx. 3 % of my reviews)

I was served quick, but not sure if that quickness was actually a good thing because my drink could've been less chunky. To charge six dollars after tax and get a subpar drink especially with that much competition around is really not something I'd go for again. Pretty disappointed.

So when I saw that Blended Health & Smoothie Bar had prepped meals, I was willing to give it a try. The meals are available pre-ordered or in-store. I bought two of the best-sellers, Egg roll in a bowl and Buffalo chicken. They are fresh, not frozen, keep for about a week, and the macros and calorie counts are on the label. All ingredients are listed and they are all found in your kitchen. I thought these meals were great. The ERIAB was tasty, a larger portion than I expected for under 500 cals and very satisfying. The Buffalo chicken was also delicious, not too spicy, had cauliflower mash instead of potatoes and also under 500 cals. If you scan the QR code you can see the next week's menu. I'd pick up a meal or two to supplement for the week. I tried a juice as well and it was still frozen the next day. It tasted good, although I'm not a juice drinker. This is a welcoming and friendly place and they patiently answered all of my questions. The have smoothies and açaí bowls as well as a waffle bowl (gluten free) that I'd like to try.

Our first time…read morehere was because we saw that they're on InKind, but we keep coming back because of the quality. Their smoothies and shakes taste great and are blended well, and the bowls that I've gotten have been fresh and filling. This time I went with a Mango Cure smoothie and a MexiCali bowl. The smoothie has ginger, immunity booster, and is topped with cayenne, but all I really tasted was the ginger as a brief aftertaste. My wife tried it and said it "tastes healthy," so it might not be a go-to drink for some but it does help if you're feeling a little under the weather or just need a pick-me-up! The MexiCali bowl was delicious but had more of a kick to it than I was expecting from the spicy tomatillo sauce, so I'll probably ask to withhold that if I get it again. The space itself is very open and clean with plenty of seating, and the employees have always been very welcoming and friendly! We didn't have to wait too long for our food either since we came in just before the lunch rush, but they were putting together a good number of to-go orders too so waiting shouldn't be an issue (at least it hasn't been for us).
