There are many great ice cream places around, but the consistency of a DQ is hard to beat. This location seems to always be busy whether it's boiling outside or freezing outside. The ice cream is great. the blizzards are terrific, the ice cream cakes are one of my faves, and the place is generally clean... The bathroom is a disgusting mess. I know, no one likes cleaning a bathroom. However, they need to as it always looks as if a fecal bomb went off and sprayed the place with fecal napalm. It's gross. The staff is generally good, however, there always seems to be two teenagers: one who is really good and fast at their job and the other seems to be working their first shift, so while the line is fast moving, the production side is not. I love the ice cream, but need to dock the score for the fecal mess. read more

Fairly standard Dairy Queen location with a full selection of sweet treats and frozen treats in freezers than you can take home. The location is a little small, so it's not the greatest place to hang out for a while, but it's part of a larger shopping center so there's other places to walk around. Service is friendly, though the preparation time can be a bit slow at times. read more

My husband and I stopped into the Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier on a hot summer day when we had a craving for blizzard. When we arrived, we found a line that stretched almost out the door. This did not deter us. We wanted our ice cream. Luckily for us, the line moved pretty fast. The servers were very nice and handled a busy situation well. I ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard while my husband ordered a cookie dough blizzard. We paid and went home to satisfy our craving. I recommend Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier for good ice cream and fast service. read more

I haven't been here in years but they solicited a review from me so here are my thoughts. In strip mall hidden. Prob why they don't get many customers but people know them. And they have the best drink orange julius but I don't go that often enough to know if covid has changed quality. I would recommend trying. I was in there today getting some ice cream for my son who has nut allergies. I ordered the Wonder Woman and ask the person behind the counter if they knew if it was nut-free and she started laughing and shaking her head. I'm like don't you think you should know that. She asked one of her co-workers if it was not free and it was and she still had this smug look on her face. I can still see it through their mask. She asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes and she is anything else I can get you and I said you can lose your attitude very unhappy! read more

For me Dairy Queen is my personal go to Ice cream place and today I tired the Banana Split and it was amazing even if I had all strawberry flavor but it was good and that's all that counts! But the employees didn't seem like they cared but it was 15 minutes before close so I can understand! Still good ice cream and hopefully I'll try their regular food items soon! read more

Worst customer service ever. I called to get a cake for curbside pick-up. I was told that they cannot reserve cakes. I said I'm not asking you to reserve a cake - I'm going to give you a credit card and pay for it. I'm not reserving it; I'm buying it. Last Monday was free ice cream cone day at DQ. It also just happened to be the warmest day of the year at a beautiful 72 degrees out. I decided to venture out on a beautiful "Summer" night to get my free ice cream. HOLY LINE!!! It was insane, but to be expected with free ice cream and beautiful weather. I have to say I was extremely impressed with how quickly the line was moving. One of the employees forewarned the line that they may run out of cones and offered a cup should this occur. I would take free ice cream either way, but have to admit I was happy I was able to get my cake cone.The coupon said vanilla ice cream however they were kind enough to allow me to get my favorite flavor chocolate. Obviously, I'll return to DQ because I live behind there and on warm summer nights walking the dog we need our ice cream fix. I prefer soft serve over regular ice cream. I would love to get ice cream from here everyday but I don't think my pants size would appreciate this habit. This Dairy Queen is fairly small and there aren't many tables inside so I usually don't stick around after I get my ice cream. I've never had a problem with the service here and they are friendly. This location doesn't have the full food menu so I've never ordered anything but ice cream. My favorites are butterscotch-dipped cone and blizzards. Try the new Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard! read more

As of recent every time I go into this Dairy Queen in the night after my kids get home and want ice cream there's this one girl who works the night she has long dark hair that doesn't seem very secure in her ponytail wouldn't be surprised if other people found it in the ice cream, she always stares at me like I did something wrong or she has a personal vendetta against me because I cannot order right away because I'm waiting for my kids to tell me what they would like. I come to Dairy Queen I want to have a good time for celebration if I spend that much money on ice cream I would expect some quality customer service and quality ice cream. This lady not only made the most horrendous dipped cone i've seen in all of my Dairy Queen experience it was nothing but a mess I am very disappointed in the service here very frustrating and while I was pulling away the same girl was still staring at me through the window I don't know what I did wrong but as a frequent customer I would hope to see some respect given to me when I give them my service. read more

