Peach watermelon yakult w/ boba
Ariana G.

I had no idea they were opening a Uni Uni in Rosemont so I am excited!! They only have their soft opening menu currently but the options are still great. Peach watermelon yakult: I'm trying to venture away from my usual milk tea orders and start trying fruit teas for a change. I'm down for anything with yakult in it cause yakult is life. I literally screamed after I took a sip of this delicious drink! SO YUMMY. Very fruity and sweet. They use real watermelon too. It was so refreshing. Makes me want to try their other yakult drinks now. Also I love their cups! Overall, they look cute and they are more sturdy.

Uni muni bubble tea shop in Fashion outlet Chicago. Quality is good . We ordered uniuni boba tea and pineapple drink . Boba were missing in pineapple. Bobas were somewhat hard. Taste of tea was flawless. Many options to choose and good service. I liked rolled icecream too. They had a good business on Christmas weekend. Unique Bubble Tea with a good variety. I loved this shop . Highly recommended.

They have ice cream, tea, slushes available Have Kiosk for placing orders but the kiosks do not have all items that are mentioned on the menu. Wait time- depending on the crowd in the mall, wait time will vary. Staff- everyone was confused and rushing, no smiles, i think since they are new so they were still trying to figure out how to handle busy crowd. I ordered taro bubble tea, and pineapple passion fruit drink- i loved both drinks but they missed added boba to my passionfruit drink and when asked they said to get in line again but i didnt have time so i left. Good refreshing station while shopping

When hanging out at the fashion outlet mall before picking up folks at ORD, Uni Uni is a good place to grab a tea on the go. Really appreciated the level of customization offered and how easy to use the ordering kiosk was. Order was quickly placed and made and the drink was just perfect.

Tiny boba and rolled ice cream in the middle of the mall. The lychee drink we got was flavorful and not too sweet -- good enough for me to leave a review

Came to UniUni for the TXT cupsleeve event! Very cute kiosk and I think that they will get a lot of business. Their soft menu opening looked really good, and I definitely would have tried something from it if they did not have the TXT drinks. I loved the freebies that we got, and the chance to win an album. Very fun event, and can't wait to see this place grow!!!

Wow! I was in the mood for boba and didn't want to go downtown. This place delivered. The service was great and the guy at the kiosk was able to help me customize sweetness and answered questions I had about the menu. My drink came quickly and I enjoyed watching how he made my drink too. I also like the style of cup that they use. Poking the straw though the lid is fun; however, sometimes it doesn't work too well and I either stab myself or I tear a huge hole in the lid.

Uni Uni does not disappoint! This isn't your mediocre mall concession stand. I had the Lychee Peach Infusion w/ Lychee and Mango Jelly - it's goood. Not too sweet and very refreshing! Premium bubble tea quality and a great experience! I'm excited to try their other locations in Chicago!

I had the lychee fruit tea I enjoyed that the tea wasn't overly sweet though they do not ask your preferred sweetness level, they do ask your preferred tea. There's a couple of tables to sit down at and at the time we were there, there was no one else there. We were were welcomed to sit down and relax. The owner was friendly and seemed to enjoy talking to the patrons. Shortly after we were there, a family with a dog came in and it appeared they were dog friendly as the dog was welcomed also (in the arms of its owner). There were TVs placed through out along with today's hit music in the background. Parking was easy to find though it is in a strip mall and so that can vary based on the neighborhood businesses. I have no reason not to want to come back if and when I'm in the area.

My favorite is a custom pineapple mango smoothie with lychee jelly. Overall, great execution and introduction to these Asian style drinks to the neighborhood.

