I had a lovely experience yesterday at Yoga Nirvana. The location of the studio is a bit confusing, being nutsled within a larger business complex. But I found it eventually! I was greeted warmly by the owner of the studio -Jim- when I first arrived, waiver quick and easy to fill out. $15 reasonably priced drop-in rate :) Lobby is cute, bohemian-like with nice water features and plants. The building itself was clearly built in the 80s or something, low ceilings kind of stuffy. It's evident the yoga studio was once a doctors office or something. While this certainly doesn't help the ambiance it doesn't kill it either! Jim did a great job rescuing the vibe with fresh paint and cozy decor. The studio space is painted in a deep golden hue, very inviting feeling. Great move with the dark wood! Nice large mirrored wall, warm lighting. Class started a few minutes late, but nobody -including myself - seemed to mind much. Great for intuitive organic movement! When Jim teaches, his expertise shines through. His cues are strong and direct, his voice is firm but loving. He leaves great time for silence and feeling out the postures just as much as he weaves in wisdom and strong vinyasas! I LOVED his class! I felt very safe in the space, especially with Jim's hands-on adjustments. I say this with sincerity, regarding the #metoo movement and it's very real existence in the yoga world - I felt SAFE. These adjustments were gentle and the touch was non-invasive. He made his presence known, gave the adjustment, then removed himself from the situation just as quickly as he arrived. This was my first proper class at Yoga Nirvana and I really enjoyed it. I walked out feeling like I just gave my body and soul a gift. I was sweaty yet serene. I hope to go back very soon! read more

My best friend in Phoenix has been taking classes with Jim for years. I'm in Florida and I take his Zoom classes. He's able to pinpoint and offer minute modifications to my practice which I find fascinating being that we're not in-person. He picks up on energies and always has interesting antidotes as well as an incredible understanding of anatomy and physiology to keep our minds focused so we hold our poses longer with more conviction. I love this place!! I've been all around town to many yoga studios and this is one of my favorites. I actually drive from Scottsdale to Tempe just to take classes from one of my favorite teachers - Kat. She teaches this body ball rolling class that's designed to release your body's tight spots and trust me when I say that you'll find plenty. My other favorite class - Jim's flow. His energy is calm - peaceful and he always has these wise and insightful words that come out just when you need to hear them. You'll get a good workout in his classes, both mind and body. I have been practicing Yoga under Jim Keegan (studio owner) for 6 years now. I have seen him move around a bit, but I have stayed with him because he still has the best Asana class I have ever experienced. About 7 or 8 years ago, I decided Yoga was something I wanted to pursue because of the health benefits. Although I felt the benefits of Yoga early, I kept looking for better yoga. I went everywhere, such as: Gold Gym, LIfetime Fitness, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, At One Yoga, Inner Vision, Dahn Yoga, South West Institute of Healing Arts, MCC, ASU.....etc I met Jim when he taught yoga at ASU. Jim has brought me to see Yoga for more than just a series of postures for the body. Over six years of attending Jim's classes, I am still attend........? Over the years I have wondered why I consider him the best. Of course it isn't conclusive, but here are a few contributing factors: 1. Jim has degree in Kinesiology (scientific study of human movement). His sometimes elaborate description while in a posture helps bring my awareness, to those parts of my body. 2. Jim is also a very good massage therapist, which probably also helps him to remain intimate with the physiology of the body. 3. When I have run into Jim outside of the studio, he seems to always have some sort of Veda in his hand or in his bag. So this leads me to believe he immerses himself in his craft. As a doctor should read medical journals, your yoga instructor should strive to augment his understanding of Yoga. In spite these 3 elements, they do NOT define Jim's excellence as a Yoga Instructor. In the end I have to still say, Jim offers a certain, "Je ne sais pas," which I cannot define...........nevertheless I plan on continuing to practice Yoga under Jim Keegan. read more

This review is for Jenna - who led a great slow flow class that I took while visiting the area. Very creative flows with a good amount of balance and power poses mixed in. Also a teacher with a huge heart who gave great adjustments! I hope to be able to take Jim's class before I leave Arizona as I heard great things about his classes as well. All in all, I loved this class and studio - the students themselves were kind and friendly, and the studio is stocked with some solid yoga equipment, from plush bolsters to Manduka yoga blocks (I LOVE these). The loaner mat was a high quality Liforme mat- I've always wanted to try one of these and was not disappointed! If you live in the area, definitely take advantage of their 2 week unlimited yoga deal. And if you don't, give the studio a try - the one class I took was enough to calm and center me before a hectic work conference :) read more

