First timer, had the Northshore which was good as was the Kale smoothie. The grandkids' Pretty in Pink was pretty flavorless. I tried it after their complaint and they were correct. Addrd honey whocj helped minimally. Couldn't get them to remix with more fruit which l understand but no offer to replace. Disappointing. read more

The Coconut Cloud smoothie was much better than the one I had at the Highland Park location--they used a lot more blue spirulina. The service was friendly, and the interior was clean and modern. Delicious. I'll be back to their Winnetka spot! read more

Everything we have tried is delicious!-from bowls to smoothies to juices to cookies!! The only downside are the prices. It is a special treat to come with my kids. This is definitely a splurge-but the experience of going there has made my kids be curious about new foods and combinations of foods as well as help develop healthy habits! read more

The tuna wrap is delicious. This is a great spot for a healthy lunch or snack. I'm excited to return and try a smoothie!

This place is conveniently located. The staff here are nice and knowledgeable. Smoothies are good and on par with other smoothie joints. Love the Last Mango in Paris (kale, spinach, mango, coconut water and sub the bananas for pineapple) Kids love it! Favorite shots are: under the weather & wellness. They are a bit pricey for a small shot, but it works since it's also mixed in with the placebo effect ;) I definitely can breathe after the shot! Love the Chia Seed Pudding (chia seeds, almond milk, mango, almonds, blueberries & cinnamon) - actually making something similar at home :) Only rated this place 3 stars based on the price. read more

This place is fantastico! Their juices and shots are delicious- very fresh- and they come in reusable glass bottles. Lots of yummy snacks as well. read more

I did appreciate the health products available for purchase besides their smoothies and açaí bowls. However, the staff seemed unorganized and they momentarily forgot about our order and asked us if we had been helped after we already paid for our smoothies. We got the Funky Monkey and Skinny Elvis from their menu -- it was expensive and the smoothies aren't great. They aren't thick in consistency and there are sooo many different flavors going on the price is just not worth less than mediocre smoothies. read more

I love love true juice smoothies!!! The skinny Elvis is the best smoothie I've ever had, especially when you add cold brew ;) I believe the smoothies are reasonably priced, but some of the other items are overpriced (hence one star down!) staff is so nice and they are QUICK! read more

I came in for 2 smoothies and 2 brownies-one smoothie was for a friend of mine who just had surgery. My bill was $43. Highway robbery. I also got sick from my smoothie-something wasn't fresh that was put into it. Never again. Such a rip off. read more

I love this place for smoothies on the North Shore! They are the right consistency and flavor and the staff is always really nice. Their soups are also fantastic; I especially love that they have vegan options :)) When you go, get the Funky Monkey or the Last Mango smoothie, you won't be sorry! But I would steer clear of the açaí bowls (too watery for my taste!). They also have great, tasty snacks if you need a little something extra to go with the smoothie. read more

Poor customer service. They ran out of acai and offered pittaya as a substitute instead. Another customer came in requesting something but it was also unavailable. I received a feedback request from square and address how my peer was allergic to sunflower seed and we did not realize it was inside the açaí bowl. However, the owner just got defensive and argued that it's stated in the granola ingredients. I explain I didn't purchase the granola but they told me I could've looked at the menu. Poor customer service. Not returning back to her to support bad business. read more

This place is hardcore. Organic. No GMOs. They have cleanses, food to go, and juice to go in the coolest containers ever - love the packaging. I'm not a health nut (though it couldn't hurt) and I'm allergic to concentrated soy, so I tend to shy away from places that serve juices and smoothies with special powders. But after coming here for a fruit smoothie (easing my way in), I have to admit I'm hooked and can't wait to go back for something a little more daring (for me)...fruits mixed with veggies! The Lake Effect Smoothie was $7 and fruity delicious. My hubby and I split it. Honestly, I'm not so sure I could have made it through a whole smoothie. I felt better after the first few sips: Blackberries, bananas, organic Kefir yogurt, and a touch of agave--sweet! It was a little too thick at first to sip through the straw, but that's because it was packed with real fruit goodness. I love blackberries, so this was a special treat. The Cold Press Juice names alone are so enticing you'll want to try them all. Here's just a small sample: - Keep Calm - Fountain of Youth - Hangover Cure - Jet Lag - Cinnamon Kissed This place is bright and cheery on the inside and welcoming from the start with great customer service. Did I mention they have kiddie smoothies too? Named Katy Berry...cute! read more

True Juice is starting to make my Starbucks latte addiction seem affordable. I've never really understood the whole juice cleanse thing. Days without food? No thank you. However, I"m all about juicing for a late afternoon snack. During my frequent visits to True Juice over the past few weeks I've tried a variety of their cold press juices. I've yet to have one I didn't love, but Fountain of Youth is probably my favorite. And I look at least years younger ever since drinking it. Ha- I wish. They also have some healthy food options for others who don't want to drink their meals. I've tried their avocado stuffed tuna, which was really good (and I"m picky about my tuna). There are a few other salads I'd like to try next time. The tasty juice itself is worth 5 stars, but as many other yelpers have mentioned the price is a bit absurd. Even the guy who sold me my juice the other day mentioned he thought the price was ridiculous. If you bring back your bottles they'll give you $.50 off your next order (whoopdeedoo- note the sarcasm). The juice bar I frequent in SF gives $2 off your next order for the same bottles. I'll continue to stop in a few times a week for juice and other food (just like I've been shelling out the dough for my beloved Starbucks lattes for many years now), but may even become a daily customer if they reconsider their pricing. read more

