It was simple it was flavorful and the two over medium eggs I added to the top were contained to a small enough shape to easily sit atop the sandwich. Super cute inside too. i was very excited to try this place. My cousins wife loves it and always raves about it, but i was disappointed. When you first walk in, you're unsure where to go and the employee behind the counter was very quick with explaining the process. after we picked what we wanted, we got an iced mazapan latte (the espresso in it was definitely burnt because it was very bitter. a cafe de olla (i requested to milk and got a cold foam on it) and a brujeria latte (it was good) the place is on the smaller size so that isn't the issue, but would i give this place another try? probably not but I'm glad i got this location off of my list. read more

Had a pleasant experience walking around and finding this place. It's a cute pink coffee shop that specializes in Latin flavor coffee drinks. These days was amazing winter during morning rush-hour customer service was fantastic. The decorations were beautiful, so many good options, but went with the classics. They made homemade croissants and treats, and they were so good tiny place, but worth the wait you could tell that nothing was sitting around for too long. Huge shout out to the fact they were opened on Christmas Eve! That was super dope and made sense as to why it was incredibly packed around noon. An acquaintance and I came here because of availability and they were recommended as a place to try. If you love pink everything, this is the place to come to. Even if you do not eat it, just sit in it and take photos. lol, no joke. I am not a fan of pink but I did admire the passion for vintage owls and the pink decor combination. I had never seen it before visiting Pink Owl. I decided to order both the blueberry and strawberry croissant sandwiches along with their Hot Chocolate [ Mexican to differentiate] and added some pumps of lavender and pistachio. These were of no extra charge. Dope! My total was about $21 which is pretty standard these days for cafe items. The person who joined me ordered the chilaquiles and added eggs. Her meal looked delectable. She verbally stated it was good - I mean she darn near locked the plate clean. I felt the service was on par, quick, and efficient. Every person encountered who worked there was nice and liked their job. Cute Cozy New Business Alert located in Berwyn. I absolutely love everything about this place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The minute I walked into this place I felt the hospitality. I ordered a hot lavender latte and it was delicious. The guy behind the counter made a mistake and made it cold. Disappointed. We came in thinking we can order hot food like an Avocado Toast. The customer in front order a coffee and was going to place the same order... Except the kitchen is closed on Monday. Just make sure to plan accordingly if you want food. I believe he said it was just drinks and pastries like banana bread. I absolutely love Pink Owl! Their coffee (lattes and Debs) is now my favorite, took over Starbucks in my book. You can actually taste the coffee and not all sugar. As far as the food goes, they have a very small menu but I'm ok with that because it tastes good and the service is fast. The parking does suck though but eventually if you go around you'll find a spot. read more

My 6 year old waited over a week to visit pink owl. We saw it in the gram. We were impressed with the cuteness and food. Everything was fantastic. The parking situation kind of stunk, but it was well worth it for the breakfast. My kiddo ate every bite of that strawberry waffle. My chilaquiles were delicious as well. The iced coffees are huge, come with (free) foam, and are definitely Instagram-worthy, if that's your thing. There is limited seating and the space can get cramped quickly, but I believe that's a testament to the popularity of this cafe. I found plenty of room to spread out and get some work done on the back patio, and I really enjoyed sitting in the sunshine! We were on our way to the airport. I need a place to stop to get a bite before taking off. This place was packed when we came in. After we ordered, we sat in the communal beer garden and back. It was empty in the morning, quiet and peaceful. Wasn't expecting to spend $70 on two breakfasts and two coffees. Our food was delicious just a little pricey and the wait was long. Let's start with the ambience. It is a nice clean beautiful cafe. There is a beautiful spacious patio area in the back with enough space to have a nice little gathering or meeting. Now as far as the service the team there is alert, friendly, and accommodating. You are greeted with a smile with a good morning or good afternoon. Now as far as the food, I can only tell you about the banana bread it is delicious. And to be perfectly honest the first time that I had it or ordered it I should say I didn't get to eat it until the next day and even though that it was left out in my car it still tasted delicious and after I've eaten one fresh straight from the store I understood why.