My parents live in one of the townhouses nearby so we usually walk to Dominick's for shopping or evening walk. I was not a fan for american frozen yogurt, since i like the sour fermented asian yogurt more. However, out of blue moon in one super humid summer afternoon, I decides to try the ice cream. I got the berry brownie blizzard. It's really good! So good that I went back for another one few days later. And their service is really good - very professional, fast, and nice. I have never been to a DQ that doesn't sell burgers. This place had nearly NO hot food on the menu. I'm finding out that most of the DQ's in this area are similar. If you can't open a full menu store, WHY BOTHER? The message I took from this store was go to McDonalds or Burger King if you want a burger. Wednesday my husband and I went to grab our usual.... ICE CREAM!! The line was long and we noticed only one young lady working. She was working hard and with a smile. Clearly someone walked off or called off. Everyone was getting impatient and some of us understood she was clearly the only one working. Even running out of ice cream she kept calm and stay efficient with a great attitude. Everyone asked where's your manager? She replied I called.... as we seen her stop when she has a brief moment to answer the managers call back. Unbelievable!!!!!! The manager wasn't coming into help her!!! In my opinion that's the managers job! We won't be back simply because of management! We should call your corporate office to make an official complaint on this "so called manager"! No wonder your employees are walking off in the middle of a shift. Get it together. Assist your staff and customers when needed!!! read more

I'm actually here pretty often since I have a love affair with the Mango Smoothie. I remember showing up less than 10 minutes before closing time on one occasion, and while I can tell that the employees were a bit sad at the possibility of not being able to close and get home a little sooner, they still took my order with a smile and great attitude. My smoothie is always well mixed, great flavor, filled to the top, and not spilling out of its container. I will definitely be back again.. and again to this location. I am currently addicted to orange julius, so to my delight I just stumbled upon this location. The first time I went in my hubby waited in the car with our little since she had fallen asleep, when I got back into the car I literally couldn't even speak I was absolutely dumbfounded. When I walked in I had ordered a large orange julius, as I waited for the one girl to make it I made small talk with the cashier. I said "I'm so happy I found you guys, I didn't know you were here." She just stared at me with this horrified confused look on her face and disgustedly replied "what do you mean?" I could only assume that she thought I meant her specifically from her reaction. So I explained that I meant I was talking about the dairy queen. Yikes. So then the girl comes and hands me my drink. It was delicious, then the nest time it was like drinking a cup of orange powder, then it was perfect, then it was a big expensive cup of orange juice. There is no consistency! I will say that I will continue to frequent this establishment because it's near my house but I plan on sipping my drink before I walk out because for that price it better be good! The plus side of this place is there are a few guys that work there that typically are the ones that are dead on and very pleasant. Its a pretty clean DQ as well no sticky floors. I live around the corner so I go here every once in a while. Now that it is a dual Orange Julius / DQ I get smoothies sometimes as well. I don't know why everyone is complaining about the service. I have never had a problem. There is usually a line during the summer, but you just have to be prepared for that. It isn't a service issue. Keep in mind though, it will be high school kids who work here. They have quick turnaround in terms of employes, so service can change whenever. read more

Tonight my family and I came to get some DQ ice cream after my son's baseball game, and it was 9:20 PM, the store hours were posted on the entrance to close at 10 PM. We didn't think we were inconveniencing the staff, but the teenagers working had a different idea. Within the dining area, the chairs were flipped over on top of the tables; the floor was being mopped (sopping wet), the lights were turned off and the staff delivered an unmistakable message that the store was closing. After placing a simple order of ice cream cones we waited, and after several other orders were taken, ours was forgotten. So, we asked where our order was that we paid nearly $20 for, and the woman associate turned around and seemed to pout while making our forgotten order. Every time a cone was served it was delivered with an attitude. My wife asked what time they closed and the pissed off woman associate ignored her, so my wife asked again, and the assoicate played dumb like she didn't know what time they closed. The guy mopping the floors acted like he didn't realize it was 30 minutes before closing after my wife pointed out the closing time posted on the entrance being 10 PM. If I were a franchise owner, I would find some new employees, or hire a manager to watch over the store. What a disaster! read more

The lack of 2 stars is based of one time about 5 years ago when this Dairy Queen was so badly managed that i literally and casually walked out of there without paying for a mountain dew that i came into get because the staff were young, stupid teenagers goofing off in the back. I got a mountain dew out of the fridge, went to the counter to go pay for it and not one employee (though they did see me there) came to ring me up, so i just walked out with it casually...just thought i'd share that amusing story/experience...it is, however, managed alot better now, mainly with people i went to school with and/or have seen around before! read more