This is the only yoga studio in the area I've found and really liked. I'm sad to have moved away from it. Yoga Nirvana is very down to earth, very causal. You can be a beginner and not feel too out of place. The vibe, lighting, and temperature are always just right. This is a place that takes its self seriously, but not too much. It isn't contrived, or glitzy, or overly "yogi" it's just right. They have some good first time deals and Groupons and of course be sure to read the fine print; yoga can be a little pricey so I'd recommend taking advantage of these deals. This place is amazing, I go to the Sunday flow/nidra class from 10-12. It was exactly what I was looking for. An unpretentious, super friendly and helpful studio. The 10-12 instructor, Moira is great, she reads the room very well and is always an enjoyable class. I have been going for 3 plus years, and it has become such a part of my life. My yoga journey started about 8+ years ago, I attended variety of yoga classes at different studios, gyms, retreats, resorts... I even completed yoga teacher training, however, after discovering Yoga Nirvana studio, which was recommended to me by a friend (thank you Angela) I feel like I finally started practicing REAL yoga and whatever I did and was convinced to believe before was just total bull**it! Things like: 'It's way better when every single class is exactly the same' - bull*#it! 'You have to look at yourself in the mirror for proper alignment' - not true! 'Your joins are more lubricated when you doing yoga in the room that is hot and humid' - also a complete bs, even though I do love the heat and sauna, for receiving the full benefits of authentic yoga practice external heat is not necessary. So what do I love about this studio so much... I love that the classes are always different and every time I feel like I have discovered something new - new pose, new ways to deepen the pose, proper alignment & all the fun ways to use yoga props I never knew about. I also love that in this studio we are not facing the mirrors, and for the first time ever I'm learning to do yoga even with my eyes closed and just feeling my body in proper alignment with ought needing to check myself in the mirror. If you want to finally feel the difference of proper alignment I would highly recommend taking classed led by the owner - Jim Keegan, he always helping with tiny little tweaks that make all the difference and attends to everyone who needs them. I also love Saari's classes, her energy is amazing and she is just such a bright loving soul. If you feeling extra tight, try Jake's Yin Therapy class, it's heavenly, one of the best yin experiences I've ever had. Actually every teacher here is very compassionate and very knowledgable, so no matter which class you will attend, you will be at least one step closer to reaching Nirvana, that is for sure! read more