My first time here and I got the yogi berry açaí Bowl. The Bowl was beyond delicious!! Loved all the flavors and the toppings. It was gluten and dairy free as well. It was so good, I literally found myself licking the bowl.... LOL!! I can't wait to try a different Bowl or one of their smoothies. The staff was super friendly and seemed fairly knowledgeable with the ingredients. They gave me their recommendations. My only negative would be that it is a little pricey. BUT you are getting quality ingredients Overall, I would definitely go back. read more

Solid juice and smoothie place. Disappointed on the juice shot selection. They had like 4 kinds. When I was in Europe they had as many shots as juices. Juice tasted good - I got some watermelon lemonade press. Couldn't tell you how my shot tasted as it was ginger and I closed my nose and poured that ounce straight down. Nice staff. North Shore pricing, and line fluctuates real fast. read more

Lord knows how long my healthy streak will last but, while it does, I go all the way and order cold presses for now and later. That includes the "Hangover Cure" and "Skinny Jeans", both of which could last me two helpings - they are very filling and make it worth the cost. All of the smoothies, juices, and presses have the wittiest names, which is largely enticing to me. They have such a variety of options and items seemingly not sold elsewhere, including items for children. read more

The best juice bar hands down! Been coming here since they opened and am always overly satisfied with the new options available. Their breakfast bowls are the perfect consistency very flavorful. Definitely my go to during these tough times of Covid-19. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Not to mention how fresh the store smells when you walk in. I loved my very berry smoothie! Clean place. Close to park with ample space to sit outside

Love this place and I love everything I ever get here! The only problem is I always want the same thing I've had and loved previously which keeps me from trying new things. However when I do try something new, I'm surprised with yet another thing I love even more. Today I feasted on sweet potato pablamo soup and then also the quinoa with roasted vegetables. Both were superb! All of the salads, soups, bowls, sweeties, etc are a delightful surprise with an explosion of flavor. Then again the smoothies and fresh organic juices are enough alone to keep me coming here. Being organic is another bonus. I met the owner today who promises that all leafy greens and all of the dirty dozen are organic. Just really love this place!!! read more

I tried one of their açaí bowls... really not that great. The açaí was super watery and it looked like they just threw together the toppings. This place has a lot of potential.. just horribly put together and overpriced. read more

The blueberry lemon chia pudding was delicious! It is called a "breakfast bowl" but I eat chia pudding as a dessert and this one was quite good for an after lunch treat. I like Tru Juice but should say up front that I'm a very casual customer in the sense that I only ever get smoothies with cocoa nibs and peanut butter in them and have not tried the cold pressed juice or food items. Yes, the prices are high, but I can rarely finish a whole smoothie and treat it like a lunch meal, and lunch out anywhere else would be at least the cost of a $9 smoothie. I've never had a service issue. read more

I probably won't give any new information here. But here it goes anyway. Everything is really fresh. I had a prepared salad and a "Workout" smoothie. Delicious. Just kind of expensive. $20 spent quickly. People with expendable income don't blink at the prices, but I had a gift certificate. So happy to have True Juice in the neighborhood. Juices, smoothies and food items are 100% delicious and fresh. Service is impeccable and patient - they will sample varieties of juices and recommend a selection based on how you are feeling or what your taste preference is. I've tried several of the smoothies and juices and there wasn't a bad one in the bunch. I'm typically not a fan of the "green" juice - blue print's version is vile but I was pleasantly surprised here. I honestly don't know how whole foods gets away with selling that stuff for $10 a bottle. It is just not good in comparison. Kudos to true juice for offering kids size smoothies in kid friendly flavors - love the clever names too. I came in on a Sunday feeling under the weather and tried a shot of ginger (came back the next day for another) and somehow didn't get full blown sick. May be a coincidence but I'm hooked. The soup hits the spot if you are not up for a smoothie. Butternut squash was delicious and filing. I've tried the kale and quinoa chicken salads - both very good. Only downfall I noticed is the supplements are a tad overpriced but they do offer raw coconut oil and other types of vitamins if you are in a pinch. Nice to have that option! read more

I wish I could afford to go here every day, my only complaint is the high price. Otherwise the juice and waters are amazing. I like the glass bottles that they use. They have a water with cyan pepper that I love. I always feel great after having a beverage here! read more

I have been a loyal frequent customer for years. Today a glass juice bottle accidentally fell while I was reaching for a different juice bottle. When I came in I ordered my drink right away yet everyone that came in after me got there drink before I did... When I finally got my smoothie it was good, but I also ordered a shot of ginger and had to wait a long time for that and when I finally got it it tasted like water with the tiniest dash of ginger. What a waste of time and money. Also, I prefer cold-pressed juices and I didn't see one thing anywhere that mentions that. For that area I expect top-notch juice especially if a smoothie ends-up being $15 or more! read more

I am appalled by the service here. Not only is the food exceptionally terrible, but the atmosphere and the people who work here are unpleasant. It might be dramatic, but I can assure you I've never had a worse acaí bowl and I have had my fair share. If you are looking for a place to waste your $$$$ you have come to the right place. I have only ever had one good experience with the staff here who was a young college student, but other than that every time I go back I am disappointed by the customer service and honestly the people who work here just seem plain unhappy and rude. Management must be lacking or just unprofessional. Never coming back... read more