Honestly if you're wanting a tea or a drink this place is great for that...but that's about it…read more I've been a number of times and really have had decent experiences and again would recommend the Nile's location for to-go drinks only. Everything else is sub par...the dan dan noodles may have been the worst I ever had. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together, there was hardly any toppings and it was not at all as it was described. We also got the "Chinese burger" honestly this was also not something I would ever get again. The "bun" situation was dry and had no flavor...also the pork had no flavor and was also dry...I can see why the girl behind was questioning if it was even on the menu still because clearly no one is ordering it and when a customer does they're surprised. Now what really put me off (aside from the surprise piece of aluminum foil found in our food) was the horrible customer service. While waiting for our drinks and food to come out all I hear is one of the employees behind the counter commenting on multiple items on our order. Is it really that hard to make a drink and add extra ice without questioning why you need to add extra ice if that's the special request? It's requested because maybe we like our drinks to not be luke warm and prefer them cold. Then to make comments and being surprised an item was ordered ("chinese" burger). It was on the menu it sounded interesting we wanted to try it...after hearing the reaction it honestly made me second guess placing the order. Then to top it off when the drinks were ready our name was called...I asked if the food would be coming later and the attitude I received back being told that it takes longer threw me off completely. Yes I asked if the food would be coming later but I was asking to ensure that they knew we also had a food order. The attitude implying that I didn't understand that it'll take a bit long was not necessary. Needless to say if we ever come back our orders will be ONLY for drinks, we will NOT be ordering food and I will hope to not have much of any interaction with the staff at this location. It will strictly be pick up & go. Hopefully your team takes some time to work on their customer service skills cause it's lacking.

It was delectably foamy and sweet. My only regret was that it was this particular flavor combination didn't come with an option for a larger size. It really hit the spot for a cold, foamy beverage with perfectly chewy boba. I also tried out their house special braised beef noodles. They were great, but I wish there were more vegetables and noodles. (This was just personal preference.) The beef was well braised, seasoned, and excellent. Patrons order from kiosks and pick up items from the front desk. It would have been nice to interact more with staff, but the system is definitely set up for efficiency. Parking is a shared plaza private lot with plenty of spots during the weekdays. Weekends can be hectic given the amount of businesses here. Worth a visit for sure!

This place was such an experience from start to finish. One of our favorite surprises was the self-serve ramen bar. It was quick, easy, and so much fun! They had a great variety of ramen options, making it easy for everyone to pick exactly what they wanted. We also couldn't resist trying the affogato, which was the perfect little treat. For dessert, we tried both the Misugaru Bingsoo and the Strawberry Ube Bingsoo. I absolutely loved that you can customize your bingsoo with any of their homemade ice cream flavors, and you can even choose between a cup or a bowl. The bingsoo is made with incredibly creamy shaved milk ice, topped with generous scoops of their homemade ice cream and delicious toppings. It was light, fluffy, creamy, and so refreshing. And the ube croffle...I'm still dreaming about it! It was soft, buttery, and crispy all at the same time. It reminded me of a funnel cake topped with ice cream--but somehow even better. It came with the biggest scoop of ice cream, and one thing we noticed throughout our visit was how generous every scoop was. The Asian-inspired ice cream flavors are unlike anything we've had before. Every flavor we tried was rich, creamy, and left us wanting another bite. Our kids absolutely devoured the Oreo ice cream and kept asking for more. This was the perfect family outing. There truly is something for everyone here, whether you're craving ramen, bubble tea, bingsoo, croffles, affogato, or unique homemade ice cream. Next time, I can't wait to try their bubble tea and bring home a few pints of ice cream to enjoy later. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to our kids, which made the whole experience even more memorable. We felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you so much for having us!! (I didn't get a chance to take more pictures as our family completely devoured everything so quickly!)

We ordered the Matcha Brown Sugar Latte and Mango Bingsoo topped with Alphonso mango ice cream. The Brown Sugar Matcha Latte was really good, especially if you're someone who loves a strong matcha flavor. The matcha definitely comes through, which I appreciate! The boba, though, was a little disappointing for me. The pearls were on the tougher side and almost tasted like they weren't fully cooked. Next up, the Mango Bingsoo. I liked the texture of the vanilla shaved ice--it was light, soft, and melted nicely. The toppings included fresh mango, mochi bites, and corn flakes, plus that Alphonso mango ice cream on top. While it was good overall, I was hoping for a much stronger mango flavor. With "mango" being the star of the dessert, I wanted that fruity flavor to really stand out.