Sign up for a Yoga Nirvana yoga retreat to Hawaii if you want to stay hidden in the middle of the woods-- a 40 minute drive each way to the beach, in grimy unsanitary cabins that remind you of sleep-away camp in Flagstaff when you were 15, with a Yoga instructor that downplays you with every inquisitive question, who has no plan of action nor willingness to claim responsibility of set expectations with a price tag of $1299. Not only did Jim Keegan (owner of Yoga Nirvana & retreat leader) not live up to the expectations set prior to the retreat- (2 meals cooked by private chef & 2 yoga classes a day) -but when a question was proposed due to lack of planning & communication his response was one which became defensive & condescending with passive aggressive behavior using tactics of intimidation. YIKES (red flag #1) But what really did it for me was the conversation over our first dinner where Jim proceeded to express his disapproval of the horrific traditional female genital mutilation practices by the Afgan people saying they "should be extinguished as a culture of people." WHOA --- Yes female genital mutilation is evil but so is genocide! I was in complete shock! I mean isn't my Yoga instructor teaching consciousness awareness, compassion, patience & positivity? For the sake of love & revelations, weren't we here on a retreat? Meanwhile at the dinner table it was genocide. COMPLETE YIKES! (red flag #2) p.s. female genital mutilation isn't even a practice in Afghanistan. Suddenly my yoga instructor, who I claimed as a teacher of 8+ years became a complete stranger. That night I decided to myself that I'd be leaving the group & that there was no way I would be able to surround myself with this type of energy off of the Yoga mat, let alone spend the next 6 days in Hawaii a 40 minute drive from the sun rising & setting over the ocean, in the middle of a forest. Going with the flow until the right timing presented itself, I left on my own journey the second morning after witnessing Jim as he simply watched, from behind these pavilions where we were having a.m. yoga practice, 3 of his students who were lost due to lack of communication. After some time had passed my conscious forced me to get up from my mat & walk out from behind our location, signaling to the students --where they even started there own practice. Not only did Jim not welcome these students to the practice, but Jim had the audacity to question me as I walked by him, "are you or aren't you practicing?" I GASPED!! The real question here is, "Jim, are YOU or aren't YOU practicing?" Like I said, Ive been a student of Jim's for over 8 years, from way before the beginning days of Yoga Nirvana studios & am in complete shock that meeting him out of the classroom was like meeting a complete stranger...a stranger whose embodiment is the complete opposite of his own teachings. Ive asked Jim to refund only $200 of the $1299 cost to cover my dinning expenses & other yoga instruction of which I attended at a local island studio & his response was "why should I... you are leaving voluntarily?" followed by a simple "NO." After some serious reflecting, for over a week now -- I have come to the conclusion that Jim Keegan has been teaching what he MOST needs to learn & practice himself. Any PHD would call this projection. This person does not in any way, shape or form embody his own teachings off of the mat & out of the classroom. This is a true case of :: 'PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH' Can I get a witness? Yes I can -- because 2 other students (full names upon request) also decided to separate from the group, who joined me due to the negative energy, nasty attitude & total confusion/ chaos that started upon arrival to the island & our first destination 'COSTCO!!!' My heart goes out for you Jim & while experiencing the practices of my life in Hawaii lead by both Kali Ray Torres & Psalm Issadora, Ive humbled myself to you, committing myself to a prayer for you every time I step on my mat. By all means I am a novice Yoga practitioner who was granted an opportunity to join like minds in a relaxing environment. I was a bit hesitant because my practice is beginner and I was assuming events like these focus on the experienced practitioner. I was proven wrong and found it more beneficial to be surrounded with open minded and teaching oriented individuals. A great mix of novice to advanced from which I learned more about my own practice to enrich it for the future. Expectations of the yoga were to be done at a leisurely time each day. I was personally joining up to escape the confines of time and rigorous weekly planning to fall into a niche of other yogi's and yogini's searching to have fun in paradise. I was more than surprised to know we didn't have internet because unplugging, even though was a thought I was not going to achieve on my own, from the digital world is almost impossible. I was more than pleased to truly leave the confines of the office on the mainland. The choice of accommodations help to promote community and not exclude anyone from the group. I really enjoyed the feel and setup. Planning of the day to day adventures were democratic and voted on so there's always a party member that disagrees but I was looking to leave the politics behind and go with the flow. Frankly, as long as I was surrounded by laughter, ocean, sand and an occasional beer I could care less where we were at that moment. Jim made a great effort to help us all explore the island and maintain group cohesion. I commend him on accepting a group for who they are. An experience is built on environment and people. Overall I had a wonderful time unwinding and not thinking about anything, literally. Out of all my travels thus far this stands out as unique, discovery oriented and memorable trip. This is a wonderful place - great energy, constant support from the staff and other yogis, and inviting atmosphere. The only downfall is its location - since I know where it is, I don't mind it at all. But it did take me 15 minutes to find the first time I tried going. I wish it were a little more visible to peeps that don't know what they're missing! I am becoming more and more of a regular here. I have enjoyed and been challenged by every class I've taken. Jim has a great attitude and is very encouraging about taking risks or just doing what's comfortable for you. All the instructors are really easy to talk to and guide some pretty stellar classes. I love both the Flow and Power classes. Yin-Yang was a nice surprise...I thought it would be too low-key for me but it was just right and Barb is a gem. One of these days I am actually going to take my lunch break at the studio and go to a Core Power Noon class. Very affordable and awesome vibes. I live in Berkeley California, a city known for starting the hippie movement and persistent progressive politics. People in Berkeley do yoga like they drink water- its part of the bedrock of who you are as a resident. I have visited Tempe a few times and gone to Jim's class. It is an astounding emotional and spiritual practice with Jim, as well as a physically challenging class. I left his classes appreciative for the life I have, feeling strength in myself and my abilities. The hard callous i've developed over years living in a difficult world is softened and open to kindness. All this in just an hour and a half! I imagine what would transform if I could attend this kind of studio on a regular basis. If that doesnt say enough, his classes are honestly better than 90% of the classes and teachers i have found in my home town of Berkeley. I do not exaggerate. This speaks to my experience. When you've had a taste of great yoga, it's hard to go back to your somewhat mediocre experiences prior. This is what happened to me after spending one tuesday night at Nirvana. I've practiced off and on for years but just recently dove back in. I was challenged yet completely supported. The energy in the studio is fluid, focused and connected- something that takes great studios years to build. I tend to be turned off by lots of hands on corrections but after my experience at Nirvana, I now crave that. Jim has a way of pushing you that gives you a glimpse into a level you don't really think you can get to. Addicting is an understatement. I live in N. Scottsdale and have been to 5 different studios in my area- all had strong positives but Nirvana is on a different level. If you're looking to make progress and feel added spirit, this is your new spot. read more

This review is way overdue, but due nonetheless! I'm kind of particular about the yoga studios I go to, but I have to say Yoga Nirvana is one of my favorites in the Tempe area. On a more superficial level, I love the intimate and peaceful vibe the studio rings with-- hand-painted walls (with the occasional brush hairs melded into the walls :) ), dim lighting, the smell of incense in the air, and the sense of community the staff, fellow students and instructors collectively convey. As far as the yoga goes, I've taken some of my favorite classes here as well. A few of the instructors I've really enjoyed classes with have included Jim, Brooke, and Annemarie (but note that neither Brooke nor Annemarie teach there any longer, hence why my review is way overdue!), each of whom are exceptional at attending closely on an individual level to each student's practice. RE: Jim's classes, a note of caution for students trying his class for the first time with personal space issues though, is that Jim is very hands on and isn't afraid to get in your space when providing adjustments. I personally find them very helpful, but can appreciate that it's not everyone's cup of tea! A few gripes: instructor substitutes are posted inconsistently on the website, I've gotten mosquito bites on at least 5 different occasions during my practice here (particularly distracting during savasana!) and the location is a tiny bit sketchy (once on my way to class, an employee from a neighboring business spontaneously informed me that his car was broken into in the parking lot). Finally, this doesn't seem to be an issue anymore to my knowledge, but just to throw it out there, the screening process for substitute teachers in the past has, on occasion, seemed random. read more

This is about the poor customer service, not the actual yoga. Disappointed with both Groupon and Yoga Nirvana. When I purchased the 10 class pass, I checked the studio's website and saw that 10 class passes are good for six months. Apparently, I missed some fine print on Groupon stating that THIS 10 class pass was only good for 30 days. I headed out on this cold, rainy evening for yoga, thinking I still had about 5 classes left on the pass. As I was going into the class, I was called out and told the pass expired YESTERDAY so I'd need to pay for the class. I mentioned what I saw on the yoga website and was told that the Groupon pass had different rules. I said I didn't think it was right and it was not a great way to get people to become long-term clients and I started packing up my things. The woman at the desk just watched me pack up. She then offered to ask someone if maybe I could take the class, but at that point I was so annoyed that I just left. I suppose that I'm technically in the wrong...that I missed the fine print and the special pass expired. NEVERTHELESS, what happened to customer satisfaction? What happened to having empowered employees who grasp the PURPOSE of the Groupon offer in the first place? One would think Yoga Nirvana made the offer TO GET NEW CUSTOMERS, not to adhere to the fine print to the point of alienating a potential customer. OK, good for you...you stopped me from getting an extra class on a pass that expired YESTERDAY. Great work. In the meantime, after driving over in the rain to get some yoga bliss, I received a crappy, short-sighted experience and I will NEVER sign up and become a regular paying customer, I will NEVER recommend Yoga Nirvana and I am taking the time to write a poor review. Imagine instead - having an empowered, conscious employee (at a YOGA studio, mind you) who says - Hey, your Groupon pass expired yesterday but go ahead and take the class (and maybe even - afterwards we can talk about how long you can have to use up the rest of the pass). Then you have a happy customer who feels appreciated and who will want to come back. By the way - the studio had NOTHING to lose by doing this as my presence would use up no extra resources, the teacher was teaching anyway, there was space and I had my own equipment ...and EVERYTHING TO GAIN. Again - I concede that I must have missed the fine print, but what's the desired outcome here?...Did this employee further the goals of the business? It was more important to her to be RIGHT than to cultivate a long-term, happy customer...at no additional cost to the studio. read more

YES!!! Finally found a studio with skilled and connected instructors, awesome posture-correcting adjustments, and flows challenging me to intensify, deepen, and expand my practice. Jim is kind, aware, genuine, knowledgable, and ultra-passionate about his craft. I appreciate the way he integrates the spiritual and interconnected aspects of yoga into every class. It's not just exercise, it's a way of living life. The other students are wonderful and the community that has been created here is exactly what I was looking for since recently moving to Tempe. Jim Keegan is an excellent instructor who closely monitors all students (no matter how large his class size) to ensure poses are being done properly or modified in a manner to suit all level students and making them feel comfortable. "Come as you are" is the perfect slogan for Jim's studio as the staff truly strives to make all students feel welcomed and appreciated, regardless of how long you've been practicing. I've been going to the yoga studio now since December 2014. Jim is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had. (I'm a Doctor, so it's impressive when someone has a very in depth knowledge of the muscles, bones and ligaments and a strong understanding of biomechanics). Aside from the expertise, this is an amazing community. They run events for local charity, and I always feel welcomed by the teachers and other yoga students. There are a few things I will remember, recollect and miss about places I visited in Tempe and Phoenix area this last month. While the studio is in a small business building and seems quite small from outside, the yoga space is actually quite big and with one wall mirrored gives a roomy feel. I've probably attended 9 classes here with different instructors. Most of the classes seem quite energetic and the instructors are really friendly. Monday nights, there's an 'off the wall' class which I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learning inversions. Cynthia focusses on strengthening your core and shoulders to do inversions. It's the kind of class that makes you feel so hot inside that you actually feel cool when you leave the studio to a 100ºF outside! Danielle is an excellent instructor who has the best music playing during class. I don't think I'll ever be able to have as peaceful a shavasana as I've had in her energetic class which ends with "The Long Road" by Eddie Vedder and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Sara (O'Connor) focusses on stretches and while her class is a nudge more passive, expect lactic acidosis in your limbs! I've enjoyed all their classes. While I'm certainly not an expert on yoga and am still far from a 'Level 2' kinda yoga guy, I must say that finding home at this studio on my one month away from my home was just perfect. Expect to be challenged in most classes and hope you try it out and discover how capable you are! read more

"It's not yoga if you're not breathing." That's a phrase my first yoga teacher always reiterated and has been a huge part of my practice ever since. Additionally, after a little bit of research this was a big reason why I decided to give Yoga Nirvana a try. I travel a lot for work, so when I'm out of town I find myself trying to locate a yoga studio that practices true Vinyasa. I've visited a few studios in the Phoenix/Tempe area on past business trips, but after discovering this spot I think I officially found my Phoenix/Tempe yoga home. Many times I've found myself disappointed at the fact that some studios end up being glorified cardio classes with no regard for breath or proper poses. Yoga Nirvana is far from that description. I absolutely loved my practice here, specifically with Jim. He's so warm and welcoming and completely understood what I was looking for in a studio. He helped me push myself in my practice and find my way into reaches I didn't think I was capable of. All in all, two thumbs up* and will definitely be coming back when I find myself out this way in the future. *Note: My only complaint is that there are no early AM (i.e. 5:30/6:00am) classes! I found myself at middle age (54) with a medical problem (old guy stuff) that lead to poor sleep that lead to an unremitting low level funk. Well, the problem go fixed but the funk stayed. Always active, I found that I needed to explore new avenues to physical and mental well being. I decided to try yoga. I walked into Yoga Nirvana as a total novice. I found a welcoming place with a great vibe. I met Jim on my first visit and he could not have been friendlier. As class started it became immediately obvious that he was a master teacher and mentor. Within just a few visits I felt like I was gaining confidence in my new practice . Now months later I find my flexibility improving and my mind calming. I've even noticed an improvement in my golf game. Because of Jim and his crew I am now a consistent practitioner and I look forward to developing my knowledge of this wonderful art and science! read more

Went to the Art meets Yoga class today, taught by Amanda. Very interesting, nice studio, I have never done flow so that was unusual but fun. Studio floor is very hard so bring a thick mat, mine is used and thin so my knees hurt. I would recommend this class if you are an artist or someone trying to get new energy or just step out of the box. I hope Amanda offers it again. I haven't taken any other classes with other instructors there so I can't comment. The reason I am giving 4 stars is Amanda couldn't get the projector to work, too bad. read more

hands down the best and most authentic yoga in the valley. i've tried them all and was lucky to finally find Yoga Nirvana. great variety from sweaty to restorative and everything in between. but the most important part is the attention paid to each class - both from a hands-on instructional perspective and a commitment to alignment and form...nothing like it. not to mention a very strong spiritual component through mindful suggestions from the teachers, which ends up being equally as important in my practice. i'm always excited to get back to Yoga Nirvana when i come back in town. teachers are friendly, classes are affordable and quality is unparalleled. can't say enough about Yoga Nirvana. i hope to see them expand in Phx. read more

I was in Tempe this past weekend for a workshop that took place on Saturday morning, and I was looking for a yoga class for Saturday afternoon. A quick Yelp search for Tempe yoga studios found NOTHING until I discovered the community class that was offered here at 4:00. But I am glad I found it... Positives: instructor was friendly and gave a great guided relaxation at the end: the community class was a steal at $5: the routine mixed things up with a couple of poses that were new to me (um, make a "4" with your legs? OK, now I've got something new to try for my home practice...that's a good thing!) Negatives: the only one I can think of is that even *with* the A/C on, I broke out a sweat. I guess when it's 106 degrees outside, all yoga ends up being hot yoga! (Thankfully, I had a towel with me.) Bottom line: if my travels happen to take me back to the area, I'd take another class here. read more

I was in town on business and searched for yoga studios close to practice. Thankfully this studio came up. Things come to us at the right time. This studio was excellent. I love been practicing yoga for about 5 years and even teach. I took a Flow 2 class and a Yin class - one of the best I've ever been to. Jim taught both. His verbal instruction about the physical body and his teaching and verbal connections to the mental practice were what made this place stand out. It was physical. It was mental. It was a learning and exploration practice. Jim is gifted in his teaching style. I can mentally struggling with something and his teaching forced me to explore a deeper issue - just through his verbal cues and connections. Come practice here. Grow. read more

I am so thrilled that I found Yoga Nirvana! I have been doing yoga regularly for about a year now and I have never felt as challenged as I do when attending Jim's class. First off, he is such a kind human and made adjustments without making me feel embarrassed. If anything, I feel more confident in my yoga practice thanks to him. One of the best yoga studios I've been to, as far as skill level and personal feedback in a class setting. Jim is knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology and clearly explains how the body responds to movement and flow. Very relaxed and judgment free atmosphere. It's a great place to refresh and challenge your body, no matter what your level is. They are pricier than other yoga membership, but they are a top quality studio and I learned a great deal to add to my own personal yoga experience. read more

After nearly 2 years of practicing at yoga Nirvana, and taking classes from really knowledgable teachers who aren't afraid of giving adjustments (because they have been properly trained on how to do so), or offering supportive props where they are needed, I have decided to start yoga teacher training there. This studio is the only thing that I miss about phoenix. I can't count how many studios I tried only to find lackluster classes & instructors who were afraid to do their jobs. Yoga nirvana instructors give you the personal attention you need so you can benefit from your practice & avoid injury. Every class is an opportunity to take your practice to the next step or stay where you need to be that day. No judgement ever, encouragement always. The people who attend class are as vibrant & inspirational as the instructors. I always left class uplifted, even if I didn't arrive that way. I've been to a couple of Yoga studios in Tempe. For me, Nirvana is the best fit. I've only taken classes with Jim there, and his classes contain a very good mix of long-held poses and flow-like sequences. He pays individual attention to us during classes, inquires about our needs from the class, and has an uncanny knack for making the slightest adjustment that deepens the pose meaningfully. Jim also brings a personal philosophy to the class, without the usual mumbo-jumbo. My girlfriend has taken classes at Nirvana with other instructors, and so far she's said nothing but good about them. read more

I was not impressed. When I started taking classes here I was just getting back into yoga and I felt as though the instructors just did whatever they wanted without regard to students experience level, etc. I found that the instructors seemed clique-ish with students and never took the time to correct postures or adjust. I tried different classes and instructors as well. I didn't use the rest of my 10 visit package- I let it expire as I started going to a different studio. read more
